Great place. If you are ready and willing to stop your substance abuse or alcohol use, this facility is a welcoming place. The main focus is on you, and why you use. Not so much on mental illness but they do touch on that. Your first 30 days will or should help you understand your addiction and how to better handle many situations in life so you won't automatically resort to your number 1 response (using). If you are fortunate enough to stay longer it only benefits you more. House managers tend to come and go but counselors are all very good at what they do. 3 meals a day, and dinner every nite cooked by a cook. Overall, great place to start your transition to a better life. You have to want to though .I would also like to add that you are given drug tests every week, some more than others, and the cups they use are constantly giving false positives. That part is very frustrating at times because even though you know you're not, you, nobody else,you, have to deal with their consequences.

The program works if you are ready to quit your addiction. The bad reviews are from people who relasped and are looking for someone to blame. The staff can't quit for you. It comes down to your own will.

You get out what you put in good staff. I've been clean for almost 2yrs. Thank you

I enjoy going to ACTC for my methadone dosing,& I have an awesome counselor there and I also love doing group on the phone! I truly feel confident in my recovery, being a part of this program

This place is has been a great resource for our family. The staff is amazing, always very supportive, and professional. The fox valley location is conveniently located and rarely have we ever needed to reschedule. We love Catalpa and are so thankful to have them here!!

Except there website and Google says they open at 7:30, not 8am. Misconception

This place saved my life. I was a selfish and disrespectful alcoholic. After going through their program, I learned how to live with other personalities and now take things so personally. I'm a responsible member of society and live a fulfilling life currently. If you want to learn how to change your ways and be happy and grateful and sober, this is the place for you! I'm forever in debt to Beacon House!

I stayed at the beacon house back in 2021! My experience was great, I love the structure, the group meetings, working the steps, and focusing on myself and my recovery. I'm so glad to have gotten the opportunity to stay here for treatment. The staff is all amazing as well. Just hit 2 years clean and sober.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing teams at Ascension Appleton the Emergency Department, Oncology, Neurology, Rehab, and Physical Therapy. Each department has been truly outstanding. The Emergency Department staff were calm, efficient, and reassuring during a stressful time. The Oncology and Neurology teams provided expert care with compassion and empathy. The Rehab and Physical Therapy teams went above and beyond, offering incredible support with patience and dedication. Every department at Ascension Appleton has shown professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work.

The nurses and staff and doctors are very caring and spent time with me in their busy schedule.
