Thank you for being there for me, the hospital was so nice, I'm 10 years old btw, I was in the children's unit and it was so cool, at first I was scared. But then, I started to have fun, the food was amazing, activities were just so fun, the other patients were nice funny and cool :) shout out to the girls Alexa, Abigail, lily (or Leo she likes to be called that) and Sara for being my friends while I was there, they were cool patients :) 💕 🫂 I feel much better about myself after attending, the nurses knew my love for south park and she printed a south park color paper and I painted/colored it. It was just so amazing, the docter who visited me every morning was cool he understood me well :) keep up the good word and being such lovely people.

i spent a total of 4 days here; overall i had a great experience! there's a consistent daily schedule, so its very stress free. you get 3 meals a day plus snack, group therapy, and sometimes individual visits with the psychiatrist or therapist. there's activities to do, gym, really good food in the cafeteria, and mostly kind hearted nurses + counselors who take pride in their job. all of the techs do their best to keep a secure environment, yes sometimes rules may be "annoying," but everything is done in the best interest of the safety of the patients. dr. agapito, juan, rebecca, (and more) were all such amazing staff. my time here is something i'll cherish for the rest of my life. the only things i disliked was some rude behavior from a few nurses to other patients; i understand the work is frustrating at times, but it IS in your job to have compassion. there was also some pretty obvious favoritism that bothered me, because every patient is struggling and deserves the same amount of empathy, especially in an environment like this. other than that though, definitely a great place! they help you adjust and provide mostly everything you need, i'd recommend to anyone. :)

This place did give me the help that I needed, but the staff would be loud at night and the room was always hot. We would tell our techs but they wouldn’t really listen. But then the charge nurse (Samara) actually did something about it so that was good. I’m glad I went here to get help, I’ve heard that other hospitals have super bad conditions but it was pretty nice here

Treatment associates has an unorthodox style that only a small sliver of the population would actually benefit from. If you don't benefit from treatment there, then YOU are the problem, not the drugs or alcohol.

I was in the Hannah House from February 8th until March 10th. Everyone there is awesome. They literally care about everyone that is in there. Not going to lie the first couple weeks were rough but I survived thanks to the loving staff there. I learned routines and have kept up with them at home. I went in a very broken person addicted to Xanix and alcoholic with depression, grief and anxiety. I feel great no cravings whatsoever and I have been clean and sober for 62 days today! I was able to work through my depression, anxiety and grief also!! Thanks to this wonderful place where I will always call home.

Overall, an amazing experience. I don’t want to ruin this review by being negative. However, I just wanted to say that the hospital needs to be careful with who they hire. There are a few bad apples I guess you could say, but I think that’s being taken care of. Anywho, I was able to get back on track with my mental health. Shout out to Paola for being an amazing person. Thank you! And thank you to Katerina because she was just a great listener, and I just truly needed someone to listen. Thank you for the kind and caring people that work here. I feel like it means a lot especially when someone is going through a rough time in their life that staff should be compassionate, understanding, and caring. There were just a few that didn’t resonate with that, and that’s not fair to the patients. Thank you.

I attended this treatment for outpatient and I was only able to be there for a few days due to some personal issues, but I will never forget the compassion, and genuine kindness , and such willingness to help me. It was a blessing during such a terrible time in my life. Thank you for your help. The scenery was beautiful, and the meals were delicious. The staff was phenomenal. The groups and activities were helpful , and fun. I highly recommend this center to anyone who is interested in getting better.

Alcohol was absolutely going to kill me, had I not found Blue Heron Recovery! From the first day, (although terrified not knowing what to expect) I felt very welcomed and safe. The facility is in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. I never felt a "hospital or jail" vibe. There is a brand new detox center and outpatient treatment available. They also incorporate yoga and meditation classes throughout the week. Heather and Lisa are AMAZING and truly care about each clients recovery. The staff work really hard to make the environment safe, fun, and healing. My therapist, Jim, is a super cool guy who treats everyone with respect which makes it easier to talk about difficult things. I owe much of my success to Jim! The owners Dr. Christina and Dr. Paul Mayer are some of the nicest people I've met and are frequently on-site teaching classes or engaging with clients. I have a long way to go, but my life as a whole is significantly better since completing the outpatient program at Blue Heron! I would highly recommend Blue Heron Recovery to anyone even considering getting help for addiction.

This is the very worst care facility you can place your love one in. No one checks on the patients unless you push them to check and they lie that they have been looking after their residents. My neighbor needed me to take him to Wilford Hall. He is 88 years old and was in need of the ER. I had never been to Wilford Hall, but he always talked so highly of the medical service he received. I was very impressed by the level of care he received. I was with him for 6 hours until it was determined he would be admitted to BAMC. At that point, I left the care facility. The entire time I was there, they checked on him. Very attentive to his needs. They gave him the best care. His nurse Thomas and Thompson did and outstanding job. May the Lord continue to bless all the great medical staff at Wilford Hall

I had to do a substance evaluation and I chose The Best Option, LLC because it could be don't virtually and I struggle with driving due to health issues, agoraphobia, and just the fear. ( I lost my best friend in a car accident 15 years ago.) They were one of the few options that were available virtually and since COVID it has been a God send that these options are available now. I was pretty nervous because ultimately the decision of Ms. Helen decided my future involvement that could have been really intensive if they were unethical. I firmly believe that Ms. Helen is completely unbiased and understanding with ability to place herself in another person's shoes. My session was wonderful and I was uplifted many times even though most of my life that never really occurred. Due to a bunch of different factors. Even when I accepted perceived blame from my own emotional state of learned behavior self deprecating my views of myself Ms. Helen was about to pierce the view and see the true me hiding behind all the stigmas and biases I have had placed on me from a young age. She understood challenges that I have had to endure over the last 15 years and have solely placed blame on myself all this time and validated things I didn't even know needed to be validated let alone understood. I have don't countless amounts of therapy including casual weekly, inpatient in a hospital involuntary & voluntarily, I have done partial hospitalization therapy, outpatient therapy, and has never once been truly understood from a perspective of compassion, and tolerance. Even when I went to place blame on myself, or be negatively self couscous about myself. She was way more encouraging than any therapist I have had in the past and incredibly uplifting. Before the session I was terrified because it was 2 hours long anda good friend of mine dealt with my same situation a decade prior and the counselor was extremely unethical who verbally told him to record the information on a form for the past 5 years, but on the given form it had written instructions for the last 12 months. So when he filled it out according to the form instructions she concluded that he was trying deceive the counselor to which he was order counseling as a result. So I was terrified of unethical behavior not only from that, but I also have a background in healthcare (except not on psych) and I have witnessed things that may not have been technically illegal, they were definitely unethical in my definition. But that is what healthcare means in the USA, the bottom dollar of profit. I completely believe that I was respected (in a situation that a lot of people would not have respect for me), I felt completely understood and heard, I got validation for things I didn't even know I needed validation from, and most importantly I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me or milk me for more sessions, counseling or group therapy (which I have experienced in the past with various organizations, hospitals, etc.) I actually might even CHOOSE to go back even at the price. I have looked at other reviews of this LLC, and I wanted to acknowledge, these counselor and therapist HAVE to ask hard questions, they may even ask questions that don't make sense to you, but there is a process. I have been beyond forgiving in WAY worse situations than The Best Option, LLC put me in. I came out of a two hour session kind of proud of the things I have diminished about myself for so long. It was a very pleasant experience. Also when I did t respond to the follow up email asking me to confirm the information I their assessment. I didn't have to find out the hard way, they proactively called me get the ball rolling. If you do not know how rare that is in healthcare, let alone, mental health I couldn't be able to comprehend your blissful existence without these hiccups in the industry that can and will go unnoticed even ina cancer diagnosis. Out of everything I have gone through and experienced of my time with these type of scenarios, therapies, and evaluations. I approve 9,000% of Ms. Helen.

As annoying as getting sober can be I gave SARC an opportunity and it worked out for the best. I trusted the staff and the process and I did feel different after 40 days. When I got out I realized that being there and being annoyed by tons of little things was exactly what life would be like on the outside. Safe to say I was geared towards a successful recovery thanks to SARC.

Although Bipp classes are court ordered it is in my opinion that “Best option” is and was the best option for me. Ok so I have to say that I was at first skeptical of the services that are being offered here, and I put alot of value on my peace of mind over most everything else. Well there is no other place that can offer you ample amount of time for sleep and relaxation. The classes they offer are sure to have you asleep and fully rested before you leave this fine educational institution. I can literally lose out on sleep at my house, come to class, and take a load off and go right to sleep like nobodies business, this program works if your looking for a creative way to get a few extra hours of restful sleep say if you have a partner who snores and keeps you up 💁🏻♂️ They sometimes have punch and donuts which at first come off sort of Jonestown'ish but no complaints I mean I'm still here unfortunately. The ladies are extremely nice at least to me..I would have given it a 5 star review but they don't have any fitness center available for us, no weight systems and we can't control the TV ever. We never get to talk about the significance of the teachings of Jesus Christ ever but I think would be of great importance if we did thats just my personal opinion. ..

I've been to over a dozen different treatment facilities in my lifetime. They all had similar approaches. Treatment associates has an unorthodox style that only a small sliver of the population would actually benefit from. If you don't benefit from treatment there, then YOU are the problem, not the drugs or alcohol.
