The Springboard Center is a great treatment facility for anyone willing to get sober. It's a 30 day inpatient program. Springboard was very supportive every step of the way. The counselors, RA's and all the staff were extemely compassionate, kind and understanding. I have been so blessed to have been given the opportunity to rebuild my life on a clean and sober slate. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would as words cannot express my gratitude. I will forever be eternally grateful for my experience at Springboard.

The whole experience at the SpringBoard center has been positive.From the intake interview where they understood exactly what I was going through mentally, emotionally and physically. To providing transportation to the facility to start my recovery treatment. Counseling, therapist as well as individual sessions were what made all the difference in my recovery. I always felt that my needs were met at all aspects of recovery. Kitchen staff, janitorial kept the facility in top noch condition. Everyone who has asked me how I am doing in my journey of recovery, I tell them, " it wouldn't have been possible without The SpringBoard Center ." I will continue to recommend the SpringBoard center to anyone seeking to end a cycle of addiction.

Springboard is the best decision I’ve ever made!!! Tyner was so helpful in helping me get into the doors and so welcoming once I did, I’m forever grateful for him. It was such a life changing experience in just 30 days. The staff is phenomenal and the program and curriculum is one of a kind. I’ve gained so much knowledge about alcoholism and drug abuse than I ever have before. The staff truly care for everyone and show so much love to each individual, I felt supported the entire time. It was such an amazing experience and I had the best time with the other clients which became family by the end of the program. I never thought I’d say “I miss rehab” after I graduated and discharged that’s how amazing it was for me. I enjoyed every day in Springboard. Best rehab ever to exist!!!!

I have been in rehab several times in Houston - from trashy to Bougie - and The Ranch at Dove Tree is by a Millenia Far and Above any other Recovery experience I’ve ever had!!! The Staff are impeccable - From the CEO to the guys keeping the grounds - are Experienced in Addiction/Alcoholism because most of them have been there! They care from a place of knowing and understanding. My counselor, Katrina, is an Exceptional and Dynamic force in my recovery foundation! Josh is my first TAC Group leader - and I don’t think anyone could have impacted me in this type of forum as has he with his leadership, background and compassion! The RA’s are more than kind, professional and courteous-they are real people who get it! I would Plead with any family member of mine to utilize The Ranch at Dove Tree 1st and foremost if ever they were needed!!! I am Extremely proud to call myself an Alumni of RDT! 06/2025 🙏🏻☮️♥️

Horrific memories from being there 2000-2003. Don’t even care what potential feedback i get if any. Clearly it’s not only about money but there are not in the collective group of evidently ‘favorites’ demeaned, gaslighted, or scapegoated. Fortunately I’ve realized none was my fault. And guess what I’m in recovery decades later. Pretty much the only thing i benefited from was nature. Otherwise to be told ‘i did not want to get well’ even if i didn’t is an emotionally abusive tactic. That compromises a persons self worth and ‘hope’. I was treated in a passive aggressive and sideways confrontational way. As well as pointing out my insurance stopped paying but ‘we are letting you stay. Ok. One of the pivotal memories was the body image groups where we all garbed up in leotards. Then stood in front of the group to be ‘rated’ from a worksheet with numbers corresponding with body types. Additionally confrontation. Groups which were said to be an act of caring however were very much group attacking. I’m glad I’m older now and can see that it was highly harmful to me. I validate anyone who has had a far better experience but i owe none of my recovery to this place. Namely the person cam who could honestly care less.

What Shades of Hope has done for my life, and my family is nothing short of miraculous. The exceptional Treatment Team and Staff provided a healing environment. My view of life changed from hopeless to hopeful. Over thirteen years have passed, and I continue to move forwardj with endless possibilities. In gratitude, Sharon Davis
