Ive been going here and the prior location for about 5 years I guess. Dr. Brudecki has been outstanding. What makes a facility is its doctor/doctors and staff. Dr. Brudecki does everything she can to help in anyway. Ive never felt rushed in the least. Its like she has all day when in reality she's very busy. One of the worse things a dr can do is to give the patient the feeling they're in a hurry..She is caring and has a sweet personality. I have never had a bad experience from any of the staff. They've all been super nice. I'm not one for writing reviews often but wanted to give this the recognition it deserves.

I have been receiving excellent health care and dental care from Cherokee Health System.
I love my Doctor Laura Brudecki who listens well and counsels me on all my health concerns.
I trust her decisions on my care and referrals she makes. She has been treating me for close to 4 years now.
I also like Tanya Hodges and Dr. Green for my dental care and trust them as well.
The in house labs and X-rays are very handy.
The only limitation is that they don’t take walk ins when there is something urgent.
I understand they have a walk in clinic now in strawberry plains.
I recommend Cherokee Health for all health care needs.

This place - these people - are helping to save my life by the day. Clean facility, excellent staff, great atmosphere. I've made so many lifelong friends here.. I consider them family. Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. The therapists and group leaders are wonderful and understanding of any situation and they show so much love. I highly recommend this center for IOP for anyone in recovery.

It was amazing. I just want to say any one just getting out of a life you wouldn't wish for your kids or any other human. I definitely recommend starting at journey pure. They are very laid back. You are allowed to smoke and they keep a close eye on you while your going threw detox. They definitely make you as comfortable as possible. And most of all it's fun learning how to be as normal as you can. Thanks ladies and gent. I love them very much. And they also practice what the preach in other words they've lived it also. KRC changed my life. It was a hard enough decision to go into recovery for the first time and they made my stay pleasant and structured which gave me so much motivation and hope that things were going to get better. The staff is super friendly and such hard workers they really care about you and your recovery and NEVER forget a name. This place has made me feel better than I have in two years. Very homely and feels more like a family setting. This was a great place to get clean they really help u with mental helth as well as getting clean this was the best place its been a great experance for me being my frist rehab ive ever been to. There might be alot or maybe some bad reviews but no shit the place was great and it gives u alot of help to take with u. Michael B. The director is a great man truly amazing. Tiara M recietians is truly a blessing to. Tom he was my theripist was truly a wonderful guy to. The staff is great they go out of there way to get u what u need. Grag, johnny, mal and felisha are the best tects i will truly miss those tects alot. But for real this place will truely be missed and if u need to get clean and are having problems from mental health this is the place to be.

I recently attended treatment there and had a pretty good experience :) Pretty much THE entire staff was great except for my "assigned" therapist. Karen, your groups were SO helpful & I learned a lot from you. Kevin, you are a god sent. Julie, Felicia, Sean, Ms. Marie & majority of nursing...the list goes on... ❤️ Thank you guys for keeping me motivated & giving me the strength to not give up. I definitely had my highs and lows but made it through. Pretty facility with a great view. Wish there were a few more activities to do but all in all it was good. I wasn't too fond of corporate coming in and making the terminations they did especially when having so many clients present because it definitely caused us to stress more than we needed to. There's a few other things but it's probably best I don't say them here lol. All in all, I am very grateful for Harmony's help in getting me sober. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience there. I had a hard time adjusting but Maddy, Gary, Ashley,genie , Aaron etc. Really helped me through everything. They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. I wish I could've stayed longer than 3 days.

Every staff member and nurse was extremely helpful in more than one way. Classes were helpful and provided useful information. The facility is super clean thanks to Mary. Nurses helped explain things to me, which is helpful considering I have a traumatic brain injury. Great people, great place. Thanks to the entire Hamblen County Helen Ross McNabb staff.

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. Best thing that ever happened to me! And thanks to everyone at New Hope including my counselor Jennifer(who related to me and saved my life) I'm still sober and I'm actually proud of the beautiful person I have become! Thank you to every counselor and the patients that became friends I'll always care for and pray for! I have u in my heart and thoughts always! I hate that this 90 day facility closed bc I would be over dosed and dead without the love and extended time they put into me. I didn't know I could be sober until they taught me to get to know my emotions and my mental health issues. I was here over the weekend and it was one of the best decisions of my life. The staff are incredibly friendly and work diligently to help patients. I have been going to the adult center since 2003. I have always received top notch care. The staff in the back is always 100% committed to helping me live my life to the fullest even though I struggle with a mental diagnosis. I have seen several different people over the years and I can say every one was thorough and listened to my input about what worked and didn’t work for me in medications. Times when I was uninsured they immediately got me enrolled in a safety net program which makes my meds 3.00. Only negative is having to come in face to face every 3 months bc I am bad about keeping appointments. Nurses line always answers questions the same day and will call until they reach me.

They have played a huge part in me getting my life back. I am currently MAT program (Springdale location) and also 5 years ago I completed a program they had for mothers who struggled with addiction (Lafollette location). They have always been very understanding and you can tell they aren’t there to judge from the bottom of their heart they want to make a difference. I’m pretty sure I’ve dealt with every provider, counselor, and staff (not including case workers) at Springdale location and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They put up with a lot as far as patients with many mental illness I’ve seen it firsthand. But they are always kind and professional ❤️ I cannot put into words how grateful I am! I thought maybe a google review was a good start 😆

The Dr here was great. Dr Jennifer Cupp I think it was. I'm not great with names. She made me feel very comfortable. She took time to address every question or concern I had. I think I actually found a Dr that will listen to me. The staff was friendly and great as well.

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. Try it out for your self. Be blessed
