Vista Taos was not just a calling for it was life pr death. I drove by VT many a time on the way to elk hunts up by the CO border. I would joke with my dad that I might have to go there. Well all jokes aside I found myself walking through that front door. I was greated by staff and treated like a human being from all the staff. I mean it is a rehab it's not summer camp. Everyday wasn't sunshine and rose's. The morning meditation down to the one on one with my counselor " straight to the point and no BS!" This was and I hope my only time going. I was there in the middle of covid and snow storms but the friendships and experience I will always remember. "Update" 4y 10m 21d sober and counting and still working the program. I highly recommend

I wanted to wait a year before i left a review about my experience at Vista, and here we are. I am 1 year and 1 month sober !! When i first came to the facility i was in terrible shape, physically and mentally. I fought the treatment for weeks before i saw that i was actually getting better. I found my higher power in this place and my life has changed in dramatic ways. I have no urge whatsoever to return to my previous way of life and i must give the credit to Vista. I want to thank all of the people there for helping me see things differently. God is all around this place if you recognize the many signs.

I (unfortunately) needed to go here. Best choice I ever made. I stayed at a very clean house, cooked meals 3x a day, and awesome staff. I'm just remembering to write this because it was 2 years ago November 1st. Even when your scared, they make it easy. Believe me. So worth it. And shout out to Phil. Super cool guy. I tried to get someone else to go here before I decided to cut ties... But, this place is great. Also snacks in the waiting room.

Turning is an amazing center that helps in many areas. The staff is amazing and very personable and I would recommend the center for all recovery needs

This place is amazing....was in the RTC program and now in IOP! Staff is unbelievably supportive and compassionate!

Say or think whatever you want about methadone clinics, this place has helped me stay off opiates for 8 years now. Yes there are some questionable people that come here, however the staff is top notch. The dosing nurses are the BEST and the caseworkers, director, and everyone else is awesome. THANK YOU NEW SEASONS

I had the pleasure of working with Zia Recovery and I would definitely send a family member there for treatment. They truly care about recovery and helping people get back on their feet! I wouldn't hesitate to call them and ask for support.

ZRC has completely gone above and beyond during my first 40 days of recovery. Zia is a great program , they treat each client with respect and care and give you so much opportunity to grow and get your life and addiction issues in order. The new mattresses are really comfortable too :) I am happy with my experience at Zia. It’s been profound and life changing.

During my heart surgery this past April and recovery in the ICU I was so impressed by the doctors, nurses and technical staff. While understaffed they still provided excellent care and attention without complaint. Thank you all!

Been going since I was a teen and they’ve always been professional and accommodating. I’ve seen a few different therapists and have learned everyone has different teaching methods that may not suit you individually. Don't let courtesy stop you from asking to change to a different provider. However it's a bit unfortunate they removed services from over the phone for those that live far but don't have the means to video call.

Been getting services for over a year at this point and this place deserves a higher rating. The staff is very caring and understanding. They may be a but disorganized sometimes but the level of care isn't anything to criticize.

Saw a nurse practitioner today, I believe her name was Hardin. She was excellent! She was receptive and responsive in creating a treatment plan for me. Office staff and medical assistant were also kind and personable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

David sweat is a family member of mine who was in a freak accident and became paralyzed from the neck down. The nurses and everyone were so helpful and David work so hard in the nurses to get him walking and they did within 6 weeks ❤️ couldn't be more blessed and thankful for the nurses and everyone at this facility!! A very caring facility. The doctor, nurses, therapists are very caring and professional. I saw incredible improvements in all of the patients there irregardless of what each individual health needs were. It is a top notch facility and kept very clean as well. The social worker is very knowledgeable about things and is very helpful about making arrangements for appointments and anything else that's needed. The open door policy is very good with everyone there. I highly recommend this facility for whatever rehabilitation needed. Definitely a Five Star facility.

We pulled up to Peak Behavioral Health about 10:00 PM on a Wednesday night. My daughter (16 years old) decided it was time to get help. She deals w/mental health and substance abuse. She was to the point of having no self-esteem and was just lost and broken. She didn't want to go on any more. We have discussed going inpatient to other facilities. I was terrified based on reviews and word of mouth alone. My daughter's PCP recommended Peak. We decided to give it a try. Once they took my daughter in, I was scared for her. She had to go in alone, and I knew that was going to be hard. The first couple of days were very rough for her. She would call begging to come home. She said she didn't like it and that it was unsafe. When I asked her why she didn't like it or what was going on that made her feel unsafe, she couldn't answer. She just thought that by saying that, I would run to get her. We talked her into staying. By Sunday, she was better. Ready to come home... but knowing she needed to stay and was settling in. She stayed for 7 days and was started on medication to help with her moods AND her craving for alcohol. When I picked her up (today), she gave me the biggest hug she has ever given me. On the 3-hour drive home, we talked about what she learned, the people she met, and the great staff. There was only one staff member whom she said she didn't know why she was there to begin with, and needed a different job. Ha! Everyone was great at keeping me informed about the plan. I was able to speak with my daughter every night while there. I would recommend Peak for sure. My daughter's review: I wish the food was better, things need to be fixed (like a hole in her shower, the ice machine doesn't work, and the Sprite and Dr. Pepper "didn't work"). When asked whether she would recommend it to her peers, she said, "100%." Thank you, Peak, for taking care of my daughter. My momma's heart was scared, but my daughter came back feeling better and actually has hope again.

They truly helped me be my best self and i am forever thankful for the kind housekeepers and facilities managers. Watch out for the weather and critters though!
