I took my daughter to see a psychiatric nurse practitioner for the first time. The nurse practitioner name is Tiffany. I got to the 3 rd floor with my daughter 15 minutes late for our appointment because of traffic. The front desk people did not give us a hard time. They reached out to the provider and luckily she did not have patient at the time. She was ready for us. We were checked in and with in 10 minutes the MA called my daughter. I must say the MA was less friendly . But, that does not shadow the excellent care that my daughter received. Tiffany was very inquisitive, applied critical thinking, asking further questions about some things that she needed to know before labeling my daughter with a diagnosis. She was very respectful, understanding and caring. She is also effective; sent the Priscription to the pharmacy before we left the office. She is also flexible; does not demand things to be done in a certain way if the patient is not ready. Tiffany was patience and worked with my daughter tight schedule for a f/u visit. I am very happy with the care my daughter received and the way I was treated as her mother. I recommend Tiffany ( I forgot her last name), but she is the only one who works in the behavioral health department as a psychiatric nurse practitioner answers the name Tiffany. I highly recommend her. She is fantastic!

Every 1 is so professional

I was homeless dealing with depression and bipolar behavior. I was rescued by the outreach team. I received immediate help mentally. And eventually housed in a apartment. The people at outre that I dealt with were very respectful and helpful.

The staff took exceptional care of our child and stayed in regular contact with us.

There was a nurse Named Leah She was very, very sweet and nice She was on the kid floor but I think she is now on the adult and kid floor. I love how the kid layout mental health is inpatient For mental health They need more places for children For mental health. They help a lot here. Everyone is pretty nice. The therapist Diane She was a sweetheart. But if you could I would make another mental health treatment Place for children. Because there's not a lot out there. I would give this a 4 star rating

This facility is the best I ve ever experienced. I did inpatient in 2018, IOP in Feb 2023, and now PHP in May 2023. I ve gone inpatient and done IOP at other locations. Judging from those and asking around, THIS facility is where the care is!! All largely positive experiences. Yes, there will always be some staff who are less than exemplary, but the overwhelming majority are phenomenally kind and understanding. Special shoutout to Cassy in PHP for being one of the most enlightened/inspired healthcare professionals I ve ever witnessed.I have a rare neuro disease that complicates my myriad of mental health conditions. For the for the first time since my diagnosis 6 years ago (and seeing over 15 doctors and therapists since), a seasoned doctor at this hospital humbled himself enough to research it to provide better care for me. I cannot express my full gratitude.The system is far from perfect. We can thank our government and insurance systems for that. Also, yes, the quality of any given program also depends on the luck of the draw of the other patients in it with you. But, the staff here are some of best you ll ever find anywhere - and I ve been around the block! Don t think twice. Come here.

Amazing counselors, homely atmosphere, and good food. If you or someone else needs help, this is the place.

Everything they taught me is still useful for me, after all this time. My self-will was damaged but they helped me repair it. If you lost control of your life, I recommend this facility

I was a resident here back in 2005. The counselors truly cared about me and my recovery from addiction and alcoholism. Because of the Exodus House my life has been turned completely around and hope and been restored!

I am currently a patient of Amri Counseling and I have to update my review. I allowed my frustration to get the best of me, again instead of taking time to breathe and problem solve. I would like to say I was experiencing some issues with my insurance receiving weekly notes and not communicating that to Amri but constantly calling me. Because of the misunderstanding, the owner called me personally to resolve the issues and go over my treatment plan. The office even called to let me know they submitted a request to the records department and I should be receiving an email no later than tomorrow. This made me feel heard, and appreciated as a patient.I also would like to say that I have had the same therapist for the last 3 months and were making some progress. She works with my internal medicine doctor and I enjoy meeting with her weekly.Anytime, I need something from the office I am able to go in the inside and speak to someone in person and get resolve. I appreciate the great customer service from the gentleman who runs the capital location. We all know customer service has taken a plug with all business but he continues to treat everyone with respect and kindness.Thank you, Amri for what you do in community continue to keep up the good work.
