So im 53 now I was in LadLake in 1985-1987 I was there for 18 months. My sentence was 12 I chose to stay. Yall changed my life Scott John was my main staff that helped me I stayed for 6 months in the new dorm first class to stay there. I went to kettle morraine hs my last year there. They took care of me and helped me put my head on straight. I'd love to come and give my testimony and help as many kids as possible of I could. LL was a life saver for me and many of my friends that where there. Some of the classes were great! The art therapy was amazing. Some of the staff was great. Juliana deserves a raise!! That girl handled some very difficult people over the weekend. Some of the aids were so kind and fun and helpful. Definitely some not so nice or invested staff. They did great with my food allergies. Overall was a helpful stay for mental health but a few employees that may need to be let go.

I honestly can't say enough good things about WisHope. I went through residential treatment there, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The staff truly care, and they treat you like a person instead of just another client. What makes it even more meaningful to me is that my mom got sober at WisHope. She recently celebrated 6 years sober, and seeing how much our lives have changed is something I'll always be grateful for.

I think this place benefits everyone that comes to it. There was this one guy though that kept talking about getting loads all the time. There was another guy that was born a mouse and now is growing into a rat, He smoked weed the whole Time. Made it hard to focus on my recovery. Then he did the perky dance right outta here. Kim is a wonderful staff member along with Karen. The rest of the staff isn’t bad either.

I would like to recognize several members of the staff who made a genuinely positive impact on my recovery over the past few days. Dr. Parikh, Nurses: Brenda, Paloma, & Gabriella, Therapists: Tonya, Jordan, & Sam, Tech: Den (she was working the night of 8/15/26: I believe that was her name), and Paul (AODA) , each contributed in meaningful ways to my experience. I also want to recognize Tech: Christopher; while I didn’t directly work with him, I witnessed him help multiple patients with their needs, questions & requests; he was immediately proactive in helping patients the moment they needed help with something. Their compassion, professionalism, attentiveness, & willingness to help did not go unnoticed by us patients. There were also several other techs, nurses, & another doctor who were wonderful, although unfortunately I do not remember their names. They treated me with kindness & dignity during a time when that mattered tremendously, & I am genuinely grateful for the care they provided. In the event of a difficult situation, staff and directors are proactive to ensure that the care provided by Aurora was up to standard. I want this review to primarily recognize the people who did make a difference. Their efforts & kindness had a real impact on other patients’ & my recovery; I appreciate them more than they probably realize. Overall, sincere appreciation for the exceptional individuals who helped make a very difficult experience much easier.

I have good experiences there, my doctor and nurse are very nice (Dr.Baskaran &Nurse Janice) they’re very respectful and continue to provide me great care despite my indescisiveness and constant use of WebMd😆. I recently broke my arm and wrist playing lacrosse, and I made a visit to the emergency room. Though I had to do a lot of waiting during my time there. My experience with TMS was very pleasant at the Bluemound Clinic. The representatives at the front office were kind and helpful. My initial meeting with Brandy was very thorough. We discussed my entire situation that led me there, and she informed me of what to expect. During the process I had questions for her and she was available to answer them. My techs were Emily and Ashley whom were amazing! I felt extremely welcomed, cared for, and validated. I was able to open up and talk to them, I expressed how I doubted my own emotions, and they were there to reinforce my value. Ashley took the time to refer me to a therapist there which I am looking forward to begin services with. Everyone was approachable which is very important in this field. I feel TMS has improved my overall situation. I have been able to sleep better, and have more stability with my depression and anxiety. I will say toward the end of the process, I had heavy things happening personally. I had some down days but I still feel like I had more control over them verses without the TMS, I would have been in a dark place. Overall, I recommend this service and I would definitely go back if needed in the future!
