Humphrey house is a place for the kids in our communtiy to go and be kept in their community and in the state. Families and youth have an opportunity to work together on their target goals together. Sometimes Humphrey House is often the better choice than the home for whatever reasons and that's just being honest. As always when looking at the whole picture you may not always get the answers and results you want but you get what you need. Humphrey house provides just that place that is needed even during the times it isn't wanted. It takes a village. And a village isn't perfect but they are willing to keep trying.

Springboard is the best decision I ve ever made!!!Tyner was so helpful in helping me get into the doors and so welcoming once I did, I m forever grateful for him.It was such a life changing experience in just 30 days. The staff is phenomenal and the program and curriculum is one of a kind. I ve gained so much knowledge about alcoholism and drug abuse than I ever have before. The staff truly care for everyone and show so much love to each individual, I felt supported the entire time. Stages of Recovery saved my life by getting the ball rolling for my recovery. I m a little over a year sober and still take part in after care services as well as outreach to the newcomers. Overall, mixed reviews. We couldn't go to the lab because the line was about 8 to 10 people in front of us. Parking is nearly always a problem. Some of the offices have multiple lights out and it needs to be addressed. Drs are great. Today I would like to recognize the police on site. My car wouldn't start and the officer jumper my vehicle and even took the time to explain to my son so he could learn. Thank you so much! #everyday heroes

The Ranch at Dove Tree has been a wonderful experience for our son. I have read over the reviews and felt that a positive review was needed. We had to do self-pay because my son didn't have insurance. They worked with us and he was admitted. He has nothing but good things to say about the staff. They were all very helpful, supportive, and encouraging. I don't know what other's expect, but we appreciated the positive response we have had from the Ranch. They are helping us get our son in an IOP faciliity right now and have been very helpful with referrals and knowledge. We love the Ranch at Dove Tree in Lubbock.

Oravec has been my medication manager for years and he is very knowledgeable and kind, he listens to all my issues and takes the time to go over everything and fully explain new medications. The Tech s were nice and let us go outside a lot. The beds weren t the best but good for me, the food i loved, and the nurses and doctors were nice and understanding, especially when it was about the suicidal stuff.

overall good people & caring but there is one staff member demika (idk how you spell her name) who is ABSOLUTELY rude , she doesn t need to be working there. if treating us parents/guardians the way she did me , just imagine how she s treating the adolescence. but other than that i have nothing but good to say about this place.

I appreciate what you have done for my mother. She has committed on the front desk being a little short, but at times she can also be difficult. Please keep what you are doing for the public. Mental illness is a true struggle, not just for the patient but also for the family.
