I spent the whole 90 days there being guided through a journey of unlearning a lot of preconceived notions that were not working at all. 40 years of emotional weight was removed by the awesome staff loving me where I was while helping me remove so much junk at my own pace. They patiently held the light and encouraged me while I did the work. God bless them eternally for that kind of love! It works if you work it. And. How free do you want to be?

Nurses/dosing staff: 5/5Receptionist: 5/5Dr. Archibald: 2/5Counselors: 2/5Cleanliness: 3/5Safety: 4/5Parking Lot: 3/5Nurses/front desk/dosing staff are great, really sweet people who treat you like you're human. I love that THEY OFFER GRANTS that cover all or most of your treatment.Focus is definitely not on counseling here, and your experience can vary pretty widely depending on who you get. I'm currently on a by-the-book stickler counselor, but they never last long so hopefully my next one will be better. I think I've had 5+ counselors I've gone through in less than a year because they come and go so quickly.Dr. Archibald tends to be less than sympathetic to addicts. I'm not sure why people like that work in these places but I guess maybe they start wanting to help then get jaded. One good thing about him though is that he'll prescribe narcotics like Xanax and Adderall on top of the Methadone if you play your cards right.

I learned those are people who are there to help you and they are actually very serious about health and recovery. Now I am a happy, functioning, productive member of society. Counselors knew where to take me and were non-judgemental. Everyone acts as if you are the only client because they give you their full attention (and there is a lot of people coming really)

Wait time sometimes long to see a Dr. Who can get you on Medical needs. You can call to make an earlier appointment to see the therapist or even leave a message for them.. They return your call promptly. I can't say how graceful I am to have them on my side to make me; me again. Thank you for believing in who I am and for what my brain injuries make me with out medical treatment.

This place isn't too bad. They have a very high turnover rate as far as counselors and pharmacy techs go. Always new employees rotating in and out. The director is fair and friendly, I like her a lot. There are a few counselors that have been there for a long time though, they are awesome and for the most part always willing to help resolve an issue. I guess the biggest downside to this place is all the drama that goes down in the parking lot before the place even opens, lawd there's some crazy folks that go here!

My favorite location to dose at. The director is super nice and you can tell she cares. The receptionist is very nice and doesn t ever seem like she s upset to be at work, really welcoming. The nurses are great too but the nurse Tony is the MVP in my opinion She s always on top of things when I guest dose there and always atleast seems like she s happy to be there and to help. In my experience it s almost a thankless job and most people expect so much and can be super rude at clinics, but this clinic actually cares and does their best and you can tell.

The staff is doing much better since a corporate administrator has come on board.However, they never a finance person who knows a thing about how to do the finances for the patients. The corporate headquarters makes a fortune off interest because of this situation. At one point the owed me $4000.00! I did receive a check but had to get to the administrators at the headquarters to get my money back. If you are a patients with health insurance beware!!!!!

It s a great place. The parking is extremely easy. It is located beside the railroad tracks up on a hill. They do draw blood and do labs in house, which is extremely convenient. I've been to several other drug treatment programs and none of them cared for me personally or impacted me in this way. I recommend to anyone who wants to change their life. After reading some negative reviews, I feel compelled to share my family s experience. My sister s life was saved there in 2011, and none of us ever thought it was possible she was in such a dark place. She was lost to her family, her kids, and was difficult to anyone who hadn t already cut ties with her. Today, almost 14 years later, she s living a clean, healthy life and even giving back in that same building that saved her. It s nothing short of a miracle. I ve volunteered at The Lovelady Center and seen firsthand the dedication and compassion of the staff. Their hearts are in this mission. For anyone doubting this program, I encourage you to take a closer look. Negative opinions often come from misunderstandings or misinformation. The Family Therapy support group at Magnolia Creek is an extra program. Since my adult chikd was inpatient at Magnolia Creek I have tried to be on the Thursday Zoom cal because I have learned so much from Taylor and the family members hat participate. I have participated in many great discussions concerning how we can best help our love one. Many have shared some great resources. I have learned so much from others who have had similar experiences.

Mag Creek alumni program is true evidence that treatment is not a one stop shop. It takes continual choices outside the walls of treatment to maintain lasting recovery. I am so grateful that Magnolia Creek continues to care for clients after discharge. I believe the alumni program is what sets MC apart.They allocate resources to host weekly support groups and a space for alumni to connect. I am now married and have a baby- a life I couldn t have imagined without recovery.

As a husband of someone who received treatment here I can honestly say I am very thankful for the staff that helped my wife in recovery. She quickly felt welcomed and was empowered in her recovery. Their Alumni and Family program continues the support after discharge. I have learned a great deal through the weekly virtual meetings and I know my wife also appreciates I have gained knowledge through the experience of others how to best support and validate her. It is without a doubt that receiving treatment and continued therapy at Magnolia Creek our marriage has benefitted.

I came here needing a real change and that's what I got. The program is definitely tough but sometimes that's what you need to break old habits. It’s pretty structured, with a lot of discipline and no shortcuts allowed. What really stood out to me was how much they lean on the Bible and its teachings. It’s a big part of the healing here. I do wish I’d had a little more access to my kids or family during the program, but I get that they want you to stay focused on the program. It’s definitely not fancy but it’s a genuine place and they really help you. I’m grateful for the help I got to get started in recovery.
