Benton, TN | Embark Behavioral Health - Benton in Benton, Tennessee, is an accredited residential mental and behavioral health treatment center and school. It’s based among the picturesque mountains of Tennessee. Support here is available to teen boys and young men. Flexible payment is available, and various insurance options are accepted. The center’s uniq | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Embark has been such a great experience for both my 17 year old son and me and his father. It’s intense as it is a 3 month long residential program, but I feel like everyone at Embark really cares about making things better for young boys that are neurodivergent and have behavioral issues. The staff works really hard to help the boys develop better coping skills so that they can be successful in life. The program also helps parents by providing tools for parenting children that are atypical. I can say that our son’s counselor Kevin truly made a difference in all of our lives. Our son would agree too. The weekly parent support group was helpful in that parents can connect and realize that you’re not alone. The other staff, psychiatrist, nurses are all very communicative and committed to what they do. We as a family are in a much better place now because of Embark.

Our soon attended Embark for 90 days. During his stay he learned many skills to help him better navigate day to day life. He also learned a lot about himself, allowing him to communicate effectively about his feelings and what maybe upsetting him. It was a process - but everyone came out a better person on the other end. Great facility and a super great staff.

I am only 13 years old, but joining this facility was one of the best decisions I've made. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iris Wellness. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. I can't thank them enough for everything that they have done and how they have changed our lives (my son's, mine and our family as a whole). I would recommended Iris to anyone with a struggling teen.

Today I'm celebrating another year clean, which I know would not be possible without the help I received from CADAS through The Scholze Center. On January 20, 2011, I found my rock bottom. 13 days later, I entered the The Scholze Center and the course of my life was forever altered. I will always consider this facility the place where a seed was planted in me. It's where I developed the desire to try something different.
Take the drugs away, and I was still stuck with me. I was manipulative, pessimistic, co-dependant, amongst several other traits that made me difficult to deal with. And for the first time, I found adults who saw me for what I was, and treated me with dignity and respect regardless, while I sorted through the mess I had made of my life. I was greeted every morning and told goodnight every evening by adults who actually wanted to see us succeed, having been through similar struggles themselves.
The Scholze Center was where I learned what it felt like to laugh again after years of trying to feel nothing at all. It's where I fell in love with sports again. It's where I confided in other girls for the first time on things I swore I would never tell another soul, just to find they held onto the same secrets.
The Scholze Center is what you make of it. Just like anything in life, if you look for the negative, you'll find it. But for anyone searching through reviews as a parent or potential client, if you want a better life, The Scholze Center can help you start that journey.
In 2014, I came back to The Scholze Center assisting with H&I (Hospitals and Institutions) bringing meetings to the facility. I returned again in 2021 and served as a technician. I've always found my way back to The Scholze Center because I believe in all the potential it has to offer. I was fortunate enough to be employed at the time Melanie Berg stepped into the role as program director. I have no doubt, the center is continuing to thrive in her hands.
CADAS, thank you for continuing to invest in our youth. I wouldn't be here today without having experienced your program that planted the seed in me of a radical belief system that maybe I was still worth investing in and that maybe there was a bigger purpose for my life than what I had been settling for.

My love one has been in Eastside Mental Health Facility for 1 day and she has Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia. My experience has been as follows:
1. Spoke with Social Worker and she stated my mother would be in the hospital for 5 to 10 days, she provided this information before speaking with the doctor or determining if mu mothers health insurance would even cover that time period.
2. Spoke with Dr. Pac, whom is suppose to be a specialist in Geriatric care, and he did not answer any of my questions, such as how long will it take for him to evaluate my mom or when he thinks he could release her.
3. I called the South Unit 5 time on the evening of 11/28/2018 to speak with the nurse on duty to get a status on my mother and everyone keeps telling me to call back in 5 minutes.
My final recommendation is do not put your loved one in this facility.. It is terrible!!!

Walking into this treatment center, you immediately feel the difference. The staff show up every day with the mindset that what they do matters on a life-and-death level—because it does. The passion here isn’t performative; it’s embedded in every interaction, every group, every late-night conversation, every crisis de-escalated, every moment someone is struggling and gets met with compassion instead of judgment.
You can tell the team doesn’t see this as “just a job.” They fight for their clients’ lives with consistency, heart, and a level of dedication you don’t find everywhere. The culture here is purpose-driven, deeply human, and grounded in the belief that recovery is possible even when someone feels completely lost.
If you’re looking for a place where people genuinely care, where the work is taken seriously, and where hope is rebuilt every single day, this is the place. They show up with courage, commitment, and a fire that reminds you your life is worth saving. It's not exaggeration to say that this center changes the trajectory of entire families and futures.

First of all, if you or a loved one are struggling with addiction of any kind, please know there is hope. My heart goes out to you. Stay strong, stay connected, and never lose faith.
ARP has truly been an angel sent into my life. I feel so blessed that our paths crossed. When I thought my world was ending and I was losing all hope, they stepped in—for both me and my daughter. Now, about five years later, I can honestly say they saved my daughter’s life, and in many ways, they saved my family too.
It’s not magic—it takes hard work—but none of it would have been possible without the people who work there. I may forget some names, but Jeff in particular is a gift from God. He does his job with love, empathy, honesty, a sense of fun, and unwavering dedication.

Medical bored needs to shut this place down! Closes at random times without notice. Hardly any staff or monitoring people on a controlled substance. No counselors available. So many violations/ skipped process controls. The patients are really in a bad spot going here. Shame on you for taking advantage of people with serious problems. All greed.

The extension changed my life. It was the best decision that I ever made. I've been clean over 2 and 1/2 years and have my life fully functioning and successful.

I have had clients go through the Extension and I have volunteered serving meals there. I read the post about it being racially biased but I have never witnessed anything or heard any other complaint like that. I would not hesitate to have one of my minority clients go through their program. It is all about and all for the residents to build a better life.

Woodstock, GA | Brand New Start is now part of the Comprehensive Treatment Center network. They offer outpatient treatment for those who’re struggling with opioid use. They help adults of all genders by using medication assisted treatment. They’re located in Woodstock, Georgia. Medication assisted treatment combines prescription medication with counseling. Thi | Treatments Programs Payment Options | This is a clean clinic and has many great qualities that can very much help your road to sobriety! However, the main issue here is the CONSTANT councilor change! As soon as one gets comfortable with their counselor, they leave. It is such piece of mind to build a relationship with your councilor and the nurses, just so you can have that report and someone that knows you and can be in your corner if ever needed. There are alot of patients that are not there for the right reasons, then there are also alot of patients that ARE there for the right reasons. The constant change certainly does not give one peace of mind. Familiar faces change places. I can not help but think its the higher ups not doing what is necessary to keep them happy in their workplace. Its sad really! Seeing consistency is very important, especially for addicts working on their road to recovery!
Otherwise I do believe this is a good place that has alot to offer addiction recovery for the ones who truly want it!
