Love Meta House they have done so much for me.I would recommend it to any women in need of these type of services. They are especially helpful to women with children but also welcome women with no children as well. They truly changed my life and made me feel very welcomed.

Our son is just finishing his 4 week stay for marijuana addiction. i do not know how his long term recovery will go, but the staff at The Manor (particularly Dr Thomas) have been incredibly supportive to us. I did a tremendous amount of research prior to selecting The Manor. I have been reassured throughout this process by their caring staff. I'm so grateful that I found it.

My family was encouraging me to get help. I put it off as long as possible. If I was going to treatment, I wanted a very nice program and a private room. I finally went to The Manor. This place saved my life. The staff were very patient with me. I had been to treatment before but it was nothing like this program. I liked having individual therapy. Also, my wife and I had a lot of couples counseling. I was also able to do some work and that helped relieve stress about losing clients or my company. I have been home now for several months. It has been difficult at times but I am doing well. I have my life and my family back.

I was given an ultimatum by my wife. Go to The Manor or get a divorce. You do a lot of hard work there and within two weeks it was clear that my addiction to meth was a co addiction evolving primarily from my addiction to a controlling and mentally abusive wife. The staff is wonderful..they ask the tough questions but we do the work. I'm now happily divorced and drug free! Thank you to the amazing staff!

Mimi is the best

My son is currently inpatient. He had a rough couple days and refused to speak to me. He finally called me today with a whole new outlook. He said it’s not a “bad” place and they let him do puzzles all the time. The drs are keeping in contact with me as his meds are needed some work so he can be fully himself when he gets home. I was extremely misinformed when I was told it was a bad place.

Would HIGHLY recommend this place. The staff cares about their patients. Relaxed and laid back environment. Props to the staff.

What an outstanding experience at Froedtert, I enjoyed talking to my counselor, she actually seemed to care about her patients unlike some of my past counselors at other facilities, there is a structured program to follow that helps you to stay sober! I would recommend this center to anyone who needs a real change!

Nurse Jennifer S was world class - competent compassionate and fully engaged with providing superb care for my wife. I forget the names of the others but the ER front desk on 11/24/25 was a wonderful person and JJ the imaging tech was superb and Chris the X Ray lady was fast! PA Abigail Chang was great! And Dr Schiells was equally superb! Much appreciated!! No complaints from us please note this hospital is one of the best in the world. Better than Egyptian hospitals or Navy Hospitals or New Zealand hospitals or anywhere I have been. Just great!

They have wonderful staff members

The help I get from my counselor helps me a great deal with the problems I have in dealing with a number of problems I have. Living in a group home has many drawbacks including sharing a bathroom with 2 men. I have always lived alone, sharing only with a cat.

Great place full of great professionals that connect with their patients on a personal level. You don’t feel the need to lie because they will help you no matter what you are going through. My thought of wanting to be clean turned into a reality with them

In my experience West Grove is one of the best clinics you can go to for recovery mental health and addiction treatment I've been going there for years and it's been great and it's helped me immensely I highly recommend if you need help with treatment or recovering that you call West Grove. Dr Kurter is an awesome doctor gray guy and he is help me in many many ways and still does to this day.

SURRENDER YOUR ADDICTION AND BEGIN AGAIN! For anyone struggling with addiction, or that knows a loved one struggling, this place can be a saving grace. I spent my teens and 20's a slave to drugs, state rehab, jail, none of it worked. 12 years clean now and The Salvation Army ARC in Milwaukee welcomed me with open arms, no questions asked. Did I have to work to stay there? Yes. All beneficiaries have to volunteer their time. Did I have 3 quality meals a day (including a salad bar at lunch and dinner?) Yes! Did I have to go to church? Yes! ( and thank GOD I did). They clothed me, fed me, gave me a safe warm place to sleep and a relationship with God. What did I have to give them? 40 hours a week as a volunteer in a number of roles at the facility. How many of us work more than that for less reward spiritually and physically? This place saved my life and not only did it save mine, after I graduated from the program (with a real job and my own apartment near the lake) my sister went to the womens facility in Romulus Michigan and she is now clean, with a husband, house and 2 children. Thanks be to God and the Salvation Army. Any previous "clients" of this facility with complaints are clearly entitled and dont understand that getting clean and sober requires a commitment from the USER and the facilitator. The Salvation Army couldnt provide these things without your work while you attend the program. Thankfully, Gods grace is free and part of the program. Stop being selfish, surrender yourself, your selfishness, ego and time to finally make a change in your life. I "sacrificed" 6 months of my life for an eternity and long term prosperity. Thank you again ARC, I will remember you this Christmas when our family is making charitable donations.

Was in ICU for a life and death situation. Every person including nurses, NAs, PT, OT, etc. was instrumental in saving my life and keeping me motivated to push through. I'm now back home and can never thank them enough. I am truly blessed.

Before my insurance changed I worked with Ryanne Wendt and Alyssa Sydalko. (not sure if their names are spelled correct) I have nothing but positive things to say about both of them. My life will be forever changed by them. Ryanne is an amazing counselor who makes difficult issues easy to talk about and helps you to see what you’re doing right as well as areas to improve on. Wish I could still see her, if my insurance situation changes definitely going back to her. Best counselor I’ve ever worked with! Alyssa changed my life forever too! She took me seriously when discussing symptoms and gave me a referral for a pulmonologist instead of messing with medication combinations that did nothing to relieve my symptoms.... turns out I have narcolepsy! Alyssa was the one medical provider who went the extra mile for me ... after 10+ years of misdiagnosed symptoms she is the person who sent me down the path for a proper diagnosis and symptom management. That process would have taken years to figure out on my own. These ladies are amazing providers who definitely care about their clients! If you get the chance to work with them, do it!
