This place is amazing. I have been here a few times because my own dumb decisions. but I love this detox center it's the best one I have seen around. the staff is amazing and caring. no one looks at you like your less then because your a addict. I can't really say any thing I don't like about this place. I wish we had more places like this maybe there would be so many people still on the streets using. thank you harborcrest for everything you have done and continue to do.

Bing coming here since I moved to aberdeen in 2023. I have a lot of health issues, but a lot of doctors over the years just blew me off. The nurse practitioners here have gone out of their way to get me referrals, and testing and treatment to help make my life better and be in less pain. None of my doctors before would put me on anything for menopause and i'm finally on some hormones now, and feeling a 1000% better. I'm really happy that I finally have some clinicians that care and want to help me. After 30 years of getting the run around. Im finally feeling seen and heard.

I’ve been going here and seeing the same therapist and medicine lady since October of 2022 when I moved to the area. They have bent over backwards to help me in this office. I do not understand any of the negative reviews. I’ve gotten more help from Eugenia Aberdeen than I have at any other therapist in 43 years of therapy.

Hadn't been their for many years since I now live in Ohio, went back last summer and visited. It is a place where miracles happen. I went there in 1992 in a last ditch effort to sober up. I haven't had a drink since. AA and the people I met there saved me from myself and I will be forever grateful. Most of the people I knew and who helped me through such a difficult time are gone and passed away and their names were painted on the walls. Most of the people there now do not remember these people, so I really appreciated that they had honored them so. God blessed me by having the Alano Club there when I needed it and may he bless everyone that enters its doors today. May more miracles happen.

This place was life saving for me for the detox part of my recovery. They treated me with respect and dignity. I was so relieved to be able to sleep, detox, rest, stabilize in a relaxing calm comfortable place respectful place and positive environment. They didn’t pile on a cocktail of psych drugs on me like had been done to me at other places and made me come out worse. Once I was well enough, I then moved to more independent rehab Bayview PHP and then sober living. It worked! Having the gradual increase in independence and getting to start at Discover Recovery worked for me and I was so relieved when I was there and they provided transportation and comfort. My room was so nice not like a hospital. Got to rest and watch movies in a comfortable own room and have sense of community as well. Thank you so much. It worked. Went in January 2020 right before Covid.

I couldn’t say enough good things about Discover Recovery. For over a decade, I struggled with alcoholism and addiction. I tried DOZENS of times on my own. Always ended up going back to it, and harder than before. To stand in a room full of strangers and feel understood is unfathomable. But it happens there. Been through their in patient service twice, this last time being my third time total in the inpatient process. Amazing staff, inside and out. Food is unbelievably good on every level. Snacks whenever you want, specialty diets available. The TA'S are professional, same with the counselor's both inpatient and out patient. I went to KLEAN almost ten years ago now. It was my first time doing inpatient rehab and thankfully was my only time. I stayed for around 3 and half months enough time to know I was done with heroin for the foreseeable future. They helped me get into postive routines and kept them up for a year after rehab. Things like going to meetings often and getting a sponsor things like that. In December it will be 9 years since I used heroin. I did all the work my self and if I wasnt ready I wouldnt have stoped but I can say for sure the counselors and staff helped me start my journey to being free from dope

I personally had no issues, but there was tons of drama there and it was very stressful on me personally. I was only there a week and 3 days and left and flew back home to cali. There is a really good male psychiatrist there who actually I met with a few days before I left, I can not recall his name but with his insight he really helped me figure out the things causing me to self medicate. I ended up getting clean on my own and have been clean now for 11 months almost a year!

I was impressed with the care of the staff & how each client was treated as an individual. Sometimes a little laid back but overall I believe my life was saved there by following treatment plan developed for me. Everyone was so very nice, very direct & honestly showing concern. The food was Fantastic & kitchen staff very flexible. I learned much during my 30 days of treatment & use the knowledge daily to guide me in my one day at a time sober way of living. I am very pleased & all my family say it was money well soent.

Legendary. These people make it possible to get state or federal IDs, SSA benefits, cell phones, credit cards, open bank accounts... Get Medicaid/ food stamps... It's the only service I've encountered in 20 years that actually helps homeless people. The main problem is that general delivery, Olympia 98501 doesn't work. I didn't get my last 3 letters and called the Washington State post master general... Who told me the the guy who runs that post office refuses to find my mail. I tracked my mail to the Olympia post office and he refused to look I never received my Medicaid card, my united healthcare card, my social security card, and my advice to you is simple: Avoid the post office, and use Capital Recovery instead.

They are very professional at BHR Rendi is my counselor she's the best. Ann is my psychiatrist. I can't even begin to explain how much help they've been to me. I always look forward to my telephone appointments weekly with Rendi she really knows how to get into my mind and gives me more options in different types of situations which allows me to make better choices. I have schizophrenia not by choice I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy so I've got it and I have to deal with it daily as long as I stay on my meds and stay in contact with my counselors and psychiatrist I seem to do well but the minute I decide I don't need my meds everything goes to hell in weeks the schizophrenia has really destroyed half of my life I really wish I didn't have this disease but there's nothing I can do about it except continue to take my meds and continue my counseling with Rendi and Ann... That's basically all I have to say Behavioral Health Resources is great I have no complaints they've done nothing but help.

They have an on-site psychiatrist who you can talk to about problems, he has helped me in several ways in my life. They, in general, have been very helpful to my recovery process, Behavioral Health Resources is a great place with excellent staff and counselors very knowledgeable about mental health disorders.

This place will gaslight you and then discharge you without a second thought, they never tried to reach out although knowing I struggle constantly with bad thoughts, they released me knowing I need help and they gave me a diagnosis that never happened, could not keep a therapist for longer than a few months before having to restart again and again, could not get appointments when I'm in crisis and need urgent help. They abandon you. Don't bother.

So after coming from another facility a few years ago (had to take a break from the drama of the previous place), this one is a bit better. I get one-on-one with my therapist, (which I'm on my 3rd there now, but that's fine as all staff has been awesome, and I DON'T have to repeat myself!) and sans the rooms being fairly small, at least my therapist focuses on me and is genuinely interested in how I am feeling, while giving me tools to help.

I have had a nearly impossible finding a good match for me therapist in Olympia, had heard not great things about Seamar so it was my last resort, and her I have found the best therapist! I highly recommend him and Seamar. My psychiatrist there is also wonderful.

I've been going here for over a year, I started seeing Lisa and she was very thorough on all my problems that the doctor I had before going to Cascade over looked, she was very easy to talk to, then I started seeing Wangari and she is very thorough and is easy to talk to and explains my diagnosis to me that I can understand, the nurse's are nice and professional and very caring. The receptionist are friendly and welcoming. I've had no problems with getting my medicine or scheduling appointments, I'm happy I found them and I trust them with my healthcare 100%.
