He has struggled for several years with anger and depression of the loss of his father. Then the abuse/abandonment from his mother and her boyfriend. Matt got him to open up and finally get his feelings out. His stay was for 6 months to get him on the right medications and to get them adjusted where they needed to be. Believe me he was a challenge at times because he doesn't like rules and structure. But he learned routines, rules, and ways to cope with his anger and emotions. Jake will be returning home on Monday June 2nd a different young man. He will be using the tools that he learned to control his feelings and behavior. I want to thank Matt and the rest of the staff for all you have done to help Jake during his stay. I'm just sorry you had to experience what I had to deal with on many occasions. I know he/we will do great things moving forward! I thank the teacher for helping him maintain his honor grades to stay in Beta. Yes even the ones with good grades struggle with anger/depression. My only wish would be is to get God to these children. Whether it be bringing a Pastor in to share the word or getting them to a local church. May God Bless You All and the Children!!! I Pray over Oak Plains daily that the children find peace and guidance to get better...

| Samaritan Recovery Community is a nonprofit agency that provides treatment addiction recovery services for adults in Nashville, Tennessee. Their services are comprehensive, community driven, and affordable to support men and women with limited financial means. Available programs include residential treatment, outpatient programs, and aftercare supp | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I graduated from the old facility many years ago and everything Mrs.Christy and other staff taught me, goes with me daily and gives me the tools to stay sober 1 more day. I was homeless, hopeless, broken and not a penny to my name. Samaritan sponsored me without question and gave me the tools to have a fighting chance. I had some relapses along the way, but everything the leaders at Samaritan taught me,the 12 steps, to not give up, to get up and try agin still resonates in me today. I have 3 1/2 years sober now. If you want to change, really want change and are willing to do anything to make that happen, Samaritan is a great place to begin your new journey. The food is amazing as well. Mrs. Angelia and cooking staff are top notch. The spread daily is over the top and delicious. The opposite of what I ate on the streets, if I ate at all. Good people, good places, helped save my life.

One of the best experiences I had was at Samaritan. Mr. Tim was director then and the staff was like family and the counselor were understanding and very helpful to your needs. The new building looks like things have improved I just hope they don't take away the lil park and the gazebo. I touched and prayed and sang with and for alot of people in that Peace Park.

I completed the 28 day program offered by Samaritan Recovery Jan 16, 2025.
It is my 3rd treatment experience since 2002.
I cannot say enough to express my gratitude for Samaritan but I am going try. First, they accepted me and others without insurance and at no cost to me. That’s a minor miracle in today’s world. I am 55 and Clients ages during my stay ranged in age 19-60. A good mix which created a unique environment. We had 12 step meetings each night on site and coffee each morning. All required to finish steps 1.2.3 before completing program.
The staff was excellent!! Low tolerance for unhealthy behaviors and held us accountable without being unnecessarily authoritative.
Then intake process was easy and admin staff was polite, knowledgeable and professional.
The Samaritan facility/building is new, clean and first class. I does not resemble any nonprofit inpatient treatment center nor operate like any I’ve ever seen.
I received Individual counseling, valuable and interesting small group sessions facilitated daily by a designated counselor who cared. In speaking with other clients over 28 days I do not hear any complaint about their counselors either. They all also facilitate large group sessions in afternoon and I can say they were excellent and also showed that they cared about us and our growth and recovery .
The food service/chef/cafeteria fed 35-43 clients 3 meals each day. All meals were very good, well balanced and of wide variety which was also a very pleasant surprise.
The groups that were facilitated in afternoons were well designed, specific to and for people in early recovery and tooics
Related to addiction and co occurring disorders. All facilitators were licensed professionals and 95% of staff is in recovery with long term success, decades of experience.
Samaritan also has daily , morning meditation for all clients who wish to engage.
It’s proven to help those with addictions and co occurring disorders so I was very happy they facilitate daily meditation. A few minutes each day changed each day for the positive for me .
The recovery, behavioral Technical support staff that managed clients needs was 24/7.
All of them were actively in recovery themselves so they understood us. I believe all tech, support staff had close to or more than 10 years sobriety.
They were patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Very Respectful and cared about the clients needs. That says a lot given fact that 40 people, all of whom were in Early recovery. Me included, Clients can be very hard to manage, and that’s an understatement. Support staff was truly the glue that held us together.
Samaritan also has full
Time clinical staff on site and Although I didn’t have a lot of clinical needs I will say that clinical director director, medical physician and all nursing staff were very attentive on a daily basis for clients who required medications, check ups or medical requests. Again excellent staff. Very qualified and steady.
Personally and without hesitation I can say that I had a great experience ant Samaritan.
I came in shattered and broken and I left 28 days later hopeful, renewed and optimistic. I highly recommend this facility and their 28 day program. Lastly, I was also surprised that they have transitional sober living on site and after care programs.
And Two things I really took advantage of in my free time was the music / sun room and small library.
Amazing and so surprising given that Samaritan is a non profit.
My experience and thier program is also clear and strong reflection of great donors and highly qualified executive staff.
If your curious how it happened - My story went like this….
I called, did assessment over the phone and 24 hours later I was picked up at a hotel near brick church and trinity lane .I was desperate and ready for a new life after havjng relapsed about 3 months earlier. Samaritan gave me every opportunity and more to build a strong foundation for long term sobriety. Truly grateful and cannot say enough about The programs and support I received at Samaritan Recovery.

I checked into to Brentwood Springs Detox without knowing how great it would be. I found them on the internet and pulled the trigger. They drove an hour to pick me up free of charge. Upon checking it they greeted me with an understanding of my situation. This helped put my mind at ease as I was already overwhelmed with stress of checking into a Detox center. They are very attentive of how you're feeling and immediately come up with a game plan for treatment. They are very professional in every aspect with your treatment and are open to you at all times if you are feeling a certain type of way, but at the same time every staff member is super laxed. The nurses are amazing and are available to you 24 hours a day. You can tell that they truly want to help you. I don't feel out of place here. The food is great, the people are great, and the way they have this place set up makes it feel like you are at home. They have tv's with all kinds of apps and cable. The whole place is clean and well kept. The rooms are clean. The meetings they set up are absolutely amazing and have helped me tremendously. They have a beautiful backyard with great views which is crucial to your feeling of well being (at least for me) Cameron is great as well. In the 3 days that I've been here he's given me tons of knowledge and advice and has made sure to check up on me and how I'm feeling. Again, the whole staff truly wants to help you. You can talk to them at all times about anything and they will all completely understand. I would recommend this place to anybody I know that needs help, and hopefully this review will help all of you who are searching the best place to help you and everything you are going through.

EXCELLENT care received in the ER today. I had to have a "bump" checked out and from the first moment until I was discharged I received nothing but professional compassionate care. From the kind woman who checked me in and got me a wheelchair, to the gentleman who wheeled me around in the wheelchair, I felt cared for. The RN who took over made me feel completely at ease about what I thought was a very embarrassing area to have assessed, so by the time the Doctor and Nurse who treated me, I was very relaxed. The Nurse was kind enough to let me know what Lidocaine was going to feel like (and she was completely spot on!) The Doctor was sooo professional and drained my cyst within no time. This place has made some positive changes throughout the years here in Nashville, the establisment has had plenty of renovations, focusing drastically in providing veterans with indispensable service towards honrable men. In 10 years of service I've gotten nothing but positive result from this establishment as much as any sub unit that is operated under VA services here in nashville and truly have found what it means to be a Veteran. I hold a lot of painful memories in this place with injuries and medical concerns, and yet it's still pleasant walking in this wholesome place. Touching, to say the least, watching torn up men left and right but rewarding in everyday possible knowing you had the same guts as every one of them. This place was more than just a treatment center. It was the beginning of a brand new chapter in my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The staff, the environment, the activities… everything played such a fundamental role in helping me kickstart my sobriety journey.
The activities we got to do were incredible, not just fun, but truly meaningful. The maze and the pole jumping weren’t just exciting or different. They were powerful, grounding experiences that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. Those moments helped me reconnect with myself in ways I didn’t know I needed.
One of the most moving parts of my stay was the equine therapy. Working with the horses was such a healing experience. They have a way of showing you parts of yourself that words can’t always reach. But it wasn’t just the horses that made it so special. The director of the equine program brought so much insight and compassion into every session. The way he taught, the messages he shared, and the life lessons he tied into each activity were absolutely life-changing for me. Those classes helped me reflect, grow, and begin to rebuild myself with intention and grace.
I also want to recognize some of the incredible staff who made my time there so special. Michelle, one of the house moms, was absolutely my favorite. She was always there when I needed someone to talk to or when I just needed a break from the chaos that can come with communal living. Katie, another house mom, was also a huge support for me. She was someone I could always go to if I needed help, advice, or just someone to listen. Their presence meant everything to me during the hardest parts of this journey.
I was also lucky enough to have Allen for the majority of my stay, and I was truly sad to hear he’s no longer working there. His classes were something I looked forward to every week, and his way of teaching and connecting with us left a huge impact on me. And Ken. I can’t forget to mention how much I appreciated his classes as well. They were insightful, engaging, and often exactly what I needed to hear.
This place gave me the tools, the space, and the support I needed to begin my recovery in a real and lasting way. I honestly don’t think I could ever put into words how grateful I am for everything this program gave me. I felt safe, accepted, and understood. For anyone who’s struggling with addiction, I would recommend this facility without hesitation. It changed my life.

Great therapists at Journey Pure. It's different in that they go beyond just getting and staying clean and sober. They go deeper so you're able to understand why you do what you do, and to correct unwanted behaviors. The equine therapy was really interesting, as I couldn't fathom how working with horses could help...but it did. The houses you stay in are great, big wide open kitchen and living room. Plenty of good food to eat, and for the smokers, you can pretty well smoke when you want. I know smoking rules can be a big thing for someone detoxing. If your looking for a place to get help, I would recommend Journey Pure!

They specialize in treating opioid, methamphetamine and alcohol addictions. They use an individualized approach to treatment with medication assisted treatment (MAT) and counseling. Their mission is to instill hope, save live | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Spero Health has been a vital part of my recovery journey ! I sit back and observe others say they do not believe in MAT (medication assisted therapy) that it's just another substance to get off of and that's really far from the truth ! If I had never found Spero and the medication that I am on I would have done come across a pressed pill since my DOC was opiates I know by now or within the last t years I would have purchased a perk on the street and the odds of me overdosing on fytenol was great and finding Subutex saved my life it saves mother's, father's, someone's son someone's daughter someone that's loved in this world ! Being properly evaluated and treated them stabilized during trauma therapy and when u are ready the tapering off the medication helps get off of the medication and not suffer any withdrawals from the medication ! If u work the program or if you are in ur recovery and doing your recovery the correct way u will have a longer happier thriving and productive life ! Ty to all the former employees and current employees for getting up everyday and loving with you too and doing it with your heart instead of it for just a paycheck!

I wasn’t really sure what to expect with this clinic beings as I was coming from a clinic in Bowling Green, KY that I did not have a very good experience with as far as the staff/competence goes. However, I absolutely love how the staff at this clinic treats me and wants me to succeed. They make sure I have my meds and are very flexible with your schedule/lifestyle. Been going here for about 2 months now and really enjoy it so far. Highly recommend!

They have inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization programs and physician clinical services. Medicare, TRICARE, and Tenncare are accepted. If you are con | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I'm a parent of a teen that has been to Rolling Hills. My daughter's very first visit to a psychiatrist led to her going that night to Rolling Hills. Her psychiatrist gave me two places to choose from and I didn't know which one to choose. I chose Rolling Hills and it was the best decision. I was so torn and scared to leave my child with strangers. I cried myself to sleep that night worried about her and if she was ok. If you are a parent and you are reading this, know that I am an overprotective parent and this experience at Rolling Hills has been a wonderful experience considering the circumstances, they really do put you at ease. Please don't hesitate to send your child here. From admissions, to therapists, to psychiatrists, to case workers, to nurses, to the staff during visitation and all the staff, they have all been exemplary. I wish we lived local so that my daughter could attend their outpatient therapy services. I could go on and on about how great Rolling Hills is and their staff. Please, if your child is having mental issues, don't second guess it, don't doubt, bring them here. My daughter even has the best things to say about Rolling Hills and that tells me a lot in itself. Thank you Rolling Hills for employing caring, loving and kind people. I will always be thankful for you all!

They specialize in MAT and outpatient counseling and recovery education. Everwell LLC is a detox and addiction treatment facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee that offers help and hope to people with opioid d | Programs Payment Options | This is by far the best Clinic I've been to, and I've been through some programs. I've been coming here for awhile now and hands down the best Doctors to Nurses also there Therapist who will go out of her way to help you with whatever is going on in your life. I always feel Welcomed and I leave feeling like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I just wanted to thank everyone there for just being them and treating me like a person and not just another number. Thank you to everyone at Everwell Clinic in Murfreesboro TN, keep up the good work it really means alot to me. Have a great day. JAKE STASINOPOLOS. P.S for everyone that is being rude to Lora and the rest of the staff, remember why your here. This place is here to try and help you the best way they can, just because it doesn't fit your time limit remember what got you here and why you're coming to a place like this. These people have to deal with patience's coming in sick and rude, cussing them out because it's not fast enough or trying to get away with falsifying a drug test and when you get caught or there not fast enough to your standards, think about what they have to go through day in and day out dealing with a program like this. Lora and the staff there are some of the most patient people I've seen working at a Suboxone Clinic. Also for the People saying that the staff plays Doctor, who are you to judge what they do are any of you Doctors or R.N's? Remember why your coming here in the first place and then put yourself in there shoes and try to keep a smile all day and still be professional. I've personally seen people cuss them out because there Pharmacy is taking to long or they can't get it cause there to early, well that's not there fault take your medication as prescribed and there won't be any issues. Remember why your coming to a place like this, so take it easy and look at yourself first before you go and give a review that i believe they don't deserve because you didn't get your way. People remember what got you here, your own actions now live with the consequences and don't blame anyone but yourself. 💯

My son josh Patton has been with Dr Wilkerson for several years. Prior to completion of Drug court though Gale Robinson davidson county. He's batled losing his grandmother in the process. He almost gave up on wanting to live. Dr Wilkerson goes out of his way for my son. He's stuck in there with my son through thick and thin 💙. He's got many issues however all we hear about is Dr Wilkerson this or Dr Wilkerson said that he brags on Niki sam Laura and adores each of them with a level or respect. He strives to be your poster child and we're grateful for Dr Wilkerson working with my son he gave josh his meds to go get his wife his career and kids here he was inches from wanting to not exist until Dr Wilkerson healed joshes severe adhd and opioid dependency and always struggles with anxiety and depression. I pray we the pattons can be lifelong clients 🙏. We go where Wilkerson goes he kept my son Josh Patton alive thriving and succeeding off hard drugs and usually begin the year rough. We appreciate doctor saying any blessings I give is through God and we're blessed God placed him in our path. He gives us stable worry free house hold. I pray we can see josh happy married with kids one-day josh says without Wilkerson he could not be excited or have a woman without his meds. We owe him so much he is the only doctor that hasn't abandoned him. The real generals family. We adore everwell and gang ❤️ sincerely Steve Patton
