If you are thinking about sending your loved one to this program know they will be given a headstart back into society. They will be cared for and the food my god it's great!

I’ve been attending this clinic since returning from Fort Polk, LA. The nurses are empathetic, and the front desk personnel are friendly. Dr Hyson is delightful and always willing to go out of her way to help me with my needs—plenty of parking and easy to get to.

Lisa Shapiro, employment counselor, is truly the best of the best. She went above and beyond to help me when no one would with many projects and was very supportive with employment and SSDI issues. My thanks to all of the people of Laurel House who make our community stand out above the rest.

I was referred to Serenity Infuse by my doctor at HSS. I have been receiving infusions for CRPS since 2014 so I’m very familiar with the process and know good from bad. It takes a really special set of skills, medical and human, to be a ketamine infuser and Serenity has the goods. The atmosphere and people feel incredibly comfortable and familiar while always maintaining the highest standards in care and professionalism. When I arrive, I just relax, ok I’m in good hands and I know relief is imminent. Serenity just gets it, they are so familiar with the experience of pain syndromes there’s no having to explain symptoms, they just see You, a human being, and go to work. Everyone I was surrounded by here played a role in my success. After the initial consultation call, I felt this is the place where I want to do my infusions. Once there my comfort in the environment and experience grew. I knew I was in a safe place. I felt very supported. I knew I was in good hands. Since September of ‘23 the benefits of IV infusion are still with me. The best benefit is my “default trigger levels” have significantly gone down, the fight or flight reaction to that trigger is more under my control now. That one thing alone meds and therapy couldn’t fix. Journal the experience, a lot happens and you will want to remember it later.

I started smoking at age 13. I am now 64 years old. I have used laser therapy to stop smoking in the past. I had remained smoke free for 2 and a 1/2 years and then Covid-19 hit. Ever since then, I have tried to stop smoking again, with no success. My husband and I relocated to upstate NY. I knew that I had to stop smoking again, once and for all, because I was seeing how the smoking was impacting my health. I researched places that provided the cold laser treatment. I found a couple of places in upstate NY and Safe Laser Therapy in Connecticut. After reading the reviews for all of the places, I decided to call Safe Laser Therapy. I spoke with Malti and after speaking with her, I knew that I had found the right person. Malti is extremely caring, compassionate and supportive. She wants to help you succeed! I was extremely impressed with Malti doing 2 back to back treatments. I've never had that done before. She also spends time educating you and providing you with resources and tips to help you get past the urges/cravings! I have never had that before either. I had my 2 laser treatments done and I have remained smoke free 6 days as of today. I have to say, I feel absolutely wonderful. I've experienced no symptoms of withdrawal and any urges or cravings are minimal. I'm able to simply push them away. I honestly can't sing the praises for Malti enough! She is simply amazing! If you are looking to stop smoking, I would highly recommend Malti at Safe Laser Therapy. She's absolutely the best, hands down!

I bought a Groupon for 2 sessions thinking it was for two people, but Malti helped me understand that only 1 person can perform the therapy per session. Even though I decided not to proceed, she took the time to call back and help me get a good understanding, which I don't find other companies do often. She is kind and considerate and I highly recommend doing business with her.

I came here for help to quit smoking. I had the detox wrap and the laser therapy. Malti was very informative on each procedure that was being down. She even sent a lengthy email before my appointment and had details about how to prepare before coming. The place is very clean, Malti is very understanding and really cares about your needs. I smoked for 40+ years and so far (8 days) have not picked up a cigarette. There are no cravings at all. I highly recommend Safe Laser Therapy for quitting. Cannot say enough about how knowledgeable Malti is. Even checks in with you to see how your doing.

Ann Kraft APRN is so, so lovely and caring. I was able to onboard as a new patient in a week or so and had an appt available to me SO much more quickly than other behavioral practices in the past. The counseling center staff are truly dedicated at providing excellent rehabilitation services. I have been to an inpatient facility where this was not the case, and have nothing but positive things to say about the counseling center. Dair, Tim, Kristen and Kristine helped me build strong mental habits and skills for managing the emotional stress that led to my use. Wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars

Very friendly staff, they have a lot of patience for their clients. They have a lot 2 offer us as clients and there are times they feed u if they have it. Very respectfull to thier clients and have a lot of confidentiality. Try this clinic they r very quick and clean I recommend to anyone. The lighthouse recently hosted a camping and rafting trip centered around recovery with @adventurerecovery as our guides, we stayed at an amazing campsite with everything you would ever need, bonded and shared over games, an awesome meal and a fireside meeting, rafted down the River the next morning and built what should be lifelong bonds with the men on the trip, amazing. Thank you Trey for including me in these experiences and adventures, so grateful.
