Humphrey house is a place for the kids in our communtiy to go and be kept in their community and in the state. Families and youth have an opportunity to work together on their target goals together. Sometimes Humphrey House is often the better choice than the home for whatever reasons and that's just being honest. As always when looking at the whole picture you may not always get the answers and results you want but you get what you need. Humphrey house provides just that place that is needed even during the times it isn't wanted. It takes a village. And a village isn't perfect but they are willing to keep trying.

I would love to get the word about how wonderful my pulmonologist is. Her name is Dr Alapati. She has gone way above and beyond for me. I found out I had lung cancer and she made sure I had all the appointments I needed. She helped with saving my life. I’ve been scared and stressed but she has been there with me the whole time. Overall, mixed reviews. We couldn't go to the lab because the line was about 8 to 10 people in front of us. Parking is nearly always a problem. Some of the offices have multiple lights out and it needs to be addressed. Drs are great. Today I would like to recognize the police on site. My car wouldn't start and the officer jumper my vehicle and even took the time to explain to my son so he could learn. Thank you so much! #everyday heroes

I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. The staff here are absolutely amazing. We were having a hard time finding a psychiatrist to see my son in a reasonable amount of time, then insurance was giving problems, these ladies were an absolute blessing. He is now a law abiding citizen and has 10 years of sobriety. It would be an understatement to say that Journey changed my life. The staff there is incredible. They’re thoughtful, willing to help, and present with you throughout your entire recovery. I’ve been to multiple other treatment centers, and Journey by far had the most recovery within its walls, not to put those recovery centers down, just being truthful. Adaccv has done it again! For the second time they have saved my life. In 2007 I came through the Williams House when it was a treatment center . And was able to attain over 7 yrs sobriety. I was a patient here for a week earlier this year, and my stay was wonderful. The nurses were attentive, and understanding, and Dr. Bankes listened to me without judgement. She really helped me to get on a better path in my life and to get my meds all straightened out! The social workers are amazing and helped connect me to resources and free counseling once I left! The food was great, and there's plenty of snacks! I 100% recommend this clinic for all of your mental health needs! The only thing I have to complain about is that the telehealth doctor on the weekends was rude towards me and seemed to brush off my needs. He put me on a medication that I had a bad reaction to and he didn't seemed concerned when I told him and asked to be taken off of it. Everything else is great though!
