Everyone was very caring and helpful

I was a patient here for 9 days the whole time I was there the staff where amazing people to me and everyone in there i was on 2 west and they are so amazing I almost didn't want to leave i am so so so grateful for all the help I got i true heartedly appreciate them all for helping me get the help I needed ( some of the staff that really helped MS.KOBE, MS.TRINA, JESS, BRI, BRANDON, AND MIKE AND there are so many more but these people are literally amazing thank you so much Brynn marr hospital There is one more thing id like to address the staff there are being charged 3 dollars for a lunch and they are not allowed to eat with us and that is not fair at all so I ask brynn marr please change this and let them eat free and with us i think this is showing the staff real appreciation again thank you everyone who helped me.

I understand there is a lot of negative reviews but allow me to give a different perspective. Mental health Hospitals for children or adults require patience experience understanding in how to deal & manage the unmanageable at times mentally ill. This is & can be an extremely difficult almost impossible task whether you are a parent or a partner or family of those who are mentally ill. There is no exact science in how to handle each patient. My experience w Brynn Marr was positive. I kept communication w the staff involved in my teenagers care. My teenager attempted suicide by starvation he was not well & medically was borderline headed in a very bad way. My teenager a very complex mental illness & experienced side effects in the past w mental medications making the situation even harder to manage. His 14 day experience helped give him a new perspective on life, helped him get a good medication, helped him get some tough love by being away from his comforts allowing him to be constantly monitored in ways I was not able to, allowed him to be safe, got him educated w nutritionist, dietician, psychiatrist, therapist, group therapies, around others like himself. It gave him what he needed to put him on a better path, he was involved in developing a safety plan coming home. I encourage parents or family members if your child or loved one is mentally ill trying to harm themselves & needs help getting meds, getting treatment plans etc don't be afraid to let them go thru the process. It won't be easy but you might save their lives in ways you can not. Sure they may experience positive & negative things but just like you into a hospital sometimes it's necessary for more positive path forward. Meghan, Erica, Justin, Samuel, Malechai, Rachel, etc I can't think of all of them involved but I thank them because they cared & they helped doing the best they could. Maddie & most of the staff were willing to listen & communicated very well with me.

I’ve been a patient for 45 days and this place is amazing. The councilers, staff and teachers are amazing, truly care about your recovery as much as you do. If you have a drinking or drug problem and need help I highly recommend WTC

Last summer (2024) I arrived in Wilmington broken and bankrupt, not just financially but spiritually as well. Since then, I completed a 6 month rehab/behavior modification program successfully, worked at that rehab as a Peer Mentor, Peer Mentor Supervisor, became certified as a Peer Support Specialist, interned as a Peer Support Specialist at another organization, and now work at that organization as a full-time Peer Support Specialist and Admissions Coordinator. This growth and transformation from utter failure to success was a team effort though and I could not have done it without the help from Helping Hands and my therapist Khristine W. She is intelligent, insightful, kind, and compassionate. Her empathetic ear, sage suggestions, and honest humility has guided me through my recovery journey. In the depths of darkness there is always a hand that reaches down to pull you up into the Light. Helping Hands and Khristine was that hand for me. I AM eternally grateful for her guidance and support. If you think there is nowhere else to go but down, look up and grab hold of that hand. It is there whether you see it or not. Let it gently pull you up from the abyss and into Life. For everyone deserves to "dare to live the life they have imagined" for themselves. I absolutely love a helping hand! Been going here for a while and recently started seeing Leah Small and she is seriously a perfect fit for me and I highly recommend honestly any of the people working here; they’re all so friendly and knowledgeable and welcoming.

I highly recommend A Helping Hand of Wilmington! Everyone is incredibly supportive and Becca and Steph are the best therapists!! I am grateful for spending 3 months in class with Becca, and I am continuing to one-on-one therapy with Steph. Thank you for everything!!

Was sent here to get ID by a local base. Was told I could get a replacement that day. Nope doesn't work that way but I needed an update anyway so completed the process. The staff were all professionals. All the other encounters I witnessed were good .looks to be a very busy clinic. Update. ... .. was told ID cards sent and mailed out from another city in North Carolina. Got home few days later my new updated ID card shows up. Mailed from the clinic in MOREHEAD CITY. That's pretty fishy

Brand new facility with pretty advanced equipment! Everyone was very respectful and caring, they're a very positive representation of their organization.

I can't say enough good things about the people at physicians alliance. They are exceptional human beings who really care about those they serve. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services

I've enjoyed every visit. The staff are very friendly. The environment is very comfortable. They really do care. I can speak openly without judgements. My dr. Is the easiest person to speak to about my needs and feelings.

Great people that really care for their patients. Their help has gotten my life back to a good stable way of living, and I am grateful for all there help and everyone on the ACT team. I cannot thank these people enough for helping me get through my schizophrenia, and help organize my goals.
