Best place for mental health, after winnebago it felt like heavens waiting room. it genuinely felt amazing to get the care ive been fighting my whole life for. Everyone seems to really understand the silent toll of mental health on an adult regardless of race, creed, financial and they understand the hardships that come with that. Staff makes you feel safe and protected without having to say anything to you, they let you know they're in your corner with a silent nod and help you understand the real reason you're there by giving you the time you need for peace. They also really listen to you when you talk and help with any issues you personally have.

This place saved my life and it's the best program you can find! Iv been to a 5 star detox in California that doesn't even compare to this place. They keep you busy all day and really help you understand how addiction affects you and your family. Iv never felt accepted anywhere but this place made me feel at home. The residential RA's actually care about the residents and they aren't there just for a paycheck. Tammy was my favorite, a down to earth Christian that has been trough addiction and turned her life around and is always there if you need someone to vent to. They didn't need to give me a scholarship but they did and I will always be grateful for the opportunity. I'm now 60 days sober and I was using and drinking since I was 8 years old. I never saw my life being anything other than an addict and now I will never go back to who I use to be. If you REALLY want to change they can help, but only if you truly want to change. JNC changed my life after a 25 year drinking career. I volunteered for treatment after hitting my "bottom." The treatment was vital and the staff was amazing. It's a great program to recover IF you want to get and remain sober! I graduated the entire program (Inpatient, IOP & OP) and remain active in their FREE Alumni group (which offers free group therapy)- which is unique to JNC. They are even starting free Recovery Coach assistance for residents of Sober Living. No other treatment center to my knowledge offers more opportunities for assistance with your recovery. Thank you.

I have been mainly very pleased with the help and support provided by Innovative Counseling. My son saw Dr. Dan Rauens and he was super helpful for my son with Autism, ADHD, and anxiety. I'd actually say that he was instrumental in the beginning of my son getting stabilized. He is compassionate and thoughtful and good with my son. I have seen Dr. Becky, and was very pleased with her. She helped me to get some clarity and help for myself to process through some trauma during a very stressful period of my life. Mike and the Autism team (Erin, Mindy, & Kelsey specifically) have helped my son to stabilize, grow, process, think, and communicate better. I say EVERYONE needs a "Mike" in their corner. He is able to understand my frustrations and then translate those into actionable, broken-down, steps for us to take with my son. He has been an encouragement to us when we felt like giving up, and I don't know where we'd be without his help, wisdom, and support. He genuinely cares and is an excellent role model for my son as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Lastly, we've worked with Glenda for psychiatric services. She's been overall very good to work with. I'm guessing that she has A LOT of patients, though, as she often appears to forget things that I'd expect her to remember. Her suggestions as far as medications go have been EXCELLENT. And when combined with Autism therapy and counseling - have contributed to my son being the most stable he's been in his 11 years of life. I cannot recommend Innovative Counseling highly enough - they have helped to save my family and sanity.

Cannot say enough good things about Foundations. As a newly licensed foster parent, they go above and beyond to make sure that everyone involved feels supported. They are all so passionate about what they do, and it shows in their work! I could go on and on but I am so grateful we were introduced to Foundations and are so excited to be a part of this amazing organization!

We have been licensed foster parents in different states, as well as at the county level vs a 3rd party organization like Foundations, and Foundations has been nothing short of amazing to work with. From their thorough onboarding process, to the continuous support we receive, I highly recommend Foundations to any family/person interested in becoming foster parents. Every staff member we have interacted with has been a wonderful and you can tell loves their job, which I think also speaks volumes. I could go on and on about our experience and the difference we have experienced between the county level and working with Foundations (and we didn't have a negative experience when licensed at the county level, it just wasn't anywhere near the same as our experience with Foundations).

Dr. Lori Lowthert is the best psychiatric provider I have ever seen. She is exceptionally kind, empathetic, and understanding, and she genuinely listens to her patients. What I appreciate most is how actively she involves me in decisions about my treatment. She never makes sudden changes or simply tells me what will happen. Instead, she clearly explains the options, listens to my thoughts and concerns, and makes sure I am comfortable with any changes before moving forward. I always feel heard, respected, and empowered to have a voice in my own care. Dr. Lowthert shows an extraordinary level of compassion and dedication to her patients. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her and cannot recommend her highly enough. She absolutely deserves five out of five stars!

My Daughter had service I would say from the age 2 1/2 until she was old enough where we could manage her structured adjusted lifestyle At around the age of six. Now at the age of 15 she is on the national honor Society and doing exceptional work in the community along with the Lincoln dance team and advanced in music and the arts. I think if it wasn’t for the in-home Therapy we did she wouldn’t be where she is now. For that I’m forever grateful.
