Came her for a CT Scan. The place is well staff and professional. They now have free standing Kiosks to speed up the check-in process. There are people standing by to help patients use them, so it's not intimidating. I arrived a little early and got in after a short wait.
The CT tech (Megan) was terrific. Very welcoming, explained the entire procedure, and made sure that I was comfortable.

Used to go here until my provider left this company. My provider is great and I continue to see that provider. The Red Oak staff were wonderful. I went to the adult eating disorder groups for a while which was very helpful. The administrative staff were also very kind and helpful. They are very supportive.

I started seeing Meredith about 9 months ago. She helped me with a treatment plan and has been very helpful and my life is better as a result. I’ve also seen significant improvement in my teen daughter, who has been seeing Leslie for about 7 months. Our relationship has blossomed since we have both been working on ourselves. The DBT parent group (which goes alongside the teen DBT group) was very educational and the group counselor, Lisa, did a great job teaching the skills. Overall, my experience has been life changing and I would highly recommend.

The principle of this school has been very unprofessional with me as a parent. He's stepped up in my twice trying to intimidate me. Poking chest out telling if I won't talk to him I can't talk to any of my sons teachers. Horrible school that relies on low income & now he won't allow me to participate in my child's education. Idk. Maybe my experience was different from everyone else. Maybe my daughter is different. idk. But I'm a single dad Raise, my daughter, since 8 months old. She grew up quick. By the time I knew it, she was running away. I was doing nothing wrong as a parent. Sure, I want perfect. But she had a loving cast around her. But she just was having problems in her mind. No, mom. Idk. But cps got involved cause I mean I'm calling the police when my child runs right. She got a case worker. Deb McDaniel. I was very sus with her. This isn't want I imagined for my daughter. But I did the process. Again I'm went thru some shit as a child as well. But I trusted Deb with her. I did the process. My daughter at the moment has 3 jobs just bought her first car. 2024 model. And is doing amazing. I'm crying as I type this. Thank so much Deb. Deb went above and beyond for her. Beyond anything I ever expected. She is someone who takes her job seriously. I called she always answered. Always. She never hesitated. I owe you more then this post Deb. I understand where all you are coming from. Trust me, I do. I had my doubts. But my daughter is 21 and it's night and day. Be patient with them. Love them. Be honest. They hear you I promise. Again thank you Deb. 😊

Very hardworking, under appreciated counselors and nurses. Safe, clean, and supportive atmosphere. I am very grateful for them and their helping hand. I can tell you this: some of the entitlement, arrogance, and plain disrespect I have personally witnessed the staff endure is absurd. It’s as if some of the patients act like they are owed something when the stress and frustration are already plainly written on the staff member’s faces. I know that personally, I couldn’t handle it. A kind word, some patience, and a sincere “thank you” can go a long way. Furthermore, not a single person there “owes” us anything! None of the staff is getting rich by working there, they work there because they genuinely care. Remember, they are there every day at 5a.m. for us already, and you are a sad human if you don’t realize that and treat them accordingly. THANK YOU ALL, there’s no telling where many of us would be without you! Your support is definitely noticed and appreciated!! Keep up the great work!!

If you want the help and you're willing to put in the work, time, and effort this place will work with you. But again, if you want to make excuses and blame everyone but yourself, you'll make this place the problem. From the nurses, counselors and Dr. Hayes they really do care. Is everything perfect? No but that's life - things can always be better. But again, if you're willing to make a go at recovery, you can succeed in this program.
It starts and ends with YOU and if YOU want it .

March 25 I will have been clean for 2 years. I have been to many clinics and never have come this far! If I have a problem I get dealt with usually that day and with addiction being fast and efficient can be life or death. I think Dr. Harkin has tried hard to make his clinic a better the typical methadone clinics and I think he’s done amazing job! Not one of the other clinics in Madison can you walk into and say I’m struggling can I please talk to the doctor, not one of them will you be able to do that but at ASAP you can and that’s enough for me that right there is what it should be! When we walk in there in the morning sometimes all we need is someone to say hi , how are u doing with a smile on their face and that’s enough to change that day!! I’m so grateful for my second chance at life….well let’s keep it real more like 100th chance at life!! Lol but I think I got it this time and that’s thanks to dr. Harkin and he’s amazing staff!!

Dr Harkin, is great he is truly compassionate for his patient's. I have only been to one other clinic and they just treat you like a number, they treat you with respect at ASAP and they don't judge. It seems like everyone likes Dr Harkin, you will even find him out in the parking lot from time to time giving fist bumps to his patient's and asking them how they are doing.

This is a decent facility that includes professional amenities.
Has a good kitchen.
At least three meals a day available, activities including a gym, disc golf course, basketball court and a WALK course.
Other activities include a TV room, computer lab, therpy sessions and consumers.
Staff is promt with dealing with issuess.
Overall this place is a safe zone while some clients cant meet the grade.
