This place is an absolute game changer. I could've have asked for a better place to get right. It's almost like being on vacation. They take all different approaches to helping u recover from addiction. The food is amazing and The staff are great and it's almost like you become family. I went to KLEAN almost ten years ago now. It was my first time doing inpatient rehab and thankfully was my only time. I stayed for around 3 and half months enough time to know I was done with heroin for the foreseeable future. They helped me get into postive routines and kept them up for a year after rehab. Things like going to meetings often and getting a sponsor things like that. In December it will be 9 years since I used heroin. I did all the work my self and if I wasnt ready I wouldnt have stoped but I can say for sure the counselors and staff helped me start my journey to being free from dope

I personally had no issues, but there was tons of drama there and it was very stressful on me personally. I was only there a week and 3 days and left and flew back home to cali. There is a really good male psychiatrist there who actually I met with a few days before I left, I can not recall his name but with his insight he really helped me figure out the things causing me to self medicate. I ended up getting clean on my own and have been clean now for 11 months almost a year!

I was impressed with the care of the staff & how each client was treated as an individual. Sometimes a little laid back but overall I believe my life was saved there by following treatment plan developed for me. Everyone was so very nice, very direct & honestly showing concern. The food was Fantastic & kitchen staff very flexible. I learned much during my 30 days of treatment & use the knowledge daily to guide me in my one day at a time sober way of living. I am very pleased & all my family say it was money well soent.

The staff at Awakenings are the most caring, selfless, understanding people on the planet. Michelle is a godsend and worked so hard to get my sister the treatment she needed. She was in a dark place and is a very stubborn individual and coupled with alcohol addiction- she was a difficult patient to say the least. Michelle talked our family through all the steps to success and was there for us in every moment. I can not express the appreciation and gratitude I have for her. It is beyond words. She is the only person through our search to get her help that truly cared to see her succeed. She never gave up, even when Awakenings was not the best fit. Awakenings By The Sea is exactly where I needed to be to be able to grasp the concept of true sobriety. From the minute I walked through the doors it was evident to me that this was a place that served those suffering from addiction. The staff are truly dedicated and I believe "called" to spread the message and help to others. The work was hard but sharing it with other women and recognizing their honesty, strength and willingness made it possible for me to do the work and do it with complete honesty. The AA meeting every morning at the Little Yellow House, Von and Shannon's delicious meals, the beach walks, gym time, bowling and movie time----were just what was needed to help in the beginning of healing. Jean who kept our home so clean and tidy and her wonderful sense of humor and stories.The counselors, nurses, admin., etc. are dedicated to each and every woman who comes through the doors. I am forever grateful for the gift of being able to walk through the doors and be a part of this blessed place. I look forward to seeing my Awakening Sisters in the future. I have been given the tools and healing time I was desperately in need of and I cannot thank them enough.

I strongly recommend Awakenings by the Sea for women’s only inpatient treatment! I went through the program about a year ago and miss it so much! It was a very formative part of my recovery and paved the way to successful sobriety. I wasn’t sure I would like it and there was a small conflict that arose between me and one of the staff members while I was there, but ultimately it all made me stronger. Tabitha is a no nonsense counselor, and she is great at finding potential cracks in your plan for sobriety and offering practical suggestions to surpass obstacles. The extracurricular activities are a big bonus… Like leisurely walks on the beach, weekend outings, in-house yoga and visits to the local gym. Patients also get to attend daily meetings at the Little Yellow House in Seaside, which is a world famous AA center. The community I found at Awakenings has stuck by my side and seen me through the good and the bad. I miss the routines, the dedicated staff, the other women, the powerfully moving group sessions, and the around the clock support for my sobriety. I haven’t needed to go back, but if I did, I would definitely choose Awakenings by the Sea for my recovery journey! 🌊💜💯

This place..if I could give 10 stars, I would. The level that these nurses and staff go to is out of this world. I felt NOTHING! If you’re using and reading this review, this is your sign. GO! They will take AMAZING care of you! Gina, Lucy, Karla, Sara, Sydney and all the others have your back and are there to help. Also, the food isn’t hospital food. It’s wholesome, delicious food that the kitchen will cook to YOUR liking. The counselors, Tanya, James, Cristen, Sherwin know what they’re doing. Trust them! They keep you busy once you’re out of special care. Hope someone makes the next right step because of this review!!

9 years ago tomorrow I checked in. 9 years clean. They Changed my life I was 24 pregnant with my first baby and needed help. They were the perfect community, caring, loved their program and everything about it. I don’t think I have a negative thing to say about my experience. It was 9 years ago but I can only imagine it’s improved since then also. Sending my love to everyone who worked there or attended during February 2017.

I have been using Sea mar clinic for several years now for all of my family health needs. The doctors are respectful, courteous and attentive. Not once have I ever had to push the issue of good quality care. Also when placing my prescription refills I have always received them in a timely fashion and have never had to wait for days or even weeks for the prescription to be fill.

I’ve been going here and seeing the same therapist and medicine lady since October of 2022 when I moved to the area. They have bent over backwards to help me in this office. I do not understand any of the negative reviews. I’ve gotten more help from Eugenia Aberdeen than I have at any other therapist in 43 years of therapy.

Tree House Recovery PDX saved my life. I hit a new rock bottom during the holidays. I was reluctant to going to a typical, 30-day, institutional rehab center like I did over the summer because that didn't work. But then I saw that Tree House was a three month program with a focus in physical exercise, writing, and learning to work as a team. My expectations weren't met -- they were exceeded. I recently graduated on April 3rd and am a better man now than I was before I started using and drinking. I've learned how to be empathetic, hold myself and others accountable, find gratitude in my daily life, lean on my teammates during times of struggle, and how to celebrate little and big wins in my life with healthy pride. The staff is amazing too. Rob, Nevin, Doug, Bryan and Kevin are all great men who are now role models in my life. My decision to attend treatment was one of the most important decisions of my life and I could not have made a better choice than Treehouse Recovery. This was my first time in treatment and I was terrified while researching places to go. Recovery is rarely a straight path. For me, it was marked by multiple attempts—each one beginning with hope and ending in frustration. I wanted sobriety, but wanting it and sustaining it were two very different things. Each setback carried shame, doubt, and the quiet fear that maybe lasting change just wasn’t meant for me. Six years ago, everything shifted—but not for me at first. It was my husband whose life was saved by Treehouse. At a time when things felt beyond repair, they stepped in and gave him not just support, but a real chance at living again. Counselor nodded out on me 😆 I like to believe he was on methadone or Suboxone but he literally asked me how long he was out when he came to. All while talking about super personal information... I've been there three times... Not since the 90s old location .. thank you Lord above.. Another time the guy had the exact same line "don't you want to go to the ocean and throw your girlfriend in it type of shit 😂" same guy ten years apart it was beyond memorable. But this place plants seeds that lead to a life of substance free Bliss!! The acupuncture in the AM and evening AA/NA Meetings meant everything to me.

Olalla was a life changing experience and gave me the tools I needed to get and stay sober. Kevin, my counselor, is an amazing and compassionate person who guided me through the recovery process. The Olalla staff are kind and patient and were always willing to give me the help I absolutely needed. The treatment center is located on was a hilltop forest overlooking Puget Sound, which is incredibly beautiful and the perfect environment for recovery. Walking the trail surrounding the property every morning was awesome. The food is wonderful and there is lots of it. I would recommend this treatment center to anyone who is serious about getting sober!!

I was at Ollala back in March of 2024 for a 28 days inpatient stay. It was the best decision of my life., and credit this experience and all I learned about addiction and myself for my continued sobriety today.The entire experience here at Ollala was incredible. I am so grateful to Crestview, and most especially Garrett, who coordinated an extremely difficult admission for a loved one suffering from addiction. He was convinced after a few sober days that he could go home, much to the dismay and fear of all those who love him and know his addiction is years in the making.
