The full time staff is solid, caring, and helpful. However I have had two terrible experiences back to back with Dr. Boursaw. She flat out lied about why she was 45 minutes late the first time, and showed up over one hour and twenty minutes late the second time. Not just late for MY appointment, but late for all of her appointments (there were three others before me). She didn't even come into the building within the 1 hr 20 minutes and she only lives in Portland, which means she didn't even leave her house until after she was supposed to start.

I have some kind of sinus infection, called Salem VA talked to some nurse, she told me to go into the Salem VA. for covid test and for them `to look at me. got there some nurse said we are busy and don't covid test anyone. Told me to go to some urgent care down the street. what the hell? there was 3 people in the waiting room. and im not paying some urgent care money. I DONT HAVE TO!!!!!

Thanks to ABHS I'll have 1 year clean January 2nd, this place has its pros and cons but that's anywhere you go. Only thing that I would improve would be installing a few more phones on each floor 100 people fighting over 6 phones kinda sucked. Other than that The food was good and the staff were pretty cool.

I've been going here for over a year, I started seeing Lisa and she was very thorough on all my problems that the doctor I had before going to Cascade over looked, she was very easy to talk to, then I started seeing Wangari and she is very thorough and is easy to talk to and explains my diagnosis to me that I can understand, the nurse's are nice and professional and very caring. The receptionist are friendly and welcoming. I've had no problems with getting my medicine or scheduling appointments, I'm happy I found them and I trust them with my healthcare 100%. " I've tried it on my own and with other facilities and nothing has worked." If you are going just as a Doc requirement and you want it over as fast as possible. Then this probably is not the place for you. I've been here 1 years. And I was so disappointed after I started that it was going to take so long. Made no sense! But now I have no craving and hung in there long enough to understand why taking the long road is a better option for me I didn't want to waste my time or money on a habit I can't afford. Went out of their way to give mw my own room cuz it wasnt that busy. Staff was pretty great, lotta good people. They made sure I didn’t suffer. You will not suffer unless you have to. Unless there is no drug that can stop your pain. Some alcoholics and fent users, still have a lot of discomfort, but if you aren’t too far gone, they will make you right again. Give you a shot at recovery.

I am giving a 5 star for the most welcoming people that answer the phone. I have tried to get a hold of my doctor for a week, even used my chart. Valerie has helped me through all this frustration and I think she is great. She is so helpful and makes sure my messages are sent but my doctor has been out all week and now she's out next week, returning again on Wednesday. I just wanted to let the staff know that the front desk goes above and beyond to get things done. And I appreciate all of you. I really hope people read these reviews so that employees can get the recognition they deserve! The staff here are just so welcoming, from the physicians to the security staff. I wanted to give a special shout out to Fatima, she has always been so attentive and caring to me during my time with Dr Almond. I was in crisis a few months ago and Fatima went above and beyond to make sure I was seen same day by a physician even though Dr Almond was out. I am doing amazing now on my new medication and Fatima may have saved my life that day by being such a caring and attentive person. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Fatima!

This place is amazing. Don't let the location put you off. The receptionist is awesome. Very kind, communicative and funny. Her lil puppy is the cutest, too! Alta really cares about the people who come here, I gave birth 11/19/2022 and started Alta December 2022. Since starting my family has had some medical problems one after the other most recently my 3month old had to have surgery. The staff at Alta has been so supportive, understanding & kind. I’m extremely glad this is where I came for treatment, you really can tell they truly care about the people who come here.

I have been going to the Kent Comprehensive treatment Center for a little over a year now. I did have a small break after only being a client for 3 months or so. But came back because I was ready to use the program for what its intended for. I've made some friends at the clinic. I credit the in person art group for helping me rediscover my love for coloring/drawing. The staff are always super friendly. And the counselors are all here for us when we need the help. If you've contemplated going to a methadone clinic, I will always recommend doing it. Cause it saved my life as well as my girlfriends. And I will always be grateful for that

Im on my second week this week and I truly love it the two girls in reception are total sweethearts and my counselor Amy i knew her 5 seconds before I knew I was in good hands I instantly felt comfortable and that I could tell her anything and I new she actually cares and isn't there just for a paycheck ! And idk why I didn't listen to people sooner about getting on the program it's working and I'm slowly but surely getting better

I attended here back in the summer and they worked a miracle on me because I am still sober and still have the desire to become the best version of myself. All of the counselors are absolutely amazing. I find myself missing their lessons and talks with them pretty often. They give you homework that I think truly helps you heal parts of yourself you didn’t believe needed healing. All of the staff is very kind, the food is AWESOME, campus is very pretty. You’re able to have people send you care packages which is nice if you forgot or need something while you’re there. Come with an open mind and heart and I promise you will leave a different person than who walked in there. Only thing is definitely bring your own pillow, lol. MISS YOU COWLITZ STAFF 💕

This place saved my life. The counselors actually give a shit and aren't just there for a paycheck. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that's seeking help. I'm doing everything in my power (which isn't much 😂) to make it there tomorrow (Thurs) for an intake to get Chris M back, cause he's the best psych I ever had. In case you're reading this Chris, I miss you buddy! I have just been stuck in debilating depression and couldn't even make it out of my room, let alone my bed, for months. It gets THAT bad. So I kept missing apts and eventually Sound had to kick me off because I wasn't showing up at all. I am praying to God that I can get Chris M back as my psych, because not only do I need one, but I do need med management and I need someone to talk to about things with that isn't a friend or AA. I am praying I get him back as my psych! Praying for the staff there and clients. Winter is a rough time cause it's dark early, and we're all struggling with something, but the sun always breaks through the clouds eventually. 🌨️🌫️🌤️☀️

i’m not sure if she still works with sound health but jessica was a wonderful psychologist for me. living in seattle was hell and weekly appointments with her made it bearable. although the northgate building is in a rough area, Jessica and staff alike created a home-like environment for me and i was able to rely on it heavily. even a year + later the warmth and kindness shown to me by jessica, kate, and carly ruminate in my mind like a safety blanket. dr.pascoe was lovely as well.
weekly dbt and relationship group meetings including other like minded teens provided me with a sense of belonging and family. with an abusive home life and challenging school environment, the group therapy i attended was the loving community i needed. i still have the therapy worksheets as memories and references from our sessions together. i think about them often and hope their doing well.
the impact they’ve had on me is immeasurable, and for that i’m truly so grateful. i miss them dearly, as they were a resource for me when i was desperate for an outlet. someday i hope to provide someone with the same compassion and support that was given to me. the gratitude i hold for them is infinite, i wouldn’t be where i am today without them. ❤️🥹

The onboarding process with Bicycle Health was pretty much seamless and intuitive. I was able to schedule my assessment to within just a couple of days, and the clinician who conducted my initial assessment, and who will remain my ongoing care professional, proved to be a very good listener, showed compassion, and demonstrated her extensive knowledge regarding substance abuse and addiction. I was able to start Suboxone treatment immediately. I highly recommend Bicycle Health to anyone in need of the kind of health care they offer.
