A Holistic Drug Rehab in Tennessee’s Capital

Access personalized addiction treatment in central Nashville. With its high sobriety and successful graduation rates, the center boasts scientifically backed treatment approaches designed to help you heal from the physical, mental, and social effects of addiction. The team is with you every step of the way to support you as you build a new lifestyle and sense of self, away from the substances.

Addiction Treatment Approaches

Intensive outpatient programming (IOP) encourages individuals to own their recovery by creating a strong foundation for healthy, sober living. They use a biopsychosocial model, designed to address all aspects of addiction. This means treating both the effects, and the causes of addiction, and becoming physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially stronger.

The team helps craft a personalized recovery plan, involving individual and group counseling to help you process and make sense of your experiences, while hearing and learning from peers in similar circumstances.

Evidence Based Therapeutic Approaches to Care

Therapeutic approaches used include motivational interviewing (MI), psychoeducation, including addiction education, relapse prevention therapy (RPT), as well as mindfulness practices like grounding and breathwork. Life skills sessions are also provided.

Exercise-based group therapy also features, with a fitness-based approach prevalent here. This is supported by the facility’s private on-site gym, providing dedicated space for you to get back into your body.

Treehouse has been an amazing experience. Brandon always says it’s not a recovery program, it’s a life camp. Anyone from any walk of life who is enduring any situation can benefit to the extreme by coming here. You will be challenged to new heights physically, emotionally and psychologically. The new world has us all forget that we are built to bond and built to move. That is exactly what this program does. It is a hardwire reset of everything we’ve been told with a new foundation of resilience, compassion and teamwork. You are not broken, I promise you. Take the leap and come to Treehouse, life is right around the corner. Mind. Body. Social.

I can’t say enough good things about Treehouse Recovery. Their program has absolutely changed my life. The staff there Brandon and Mike genuinely care so much about the clients and go above and beyond day in and day out. The way Treehouse approaches and treats addiction is unlike any other facility I’ve been to and the results speak louder than words. I’ve continued to thrive and remain sober since completing their program. Thank you TreeHouse!

Brandon, Mike, and co. run a holistic program that anyone can benefit from, regardless of their situation. It is challenging physically, revealing emotionally, and you really get out of it what you put in. A vet myself, I was surrounded by other vets and civilians alike—everyone was there to get better in some aspect of life and likely will leave better in many aspects. It’s not a paint by the numbers program, where I have heard that many programs are. Highly recommend and glad I had the opportunity!
Response from the owner7 months ago
Thank you, Josiah, for your kind words. It’s been a pleasure working alongside you with our veteran-led team to make your goals a reality. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to supporting you as you continue your journey.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Clients in intensive outpatient programs (IOP) receive robust, personalized care to support their reintegration into their community. Clients stepping down from inpatient treatment frequently enroll in IOP before entering standard outpatient care or community-based recovery programs, such as AA. Intensive outpatient treatment generally involves between nine and 20 therapeutic hours weekly, with the frequency and duration of sessions decreasing as clients stabilize. IOP services commonly include counseling, recovery education, holistic therapies, and medication assisted treatment (MAT).

Outpatient rehabs enable clients to receive care without leaving their home, workplace, and community. Clients typically receive intensive addiction counseling, including individual, group, and family therapy. Many programs promote clients' long-term sobriety through recovery-focused life skills training and ancillary services, such as peer coaching. Medication assisted treatment (MAT), including medication induction and maintenance, are common in outpatient care. Most facilities offer multiple levels of care to accommodate clients' evolving needs, including intensive outpatient (IOP) and standard outpatient programming.

Treatments

Alcohol use disorder (AUD) is a treatable condition characterized by uncontrolled consumption of alcohol which continues despite negative consequences. Treatment options for alcohol addiction include inpatient or outpatient alcohol rehab in Tennessee. Therapeutic methods include group and individual therapy, medication, and holistic therapies. Aftercare is often provided through 12-step support groups, which offer ongoing accountability and encouragement.

When your day-to-day life is taken over by drug use, this is known as substance use disorder. If you abruptly stop using your drug of choice, you experience withdrawal symptoms. To overcome this cycle, professional drug rehab in Tennessee is usually needed.

opium iconOpioid Addiction

Substance abuse treatment in Tennessee is available in addiction treatment centers, where experienced addiction professionals can treat both substance use disorders. Typically, clinicians use a range of evidence-based therapies such as a biopsychosocial assessment, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing to get a complete picture of your mental health, support systems, and motivation to change. Through an individualized treatment plan, you'll receive the support you need to achieve long-term sobriety through new skills and relapse prevention strategies.

Programs

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Serving in the military is both mentally and physically challenging, and can result in trauma that persists even after combat ends. Military programs are tailored to the specific and often complex needs of active duty personnel, veterans, and military families. Clients often access these programs through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Clinical Services

Typical cognitive behavioral therapy in Tennessee involves recognizing negative thinking and learning techniques to change that thinking and create new, positive behaviors. Strategies may include SMART goals, journaling, and situation exposure.

If you participate in motivational interviewing in Tennessee, your therapist will focus on four key strategies: open questions, affirmation, reflections, and summarizing. Rather than confront or warn you to change, the clinician will allow you to explore your own motivations and decide what changes you may need to make in your life.

I’m so grateful for Treehouse. I’m finally free from drugs/alcohol and im stronger physically, emotionally, and socially than I have ever been in my life. Treehouse PHP is hard but that’s why it’s effective. The staff is amazing. They’ve helped me every step of the way and continue to support me even after completing PHP. I recommend Treehouse to any man who’s willing to be pushed towards the best version of himself!

Response from the owner

When I was introduced to Treehouse Recovery i was at an extremely low point in my life. Multiple DUI as well as depression. The staff at Treehouse as well as the others involved in the IOP program were welcoming and supportive and took me in as a family member. I owe Treehouse recovery so much in my development physically, emotionally and mentally. They encouraged me to become better not only for myself but the people that love me as well. Ive met life long friends that I consider family now thanks to Treehouse. I highly recommend Treehouse recovery for anyone that needs a structured caring environment that will help you be your best.

Response from the owner

Brandon Fender and Tree House Recovery in many ways helped save my life. When I got out of the U.S. Army in the fall of 2023 I was in pretty rough shape. I struggled with severe depression, anxiety, PTSD and a crippling addiction to Alcohol/drugs. I used alcohol/drugs for close to 18 years. After spending the winter of 2023 drinking and with my mental health circling the drain. I decided to go to inpatient rehab. Before I finished rehab Brandon came to visit me personally in treatment. He invited me to Nashville to participate in Intensive Outpatient Therapy and live in his sober living house. I moved to Nashville, worked the program, and spent over a year living in the sober living house. Brandon and his team helped guide me in my early sobriety. Their facility is incredible and their sober living house is top tier compared to other houses you’ll find. Early sobriety is challenging, but they helped me navigate my challenges in a proactive way. In early sobriety we can face setbacks. These guys never once gave up on me when I stumbled and always helped me get back on track. If you are struggling out there you don’t have to do it alone. I credit Tree House Recovery for helping save my life. Today I am sober, I have a full time job, my relationships are thriving, I am physically fit, my mental health is great, and I can honestly say that I’m happy with the man I see when I look at myself in the mirror. Tree House Recovery will help you get sober, help you get fit, and help you find true happiness again. All you gotta do is be willing to show up and put in the work!
