They are an amazing team and always ready to help with anything. They understand the game and are straight with you when you ask for their advice. I had no issues with payments or prices. They are upfront and charge what they are suppose to charge. The were no surprises. (And overall, paying STOP was the smallest of the bills I had to pay during this whole process). I think a lot of people aren't understanding of the fact that a lot of places are short staffed anymore and the people that are working have a big work load on them. We as individuals must advocate for ourselves and not wait for someone else to get the ball rolling for us. I've had some great therapists and some not so good, but they always help me find someone else to better suit my needs. I've been going here for a few years now and I recommend it. They helped me be a better parent for my son. Helped me understand why my son behaves the way he does and helped me understand my sons sensory needs. I would discipline my son a lot without realizing his actions was him speaking for his needs. For example, throwing food on the floor was him expressing sensory overload because of the food texture. They helped give me advice on parenting techniques that helped my sons sensory needs so much. Sara is such a good listener and very understanding. She was able to see potential sensory issues where as I had not and got my son a referral for OT. And it was life changing for my son and I. The behavior therapists are so communicative. Right in the beginning Dawn when she did work here, she let me know my son doesn’t have behavioral issues, it’s her helping me help my son. It was absolutely amazing. Tina, our new behavior therapist is also amazing as she’s very communicative and such a good listener as well. She made books for my son to help understanding bedtime better and potty training. I was able to face my fear of "Letting Go" and "Grief and Loss" with the help of the Sweat Lodge, Sound Therapy, Sharing my Story/Testimony, and doing a "Letter burning ceremony!" I pretty much ran from Crying for 6+ years...and that's what I was able to do here was release so much by being VULNERABLE! I got comfortable in the UNCOMFORTABLE feelings that haven't felt. My therapist HELPED great deal on my journey. I know it might sound cliche by saying "Trust The Process" but I did and their process helped me in so many ways. I'm not saying I'm Fixed, but I was able to start HEALING by getting to the root of my usage with the help of this Center. I loved everything about this place. In order for anything to WORK is by being Honest, not with anybody but YOURSELF. I wasn't trying to make friends cuz I was there for myself but I was blessed to make and meet some really good hearted FRIENDS. I was greeted by others soon as I walked in. Nothing but good vibes there. I'm 2 spirited and I didn't feel any different from anyone. I did feel loved and seen for being myself and was able to help others by just that..being myself. There were TVs in every room, and wasn't forced to go to group until I was ready. They are patient with their guest, unlike other treatment centers I was at in the past. I do recommend opening up and sharing when ever possible. If you're scared, you're CHANGING and in a good way. Lean into whatever feelings that you've avoiding and surrender to it and watch what happens. My path was already laid out for me, all I had to do was TRUST that every step forward was MENT to be...and even in the 12 week program after treatment just confirms that I'm on the frequency I was MENT to be on. I know my spiritual journey is just starting, but Im brave enough now to say that this works. Please please please give yourself some credit for walking through those doors, give yourself grace for walking through fire...cuz you can make it out alive from your suffering. Take the help that they generously give. If and WHEN you're ready to get out of that hole you put yourself in...give this place a chance. I'm grateful for my tribe helping me when I asked right then and there. Other drug assessment places made me wait anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to get into treatmet, my tribe (Shout out to Yakama Nation) saved me the same day I called. I needed help and wanted help when I was ready and GOT IT. Based on Native American traditions and spirituality....I found HOME here. Which is something I lost some years back. At the Wellbriety (The Red Road) meetings I was greeted with "Welcome Home!" And instantly knew I made the RIGHT CHOICE. I was helped every step of the way back onto the red road and it's something I needed...HELP. Not something I could have done on my own (which I thought I could do). Everyones story/struggle is different but the people telling theirs is the same...we all want to heal from what was taking from US....LIFE! You are loved and needed here on this earth. You are worthy of good things. You can do it, the world works in mysterious ways and can bless you with things when asked properly. I believe everyone has a 100% chance of making it. Just get VULNERABLE! Healing comes in sharing YOUR story whenever possible. Who knows who YOU might help in the process of healing YOURSELF. Thanks Royal! I thought I was fine and that I did not need the help.However that really did change after spending some time in the mental health and substance abuse programs. The counselors were really amazing and the way they structure their program really does help. Every one of the staff is easily approachable and they can all relate to you as the patient in some way. The staff do everything they can to help you and make you feel safe and easy to talk to them. I went in as a broken man and I came out someone better. If you really want to get better, this is the place to do it. Anyone here that writes a bad review or says that it did not work here in the review section did not try to get better. Instead they are blaming a place that truly cares about the patient and they gave up on themselves.Again if you really do want to get better come to this place because I cannot think of another program that is well structured, professional, and as caring as Bayview. Genuinely a great staff. They helped me after I had the worst day of my life. I cannot overstate the value of having peer support in these hospitals, even if it's informal. The kindness I was shown those three days and nights probably saved me. While I do not support MultiCare as an organization, that does not reduce the fact that the experience was beneficial to my overall health and well being. Something people need to understand is that these facilities are overwhelmed, especially in WA state. Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you specifically to the faculty and staff. N=Olend=D

If you find yourself in a situation where you need guidance navigating through the aftermath of a legal entanglement, STOP should be your first stop. Incredible team. I didn't need to go in more then a handful of times, but they really helped me navigate through a very weird and stressful time. The class I took was informative, the counselor I worked with was great, and they really treat you like a person. I can't speak for their treatment services, as I only had to stop by there about 3 times, but after a month when I went in to manage some paperwork, they still remembered me by name. They are an amazing team and always ready to help with anything. They understand the game and are straight with you when you ask for their advice. I had no issues with payments or prices. They are upfront and charge what they are suppose to charge. The were no surprises. (And overall, paying STOP was the smallest of the bills I had to pay during this whole process).

I have been going here for about a month now. And when I tell you I actually go home after my appointment feeling SO much relief I mean it. Stasi (Anastasia) is THE best counselor I have ever had in my entire life. I look forward to my appointments with stasi. She is VERY professional. VERY intuitive with how I’m feeling in the exact moments. She picks up on my body language and listens to EVERYTHING I say. She focuses on what sticks out to her which I usually keep bringing up the same incident. She makes me feel like she’s also a person to listen not just there for a paycheck. She loves her clients and makes you feel comfortable in the environment even if the topic can be uncomfortable. If you have any plans on going here, ask for STASI!!! This place has been nothing but good to me. I think a lot of people aren't understanding of the fact that a lot of places are short staffed anymore and the people that are working have a big work load on them. We as individuals must advocate for ourselves and not wait for someone else to get the ball rolling for us. I've had some great therapists and some not so good, but they always help me find someone else to better suit my needs. I've been going here for a few years now and I recommend it. I appreciate all of the people that work here. They have always been kind to me. Don't give up on your mental health. This place has seriously saved my life.

I had such an amazing experience with HopeSparks. Sara, Tina, and Bettina are absolutely amazing! They helped me be a better parent for my son. Helped me understand why my son behaves the way he does and helped me understand my sons sensory needs. I would discipline my son a lot without realizing his actions was him speaking for his needs. For example, throwing food on the floor was him expressing sensory overload because of the food texture. They helped give me advice on parenting techniques that helped my sons sensory needs so much. Sara is such a good listener and very understanding. She was able to see potential sensory issues where as I had not and got my son a referral for OT. And it was life changing for my son and I. The behavior therapists are so communicative. Right in the beginning Dawn when she did work here, she let me know my son doesn’t have behavioral issues, it’s her helping me help my son. It was absolutely amazing. Tina, our new behavior therapist is also amazing as she’s very communicative and such a good listener as well. She made books for my son to help understanding bedtime better and potty training. They all go above and beyond to help my family.

Olalla was a life changing experience and gave me the tools I needed to get and stay sober. Kevin, my counselor, is an amazing and compassionate person who guided me through the recovery process. The Olalla staff are kind and patient and were always willing to give me the help I absolutely needed. The treatment center is located on was a hilltop forest overlooking Puget Sound, which is incredibly beautiful and the perfect environment for recovery. Walking the trail surrounding the property every morning was awesome. The food is wonderful and there is lots of it. I would recommend this treatment center to anyone who is serious about getting sober!!

I was at Ollala back in March of 2024 for a 28 days inpatient stay. It was the best decision of my life., and credit this experience and all I learned about addiction and myself for my continued sobriety today.The entire experience here at Ollala was incredible. First of Thanks Royal Life Family, Yakama Nation (Fast Track), Faculty Members, staff and Clients for EVERYTHING. The curriculum was outstanding. I was able to face my fear of "Letting Go" and "Grief and Loss" with the help of the Sweat Lodge, Sound Therapy, Sharing my Story/Testimony, and doing a "Letter burning ceremony!" I pretty much ran from Crying for 6+ years...and that's what I was able to do here was release so much by being VULNERABLE! I got comfortable in the UNCOMFORTABLE feelings that haven't felt. My therapist HELPED great deal on my journey. I know it might sound cliche by saying "Trust The Process" but I did and their process helped me in so many ways. I'm not saying I'm Fixed, but I was able to start HEALING by getting to the root of my usage with the help of this Center. I loved everything about this place. In order for anything to WORK is by being Honest, not with anybody but YOURSELF. I wasn't trying to make friends cuz I was there for myself but I was blessed to make and meet some really good hearted FRIENDS. I was greeted by others soon as I walked in. Nothing but good vibes there. I'm 2 spirited and I didn't feel any different from anyone. I did feel loved and seen for being myself and was able to help others by just that..being myself. There were TVs in every room, and wasn't forced to go to group until I was ready. They are patient with their guest, unlike other treatment centers I was at in the past. I do recommend opening up and sharing when ever possible. If you're scared, you're CHANGING and in a good way. Lean into whatever feelings that you've avoiding and surrender to it and watch what happens. My path was already laid out for me, all I had to do was TRUST that every step forward was MENT to be...and even in the 12 week program after treatment just confirms that I'm on the frequency I was MENT to be on. I know my spiritual journey is just starting, but Im brave enough now to say that this works. Please please please give yourself some credit for walking through those doors, give yourself grace for walking through fire...cuz you can make it out alive from your suffering. Take the help that they generously give. If and WHEN you're ready to get out of that hole you put yourself in...give this place a chance. I'm grateful for my tribe helping me when I asked right then and there. Other drug assessment places made me wait anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to get into treatmet, my tribe (Shout out to Yakama Nation) saved me the same day I called. I needed help and wanted help when I was ready and GOT IT. Based on Native American traditions and spirituality....I found HOME here. Which is something I lost some years back. At the Wellbriety (The Red Road) meetings I was greeted with "Welcome Home!" And instantly knew I made the RIGHT CHOICE. I was helped every step of the way back onto the red road and it's something I needed...HELP. Not something I could have done on my own (which I thought I could do). Everyones story/struggle is different but the people telling theirs is the same...we all want to heal from what was taking from US....LIFE! You are loved and needed here on this earth. You are worthy of good things. You can do it, the world works in mysterious ways and can bless you with things when asked properly. I believe everyone has a 100% chance of making it. Just get VULNERABLE! Healing comes in sharing YOUR story whenever possible. Who knows who YOU might help in the process of healing YOURSELF. Thanks Royal! I walked into Bayview at my lowest point in life. It was hard for me to accept treatment. I refused that I needed help. I thought I was fine and that I did not need the help.However that really did change after spending some time in the mental health and substance abuse programs. The counselors were really amazing and the way they structure their program really does help. Every one of the staff is easily approachable and they can all relate to you as the patient in some way. The staff do everything they can to help you and make you feel safe and easy to talk to them. I went in as a broken man and I came out someone better. If you really want to get better, this is the place to do it. Anyone here that writes a bad review or says that it did not work here in the review section did not try to get better. Instead they are blaming a place that truly cares about the patient and they gave up on themselves.Again if you really do want to get better come to this place because I cannot think of another program that is well structured, professional, and as caring as Bayview.

I have been going to the Kent Comprehensive treatment Center for a little over a year now. I did have a small break after only being a client for 3 months or so. But came back because I was ready to use the program for what its intended for. I've made some friends at the clinic. I credit the in person art group for helping me rediscover my love for coloring/drawing. The staff are always super friendly. And the counselors are all here for us when we need the help. If you've contemplated going to a methadone clinic, I will always recommend doing it. Cause it saved my life as well as my girlfriends. And I will always be grateful for that

Im on my second week this week and I truly love it the two girls in reception are total sweethearts and my counselor Amy i knew her 5 seconds before I knew I was in good hands I instantly felt comfortable and that I could tell her anything and I new she actually cares and isn't there just for a paycheck ! They care IMMENSELY about you. They want you to succeed and give you every tool to. You do have to do it yourself, but you don't have to do it alone. They help you and teach you how to take accountablity for yourself, they tell you when you mess up, then they then you how you can fix it. My road to sobriety has not been without obstacles. But, what I can say is that I would have given up a long time ago if it was not for the entire team at Lakewood CTC. They are all so down to earth and willing to assist however they can when it comes to successfully achieving sobriety. I don't know everyone's names, but you know who you are!
