All the staff are wonderful dr Taylor is what you call a real doctor the first time I met him I was doing my intake and just from hearing talk to Mrs Lynn he put me on a whole new medication and finally I feel I finally received exactly what I've been looking for 30 years, and the doctors put me on every day in the world and nothing worked for my mental health PTSD by ADH. Finally, I am on the correct medication and it works very nicely. Thank you doctor taylor.

I have been receiving care through the VA in Morehead City, North Carolina since I retired in 2012. With very few exceptions, I have consistently received outstanding care.
My most recent experience involved assistance with the Community Care system in Durham. The team here in Morehead City went above and beyond to help me navigate the process and ensure I received the care I needed. Their professionalism, dedication, and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier.
I am truly grateful for the excellent care and support provided by this team.

Was sent here to get ID by a local base. Was told I could get a replacement that day. Nope doesn't work that way but I needed an update anyway so completed the process. The staff were all professionals. All the other encounters I witnessed were good .looks to be a very busy clinic. Update. ... .. was told ID cards sent and mailed out from another city in North Carolina. Got home few days later my new updated ID card shows up. Mailed from the clinic in MOREHEAD CITY. That's pretty fishy

I think the world of my current Primary Physician and his team. The truth is I've been there when some of those who wrote negative reviews have been there. Put simply, how one treats those that serve often determines the attitude they perceive as coming from the one trying to do their job and help them. I absolutely adore my therapist Nicole. From the get go, she made me feel comfortable and heard. I would recommended her to anyone that needs a safe place to talk.
As for the other reviews about this place - I’ve heard the front desk workers on the phone and in office with patients often. They are kind, caring, and try their best. A lot of the patients are rude, demanding, and don’t take no for an answer. I understand that they sometimes need to be abrupt and firm to get their answer across. When I called here, I had very little hope that I would be able to get help. One, I dont have insurance. And, two, self pay rates are insane and too much for me to afford. So I was pretty hopeless but called anyway. Im really glad I did. Everyone that has reached out has become an advocate in my name, each one truly dedicated to finding a way around the barriers so that I could get help. None of them have accepted no for an answer and has been diligent in their efforts. On top of that, they keep in touch with me and im not even a patient yet
Hands down it has been an experience that has renewed my faith in people. Laura and Jason both made me feel like they cared about what was happening to me and wanted to get me help. I felt cared for and not judged. It meant a lot at a time when it was make it or break it for me.
