Next Level Recovery stands out from traditional substance abuse programs by not only providing education and cessation strategies but also offering a unique experience. When you reach out in search of a sober living environment, you are greeted by Mike Brown himself, a compassionate individual who has played a pivotal role in my journey to recovery. I have had the privilege of residing in his sober living houses on two separate occasions, as well as participating in his intensive outpatient program.
Mike Brown has proven to be more than just a supporter. Moreover, when I discovered I was pregnant, I reached out to Mike, and he swiftly arranged for me to move into one of his finest sober living houses within a few hours. His dedication to my well-being is a testament to his genuinely admirable character.
Furthermore, Mike's wife (whom I haven’t met) shares his passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere in the sober living houses. She invests her energy into decorating these spaces, aiming to transform them into genuine homes. Their commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in recovery is commendable.
My journey towards sobriety has spanned an extended period, during which I have undergone a profound transformation in both my lifestyle and mindset. While Next Level Recovery played an instrumental role in my progress, the true catalyst for change was the experience of residing in their sober living houses. These environments foster personal growth by allowing individuals to take ownership of their lives while also providing essential resources for those struggling.
A well-designed sober living program should never be overly controlling, but rather empower individuals to learn how to care for themselves. However, it should also offer a safety net to prevent anyone from falling into the depths of despair. Next Level Recovery understands this delicate balance and ensures that residents are equipped with the necessary skills to thrive independently while offering support when needed.

I had the privilege of working with Montana. She made the intake process easy and met me where I was at.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Austin, who made the intake process relaxed and chill, and I felt safe.
I met the doctor on my first day who was through and knew what he was doing, and he got me on medications that worked!
I have had the privilege of working with Shannon, who is phenomenal. She is the kind of gal who knows what’s up and will tell you the truth in the most honest and loving way. She led classes that were beneficial and educational.
Jake is a fantastic therapist, and you are blessed if you are on his caseload. He is a man full of knowledge, wisdom and empathy. I’ve never worked with a male therapist before and I felt safe within our first session.
Heather who handles case management is doing God’s work. No seriously. She answered all my questions, made sure all of my outside stuff was handled and made discharge planning a breeze.

Treatment only works when you genuinely want to be there and are willing to accept help. I credit Pathways—and the people in my life who convinced me to go—with saving my life. I wanted and needed the help, and they provided the kind of empathetic yet challenging environment that helped me overcome decades of destructive thought patterns and behaviors.
Everyone I worked with, from house staff to the CEO, was supportive beyond expectations, all focused on the main goal: helping me to help myself get better.
Pathways is voluntary, you do not "get fired". If you have conflict with staff or other clients, it is the best place to be since trained staff and supportive peers are there to help. It's the whole point.
For any peers that remember me: I wish you all the best--you're amazing!
For staff: Thank you from the deepest parts of my soul for the difference you've made in my life.

The school is good, it’s a place to get your head on the right place. There are not many places that don’t kick people out, except this place. I had so much anxiety meeting new people and the therapists know what they’re doing. Jordan has helped me so much she was a therapist, who left a day or so after I did. I love all the therapists there, they never pushed me away. They came to talk IF they had the time. I was told when I was there that, the people who wrote low reviews are the kids or parents of kids that did not take an advantage that school has to offer. Provo helped me get on the right path and I graduated from high school early. They are really not bad.

i went to New Haven when I was fourteen to when I was almost sixteen. I have positive things to say, but much more negative. I’ll start with the positive.
-certain staff made me feel very safe and loved
-I met my closest friends
-I got to bring home a cat
-I learned a lot about my trauma
-Robyn the gym teacher
But there’s much more you need to work on
-I was medically neglected, and I have been diagnosed with endometriosis. I would pass out on my period and they refused to take me to the doctor. Treatment team gave me a punch card so I could only go to the nurse three times a week
-When I refused to go to school, I had the mattress physically pulled out from under me
You do not know how to handle children in crisis at all
-our cook would push her religious and political beliefs on us
-our parents were manipulated into keeping us there
-Integrity tests and peer feedback are all out of malicious intent no matter what the staff say. As a student who has talked with many other students about this, we absolutely gave feedback to start drama or hurt each other, and the staff pushed it on
-Bullying was a common issue and the staff never did anything about it
-They would take away your personal items and lock them up for weeks and if you were on a home pass and missed return/confiscation then they would donate your things
- I had a staff tell us that we shouldn’t eat the food because there were maggots in it
-the mealtimes are restricted so much, and there’s no options for food. This does not help someone with annorexia. New Haven only supports people with binge disorders
-staff would mistreat the animals and let us miss our animal chores and refuse to feed the animals if one of us was too depressed to do it
All in all, I do not recommend this place. I still hold a grudge against my parents for sending me here and it has caused lots of tension in our family. This is the worst thing you can do for your child.

I started using at a young age, not realizing at the time that it was a way for me to cope with deeper issues. I got sober in 2001 but relapsed in 2008 and continued using until March of 2023, when I was dropped off at Wasatch Recovery. That moment changed my life.

Look no further, this is the place. Coming to Wasatch Recovery was the BEST decision I ever made. For years I had been desperately trying to change my lifestyle and pull myself out of addiction without success. Wasatch changed everything for me. The therapists are extremely qualified and very intuitive. I learned so much from them and the rest of the staff. They taught me how to align myself with the best version of myself, to love myself, to practice integrity, to be honest, to serve and uplift others, to be accountable, and gave me so many tools to grow and heal not only while I was there but things I still use now 10 months out of rehab.
The staff are passionate about their jobs and about the mission of Wasatch. You can feel that their hearts are in it. I had never been to a treatment program where the owner shows up as much as Mark does. You can feel that he has a deep love for all of the clients and he and his team work hard to provide the best care possible. Deer Hollow is a wonderful place. So many talented therapists are here! I had a wonderful experience in residential, it was tough and the most transformative experience of my life. Outpatient didn't seem to have the same level of intensive therapeutic approaches in the group setting, in comparison to residential. Outpatient was also more disorganized than residential. Group cohesion was something the therapists struggled to manage at times (in outpatient). Many conflicts in the group were left unresolved and continued to grow, despite individuals voicing how others were impacting them (using parts language, DBT DEAR MAN, etc.). While I'm sure everyone has the same/comparable training, outpatient didn't incorporate psychodrama as much as residential, nor did it do as deep work within IFS, which was unfortunate as I found the most positive transformation with psychodrama & IFS. Yes, there was a lot of psychoeducation regarding IFS in outpatient, but actual experiential exercises weren't as common from my experience. Also, there is a therapist in outpatient who has some tendencies that lean towards a God complex, and wanting to push people in a way that isn't trauma-informed. This was a part that I observed in this therapist's behaviors, which was really difficult to navigate as the client. This specific therapist isn't that way all of the time (that God complex part isn't always activated) but there were times that were heavily guided by their own desire to be of importance. I understand most people in helping professions have a helper part, but this part in this therapist was pretty extreme, I can see how it motivates the therapist to do better and continuously improve, but to a point where it occasionally leads to a lack of unconditional positive regard and places outcomes over the process. Again, this person isn't defined that part but it came up and impacted my treatment. I still think every therapist here is extremely talented, but I believe that feedback-informed treatment (FIT) should be considered when guiding treatment. I am not looking for a rationalization for these occurrences, I am just trying to voice my experience as there were moments in outpatient that were more harmful than helpful. But overall, my experiences at Deer Hollow were transformative and helpful for my healing. If someone is going to go, I highly recommend doing residential first as it was a completely different experience than outpatient, and residential offered so much more intensive healing work. I hope that my experiences are honored and respected, and that this is taken with the integration of the whole perspective with the good parts and the more challenging parts (within myself of course, but also within the organization as a whole). Sending lot of peace, compassion and gratitude, as I know for a fact I wouldn't be the person I am today if it weren't for the healing I received at Deer Hollow.

This was the best treatment experience I’ve ever had and I have been to several other ones in Utah. The family atmosphere and the amazing staff who genuinely care and always had my best interests at heart, the case management team were amazing at helping me to figure out a safe place to live and aftercare, the medical staff especially Sarah!! were amazing at helping me find the right medications and make sure I was sleeping well and feeling good and I can’t say enough about the clinical team!! I changed my life at reflections and I would recommend it for anyone who wants to get real solid treatment and not just a vacation!! Thank you Dustin and all the staff!!

This is the best mental health provider I have had. I met the owner at one point and she is beyond knowledgeable on medication and finding the right therapist/therapy style. After a year of being a patient my mental and physical health was better than it had been in years.

A treatment program that cares more about the patients than their bottom line. They always answer their phones and offer a variety of treatment services that treats the person in totality. Highly recommmend!

| Zion Healing Center provides substance abuse and mental health treatment for adults. You'll find 'em located out in Murray, Utah. They offer intensive outpatient (IOP) services. This track gives you more flexibility if you're able to live at home and continue working or attending school without needing 24/7 supervision. Zion Healing Center provi | Treatments Programs Payment Options | After my husband tried multiple medications, years of talk therapy, CT scans, MRI’s, and saw countless doctors for different issues- we FINALLY got to the root of it all: his brain.
By addressing the core—his neurological function—we’ve found true healing from his depression, anxiety, ADHD, & addictions. Those painful cycles are over, as this has given us the tools to actually work through them. It’s been a long 7 years watching him suffer & feel disconnected, and now I’m finally seeing my husband be HIMSELF again. That means everything to me.
His quality of life has done a complete 180. He’s able to function optimally! He is healthy- and most importantly he’s happy.
We finally found the help needed to recover and truly heal his brain, and we owe it to NeuroLife.

Absolutely life-changing. I couldn't really have done it without them because of what they do here at neural life healing and it's just absolutely phenomenal. It's well worth the money and we'll worth your time because on all honesty. It's not that much time. It may be every day, but it's not that much time. .there were some days that I wanted more or longer sessions. Also, because I felt comfortable with the people providing the care and also because the care was amazing.

Neurolife has changed my life.
My experience with TMS could not have gone better, before treatment I felt as if life was just blah, I now wake up with excitement to tackle my day and look forward to living.
All technicians there are super friendly.
Oaklee was my main TMS Tech. She was also extremely helpful and vital in my treatment process to get better.
I would recommend TMS and Neurolife to anyone that might be struggling with depression.

They offer a medication assi | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I've been going here for about a month now. It's been years since I've gone to a clinic. In the past I haven't had the greatest experiences at clinics due to many factors. Like having too many patients and/or lack of empathy. Their intake processes were always so ridiculous. They would make u jump through 100 hoops just to start dosing. And sometimes if you didn't meet their unrealistic qualifications they would turn u away and tell u to come back another day. But Tranquility Place has put those places to shame! The intake process is easy and painless and goes by quick! They get u to dose right away. They have dr's there each morning to help get u to a comfortable dose. The staff there is beyond helpful, professional, very sweet and personable. Very passionate about what they do there and it shows. Ive never felt judged and I've been met with a lot of compassion. I check in with my counselor maybe once a week for no more than 10-20 min at a time. Groups are available but not mandatory! Each time I dose im in and out in the blink of an eye. There is never a wait time when I come in to dose. I'm finally stable and my quality of life is already improving. I was against going back on methadone for a long time. But if u are anything like me and have had long term issues with opiates and u are considering a clinic, Tranquility Place is the clinic to go to! Trust me!

Please proofread your reviews!! Incoherent rants do not help anyone determine anything about this place, it only makes the reviewer look like an idiot who can’t even write a proper English sentence. You are doing a disservice to everyone who might really need help determining which clinic is right for them. This is a serious medical decision that people are making that could have life and death consequences so please take your reviews more seriously and re-read them for spelling and grammatical errors. Otherwise keep your incomprehensible diatribes to yourself. We will all thank you for your help keeping our Community well.

A loved one went here. One of the better places. They give weekend take-homes right away. One downside is you have to line up at 5:30 am to initially be admitted.
