When you reach out in search of a sober living environment, you are greeted by Mike Brown himself, a compassionate individual who has played a pivotal role in my journey to recovery. I have had the privilege of residing in his sober living houses on two separate occasions, as well as participating in his intensive outpatient program. Mike Brown has proven to be more than just a supporter. Moreover, when I discovered I was pregnant, I reached out to Mike, and he swiftly arranged for me to move into one of his finest sober living houses within a few hours. His dedication to my well-being is a testament to his genuinely admirable character. Furthermore, Mike's wife (whom I haven’t met) shares his passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere in the sober living houses. She invests her energy into decorating these spaces, aiming to transform them into genuine homes. Their commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in recovery is commendable. My journey towards sobriety has spanned an extended period, during which I have undergone a profound transformation in both my lifestyle and mindset. While Next Level Recovery played an instrumental role in my progress, the true catalyst for change was the experience of residing in their sober living houses. These environments foster personal growth by allowing individuals to take ownership of their lives while also providing essential resources for those struggling. A well-designed sober living program should never be overly controlling, but rather empower individuals to learn how to care for themselves. However, it should also offer a safety net to prevent anyone from falling into the depths of despair. Next Level Recovery understands this delicate balance and ensures that residents are equipped with the necessary skills to thrive independently while offering support when needed.

Youth care was a very positive 10month experience for our family. Therapist Jake was so impactful with my 15 yr old daughter. We will forever cherish the staff and time spent with Youth care and the growth our daughter made.

I have been going to DeNovo for the past month. I love the location being near home for me. The best thing about DeNovo in my opinion is that the entire staff are not only professional in conduct but they are friendly enough to make you feel at home.very comfortable environment setting. They also give you a confident feeling that you can be successful not only in treatment but in life . Also i don't feel like there are so many people going there that I'm just a ,number, not at all. I recently had a teen come here in the summer, in May. I have also had a child come here before, three years ago. Both times were very positive and the staff did very well. They have an excellent Inpatient Program, with different levels of progression that works really well (prudently structured and effective). The meals and facilities are great. The staff that deals directly with Inpatients are very good at what they do. The counseling they offered is by professionals who are outstanding at what they do. A lot of the things learned during the time my teens have been there have stuck with them and they still use that knowledge today--One of our teens went through the YRT program-- I hope to never have to bring another family member again to Inpatient Care. However, if I did, it would be to The Hunstman Mental Institute. They are very good.

These guys are awesome, if your ready to get clean. If you want to keep getting high, go to the one that rhymes with fart. These guys know their stuff, understand addiction, and will work with you to get you sober. If you want a clinic that doesn't care and will let you do what you want, this isn't the place. I had an experience where they showed me this first hand. The level on one of my tests was out of whack, so they started doing my dose do make sure all was well. Once things were sstraightened or, the stabilized me for the first time ever. Now I'm good without dope. 5 years at fart and nothing, I come here and within a month, I'm stable. This is unlike any other clinic I've been to. No lines around the block, no staff talking down to you. Exactly what I needed.

EDIT: It's been almost a year since my last review & I wanted to update it again. I love this place and & the people. Unfortunately, Jerry, who was the owner, had to sell. I met the new owner & he seemed very nice but omg the new systems they're implementing are just so awful & annoying & frustrating. Before we would come in & Susan, the receptionist, who is so sweet, kind, smart, & efficient, would get us checked in & we could literally be in & out in like 3 minutes for real. Now they make u check in on a tablet & there's a TV where they put your # when you're allowed to go back & see Jeff, (the one who gives u your dose). I hate it for a couple reasons, #1- it slows things down A LOT!!! There is always a wait now & it is no longer in & out. #2- it makes u feel like your at the DMV! Waiting for your # to be called, you're not a person, you're a # & it feels so clinical & impersonal. Now one of the things I do like & really appreciate that they've done is if u miss your counseling apt they give u a week to do a group & if u do u don't have to pay a fine. Which I really appreciate. Last Monday the while morning was going awful & all these things came up & I totally spaced & felt so bad about missing my apt but am so grateful I am able to make it up! I'm also grateful Jerry is still there & I still have him as my counselor, he is a wonderful person who u can tell really cares about everyone & never judges. & I'm also so glad Susan is there & Jeff. Jeff is the nurse who gives u your dose, who is also one of my favorite people there. He is so kind, efficient & I love coming every day & getting to see Susan & Jeff cuz they're such wonderful people & I hope they never leave!!! Diane is another staff member who has been there for years & is such an amazing person. As a matter of fact, all the staff there is amazing & I'm grateful to have such wonderful people to be there & support me in my recovery journey. So even though I really don't like the new system (& talking to others, everyone else hates it too & were kind of hoping they'll do away with it after a while when they see how much it slows things down) I will still continue with, I guess it's called True North now because of the people there.

Volunteers of America men's detoxification center is an amazing safe haven for those most vonarable detoxing from Alcohol and or drugs! The staff are amazing! They truly care about there clients treating them with love & respect. Thank you VOA❤️

A loved one was here and they at least tried to help, for free. Any negative reviews, stop complaining, it's free and I'm sure they do their best.
