I have had a nearly impossible finding a good match for me therapist in Olympia, had heard not great things about Seamar so it was my last resort, and her I have found the best therapist! I highly recommend him and Seamar. My psychiatrist there is also wonderful.

The counselors, the receptionist team, the nurses, The bodyguards everybody that works within this clinic is exceptional. family oriented friendly people. if you have a question, they're there to answer it and they will. they will treat you the same as them. everybody that goes in that clinic are the same people because we are all addicts. we are all addicts looking for help. you do need a very close support person during this transitioning someone who is on the outside of this clinic who you are with all the time and will lift you up and guide you and give you the the helping hand that you need during this time. so like if you're having help with your addiction going through this clinic and you fall and you think you're going to do drugs again, get that person that's close to you that you can trust that's going to tell you call your counselor. that's what they're there for. you can go through steps. throw this Cal clinic and you can get gift cards, gas cards, rewards different things like that for doing good through this clinic. so it's not like you're going there and you're not rewarding yourself. you are very much rewarding yourself through different ways through the clothing bank, the food bank everything even you can make new friends going through this clinic. they're just such wonderful, great people that work in this clinic and I would send my closest anybody who needs help to go there

I’ve been to pretty much every methadone clinic in Pierce County, and most of them are frustrating. It takes forever to get dose increases, and some require an EKG every 20 mg, which just slows everything down and makes the process miserable. This place is completely different—hands down the best clinic I’ve been to. They allow dose increases of up to 20 mg per day if needed, and the intake process only took about an hour. Yes, you do have to go in daily at first (about 13 days), but it’s straightforward and worth it. After about a month, I was already eligible for weekly take-homes, which was way easier than I expected. I’m already up to 160 mg, and the whole process has been smooth and supportive. Best clinic in Washington, no question. Highly recommend.

Been through their in patient service twice, this last time being my third time total in the inpatient process. Amazing staff, inside and out. Food is unbelievably good on every level. Snacks whenever you want, specialty diets available. The TA'S are professional, same with the counselor's both inpatient and out patient. Front desk ladies are awesome, J&M especially😉 Excellent place to get Recovery and start a new way of life, If you want it! You get out what you put in! Ok at first I give them a 1 star I was being reviewd by women ! They had no f’n clue ! As soon as I got a man things picked up ! However still not where I need to be almost a year in my dose is still not powerful enough so I have to take double or even tripple the amount to still barley feel it working ! The result a lot of wasted time running out early I mean it sorta sucks ! However my psychiatrist is pretty good actually I like him a lot however it seems like it’s taken forever to get me on the right dosage for my Adderall. Hopefully this will change because month supply last a half a month and I don’t feel it working. Life is too short to be not feeling the way I’m supposed to feel and get my projects accomplished, I guess if you really need it you hardly feel it. Well, I guess that’s my case so we get a four star

My life has basically turned upside down in the past couple months. I don’t know where I’d be without IOP group therapy. The support is very needed. I’m still struggling but learning to deal with my mental stability in new ways. Depression and anxiety have nearly brought me down, but because of the therapists at Providence Mental Health, I feel better about going forward. I still have a ways to go, but feel like I’m doing better through this program.

They are very professional at BHR Rendi is my counselor she's the best. Ann is my psychiatrist. I can't even begin to explain how much help they've been to me. I always look forward to my telephone appointments weekly with Rendi she really knows how to get into my mind and gives me more options in different types of situations which allows me to make better choices. I have schizophrenia not by choice I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy so I've got it and I have to deal with it daily as long as I stay on my meds and stay in contact with my counselors and psychiatrist I seem to do well but the minute I decide I don't need my meds everything goes to hell in weeks the schizophrenia has really destroyed half of my life I really wish I didn't have this disease but there's nothing I can do about it except continue to take my meds and continue my counseling with Rendi and Ann... That's basically all I have to say Behavioral Health Resources is great I have no complaints they've done nothing but help.

They have an on-site psychiatrist who you can talk to about problems, he has helped me in several ways in my life. They, in general, have been very helpful to my recovery process, Behavioral Health Resources is a great place with excellent staff and counselors very knowledgeable about mental health disorders.

Legendary. These people make it possible to get state or federal IDs, SSA benefits, cell phones, credit cards, open bank accounts... Get Medicaid/ food stamps... It's the only service I've encountered in 20 years that actually helps homeless people. The main problem is that general delivery, Olympia 98501 doesn't work. I didn't get my last 3 letters and called the Washington State post master general... Who told me the the guy who runs that post office refuses to find my mail. I tracked my mail to the Olympia post office and he refused to look I never received my Medicaid card, my united healthcare card, my social security card, and my advice to you is simple: Avoid the post office, and use Capital Recovery instead.

I can honestly say that Alternative Counseling is one of the most comprehensive, as well as compassionate counseling services available. Audrey Willis is one of the most knowledgeable facilitators in her respective fields. In my opinion what separates Alternative Counseling apart from the other treatment based programs in the State, is the authentic atmosphere as well as caring staff and facilitators. I am forever grateful for the time that I have spent at Alternative Counseling, it has helped to provide me with a plethora of invaluable tools that I will serve me well in my future endeavors.

1000% recommend these girls. They are freaking phenomenal, especially Josy(sp?) and her other partner. They’re so very honest and caring, they never made me ever feel like a criminal having to sign up for the classes I needed. I came in from recommendation from my Lawyer, Ryan English, and I’m so thankful he had me come here. I was completely distraught coming in, just feeling very disappointed in myself for being even in this situation, but Josy was so kind and helped calm me down and reminded me that I’m not a bad person. Josy is very honest and straight forward with pricing for you, ADIS is $100, Victim Panel I believe was $60(?) and the UA was $140. Josy doesn’t pressure to buy anything unless you know for sure, they’re not money hungry at all, they just truly want the best for you. I can’t recommend this place enough. These girls were a key factor too in helping me remain calm and collective when I thought I ruined my life forever.

I had an excellent experience during my substance use assessment by Leah. After being pretty down on self after my infraction, my mindset changed after this assessment, giving me hope for the future of both myself and my family. The victims impact panel class I attended was pretty grim, as you might expect. If you need a wake up call, this is sure to help. I am looking forward to attending the alcohol and drug information school course and eventually putting my wrong behind me. Whatever your past, keep your head up and keep doing the right thing. This is a great place to help get your life back on track. Heads up – if you miss the ADIS class, you’ll have to pay again.

FABULOUS WORKERS. Couldn't ask for a better team of specialists Kristie, Angel & Nick, AND Joshua and Debra are incredible. Come here for treatment, you will be doing yourself a disservice. The staff is personable, professional, and they love what they do which is all you could ask for. This place will gaslight you and then discharge you without a second thought, they never tried to reach out although knowing I struggle constantly with bad thoughts, they released me knowing I need help and they gave me a diagnosis that never happened, could not keep a therapist for longer than a few months before having to restart again and again, could not get appointments when I'm in crisis and need urgent help. They abandon you. Don't bother.

So after coming from another facility a few years ago (had to take a break from the drama of the previous place), this one is a bit better. I get one-on-one with my therapist, (which I'm on my 3rd there now, but that's fine as all staff has been awesome, and I DON'T have to repeat myself!) and sans the rooms being fairly small, at least my therapist focuses on me and is genuinely interested in how I am feeling, while giving me tools to help.
