My dad is currently staying here for therapy, I'm not allowed to see him so we have to communicate by phone. His room phone dosen't work properly. I told nurses and even the social director, but nothing has been done to correct it. I don't know if no one believes me or my dad. But this is turning into a hardship. I wish someone would listen to us.

We need this agency to stay intact. All their programs are engineered to benefit not only the city of Sheboygan, but all the communities in all of Sheboygan county, whether the average person in any of our communities is acceptable or not. No one who works there is discriminatory and I have never experienced nasty behavior or disrespect on the department grounds.

This is specifically for behavioral health and psychiatry. We have always been very happy here and have found all of the providers to be extremely understanding, empathetic and knowledgeable. They include you in treatment planning, are able to explain things when they don't make sense and honestly make the process easier. I did take off one star just because in situations where you might need urgent care or changes they aren't always able to meet that need. But again, overall they've been great and I highly recommend them.

AVOID this place. Receptionist, Pattie, is disrespectful, rude and does not care about the patients. She will over bill you. She claimed that I failed to pay for several visits then sent my account my collections. The collection agency was not able to verify the missed payments and waived the debt.

I wish I would have known about the poor reviews. I had a great therapist , but the office manager Patty was rude and uncooperative. I also noticed they billed me for a session with a provider I DID NOT SEE. To me this is providing inaccurate information to my insurance company and suspicious. Terrible business. I am going to tell Prevea to not refer patients.

Dr. Plumb has changed my life. There may not be many psychiatrists in traverse city but I’m fortunate enough to have DR. Rachel plumb as my doctor for 5 years now. Counselors do a fine job for the challenges they assist with. My family and I have been going to NEW Wellness for several years and the counselors there have been very helpful. They wont solve your problems and issues, they help you sort through to a resolution.

I was a patient here April 7, 2021 _ April 23, 2021 and I can say all the staff were great & patient with me, the OT & PT worked with me to have strength & able to walk with a boot on left foot & brace on right leg..
The food was great. & a full tray of good taste.
