I trusted her with my deepest secrets and she always made me feel safe and heard. If I wouldn’t have moved she would still be my therapist. Wonderful person and wonderful professional.

I back a few months ago 6/2025 after my outside current therapist/psychiatrist quit; retured, back i want to come back, for counselling i did a walk in with intake requesting a male therapist, they said there was a 5 month waiting list, about 2 weeks later i got a letter in the mail from a therapist "jackson" (not requested female) said stated in the letter "tried to call me and never got a answer, in the letter there was several typos in it, had the wrong phone number to the center, i checked my caller id and i NEVER got a missed call from this therapist last name Jackson, i was a active client back in the late 80s to mid 90s back then the KYC center and quality of the therapist used to be good, in my experience there are lots of therapists with different styles and beliefs, i feel selecting a therapist must be picked out, NOT a "lottery" (who ever is open at the time your waiting slot opens) me getting a female instead of a male, (same sex therapist to discuss things like sexual issues etc. this is NOT right, i read lots of reviews of therapist not returning calls, please straighten this KYC out to the quality like the 1990s.

We have adopted four children, all with special needs. Our current home study expires on May 20. Our current agency does not want to renew our study. They feel we are too old (in our 50's) and have enough children. We are saddened by the fact that we only need a renewal to add another child to our family. Are you familiar with any agencies that would renew our study for us? Help with finalization and AA? Despite our ages? We have passed the background checks and physicals five times now. We have had local media write about us and USA today did a video about our family. Even if we found our child tomorrow, we would not have time to remain with current study until finalization. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thank You M Piasecki

I called to inform you of my donation and then I didn’t hear anything for 5 days. I called again and got the number of Dale, the driver assigned to pick it up. He tried to call me many times. Someone gave him the WRONG number. I almost didn’t donate the car because of this. Please be very careful when talking to potential donators.

Brittany in Radiology was awesome. At only $49 Highly recommend going here for a cardiac CAT scan of your heart to get a calcium score for heart health. You don't even have to miss work you can go on a Sunday.

Amanda Patt is the best! I came to her with two issues that needed physical therapy. She easily divided my scheduled appointments to address both problems. I first arrived for PT after surgery in a wheelchair and large leg brace, then progressed to a walker and finally left using only a cane! She was very knowledgeable about both issues and carefully explained home exercises for me at each visit. We will recommend Amanda to anyone who needs PT; in fact, our son has already received therapy from Amanda.. I know my recovery from a major surgery progressed much faster due to the PT I received from Amanda. Wilbur Joachim

Very helpful doctors, social workers, and general staff. This place is a life saver for me.

Amazing counselors, homely atmosphere, and good food. If you or someone else needs help, this is the place.

I entered the VA system fairly late in life (75) after receiving care through a broad range of health care systems over the course of my life. The Madison VA system is, barr none, the best healthcare I have ever received in terms of both quality and comprehensiveness. This is the best 'thank you' for my service that I could receive.

I have been incredibly impressed with the Madison VA healthcare system for my elderly veteran father. Each dept always exceeds my expectations. Lab, radiology, primary care, acupuncture, and especially the Audiology dept. They are life savers! I cannot speak highly enough of the care, love, and respect they display. Always going above and far beyond for our treasured veterans!

While it's a little hard for me to get to especially during the road construction season the clinic is about as accessable as anything else is in Madison. In July the VA is opening up a clinic on the east side of Madison not far from Sun Prairie where I reside. That should make it a good deal easier for me.
