Stasi (Anastasia) is THE best counselor I have ever had in my entire life. I look forward to my appointments with stasi. She is VERY professional. VERY intuitive with how I’m feeling in the exact moments. She picks up on my body language and listens to EVERYTHING I say. She focuses on what sticks out to her which I usually keep bringing up the same incident. She makes me feel like she’s also a person to listen not just there for a paycheck. This place has been nothing but good to me. I think a lot of people aren't understanding of the fact that a lot of places are short staffed anymore and the people that are working have a big work load on them. We as individuals must advocate for ourselves and not wait for someone else to get the ball rolling for us. I've had some great therapists and some not so good, but they always help me find someone else to better suit my needs. I've been going here for a few years now and I recommend it. I appreciate all of the people that work here. They have always been kind to me. Don't give up on your mental health. This place has seriously saved my life.

I appreciate this program so much, Although I was mad starting out as everyone here is. Coming to each class and interacting with staff here, you’ll see that each person isn’t selling anything or here for the paycheck. They are REAL with real human experiences trying to guide us on a better path. My counselor is Norman and he’s as real as it gets! he tells us how it is while being kind funny and compassionate. Highly recommend this program to anyone going through substance abuse.

I had such an amazing experience with HopeSparks. Sara, Tina, and Bettina are absolutely amazing! They helped me be a better parent for my son. Helped me understand why my son behaves the way he does and helped me understand my sons sensory needs. I would discipline my son a lot without realizing his actions was him speaking for his needs. For example, throwing food on the floor was him expressing sensory overload because of the food texture. They helped give me advice on parenting techniques that helped my sons sensory needs so much. Sara is such a good listener and very understanding. She was able to see potential sensory issues where as I had not and got my son a referral for OT. And it was life changing for my son and I. The behavior therapists are so communicative. Right in the beginning Dawn when she did work here, she let me know my son doesn’t have behavioral issues, it’s her helping me help my son. It was absolutely amazing. Tina, our new behavior therapist is also amazing as she’s very communicative and such a good listener as well. She made books for my son to help understanding bedtime better and potty training. They all go above and beyond to help my family.

This place was amazing, energy from this place is something I cannot explain, it is just so peaceful and calming. Even my visitors felt this and wouldn't want to leave. The counselors and support staff make such a wonderful sense of community, most of which are recovering addicts themselves and do not act as if they are any better than the patients. I came in completely broken, unable to leave the house for years, couldnt walk from a bad back and lack of exercise. They healed me emotionally, physically, spiritually to a point that I could have never hoped for in my wildest dreams. I'm not the same broken man I was walking in. I have hope, mobility, sobriety, tools and knowledge to remain sober and so many new life long friends. Olalla will always have a special place in my heart.

Great facility. Amazing staff. Sure they bill your insurance, that's how it works. Lol Your drug dealer billed you. The counselors were awesome, the food was outstanding and the recovery is real. Anyone complaining didn't want it.

So upset this treatment center is closing!! Typical corporate decision. I am alive today because of their treatment. Clean & sober for 15 years with no desire to drink, do drugs, and/or binging on both. The comments from the new owners were disrespectful and ignorant about the process. Treatment is not easy in any program, but if it saves lives why end it. Shame on you Universal Healthcare! Many lives will be lost by closing this hospital.

Royal Life at Sound Recovery helped me reset. I was deep into party culture at school and honestly lost track of who I was. Their IOP was short and intense which worked great with my college schedule. Group therapy felt real and not judgy. I wish they had more young adult-focused stuff but I still found people I clicked with. Really grateful I went.

Valerie has helped me through all this frustration and I think she is great. She is so helpful and makes sure my messages are sent but my doctor has been out all week and now she's out next week, returning again on Wednesday. I really hope people read these reviews so that employees can get the recognition they deserve! The staff here are just so welcoming, from the physicians to the security staff. I wanted to give a special shout out to Fatima, she has always been so attentive and caring to me during my time with Dr Almond. I was in crisis a few months ago and Fatima went above and beyond to make sure I was seen same day by a physician even though Dr Almond was out. I am doing amazing now on my new medication and Fatima may have saved my life that day by being such a caring and attentive person. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Fatima!

This is an amazing rehab facility, not my first rodeo at rehab but this was my first at royal and I can honestly say I wouldn't of wanted to go anywhere else. Great place to learn how deal with what problems and or addictions you have. And they’re willing to help you as much as YOU would like to be helped as well as going over and beyond. I’ve had a Great experience and would HIGHLY recommend this treatment center to anyone that is in need.l and would want a change.

I have been going to the Kent Comprehensive treatment Center for a little over a year now. I did have a small break after only being a client for 3 months or so. But came back because I was ready to use the program for what its intended for. I've made some friends at the clinic. I credit the in person art group for helping me rediscover my love for coloring/drawing. The staff are always super friendly. And the counselors are all here for us when we need the help. If you've contemplated going to a methadone clinic, I will always recommend doing it. Cause it saved my life as well as my girlfriends. And I will always be grateful for that

Im on my second week this week and I truly love it the two girls in reception are total sweethearts and my counselor Amy i knew her 5 seconds before I knew I was in good hands I instantly felt comfortable and that I could tell her anything and I new she actually cares and isn't there just for a paycheck ! And idk why I didn't listen to people sooner about getting on the program it's working and I'm slowly but surely getting better

Regardless of the reason for counseling this place is one of the top ones for help. No one is perfect and this place is no exception but they genuinely care, are not judgemental and want the best for their clients.

I walked into Bayview at my lowest point in life. It was hard for me to accept treatment. I refused that I needed help. I thought I was fine and that I did not need the help.However that really did change after spending some time in the mental health and substance abuse programs. The counselors were really amazing and the way they structure their program really does help. Every one of the staff is easily approachable and they can all relate to you as the patient in some way. The staff do everything they can to help you and make you feel safe and easy to talk to them. I went in as a broken man and I came out someone better. If you really want to get better, this is the place to do it. Anyone here that writes a bad review or says that it did not work here in the review section did not try to get better. Instead they are blaming a place that truly cares about the patient and they gave up on themselves.Again if you really do want to get better come to this place because I cannot think of another program that is well structured, professional, and as caring as Bayview.

This place offers super quick and convenient service! Even though my son was born in a different county, the staff confirmed over the phone that they handle birth certificates for all of Washington state. I was able to pick up the certificate and was finished within five minutes.

Security took one look at me with my frantic demeanor, said “you need your birth certificate miss?” I shook my head, he said “the kiosks are to your right when you walk in, grab a ticket and they’ll call you”, I had no wait time and the young lady upheld such professionalism, was also very kind. Very clean environment and I like how it’s been a little renovated.

The options specialist on the Robinhood customer service phone number was calm and efficient. I feel like she is determined to figure out my medication combinations. She also has other suggestions that may help with my diagnosis. There is no pressure and she is very patient.
