Many of the employees are Veterans themselves, or married to one, or have a close relative that is a Veteran. There have now been a total of four times that they because of their attention to the veteran and genuine concern they have saved my life. I think the world of my current Primary Physician and his team. The truth is I've been there when some of those who wrote negative reviews have been there. Put simply, how one treats those that serve often determines the attitude they perceive as coming from the one trying to do their job and help them. A little kindness and courtesy means a lot to the crew who are doing their best. And that's the point... THEY are doing their best... and compared to what we had not so long ago in the old converted gas station on Hargett Street, the old clinic... we all should be thankful. As for the other reviews about this place - I’ve heard the front desk workers on the phone and in office with patients often. They are kind, caring, and try their best. A lot of the patients are rude, demanding, and don’t take no for an answer. I understand that they sometimes need to be abrupt and firm to get their answer across. None of them have accepted no for an answer and has been diligent in their efforts. Every member working there is always so empathetic and compassionate and gentle with the patients. Jared is so good in psychiatric medication management. Lexi and Heather are so smart and gentle at the front desk. Stephonie the therapist is a very understanding miracle worker for a therapist. Paris and Laura are phenomenal and they are the elite tops in peer support services. Melissa is such a caring care manager and the rest of the entire staff are nothing short of professional. They don't just say that they care, they show it. They will do whatever they can in their powers to help each & everyone who is a patient here. I would recommend Le Chris over any other office in North Carolina. 10/10. Definitely A+ service all the way. They get the job done in such a short time. This place is fairly good about not constantly bothering you and making you do all kinds of classes, so it's good for people who work or have busy lives. The counselors & nurses are usually very friendly but rarely stay for very long (Lauren being the exception, great person). My biggest complaint is the high cost, currently $16 per day from $13 per day, this place makes a killing off of our mistakes but I guess you pay to play. From the time I started to now cost has gone from $12-$17 per day. Overall satisfied with the clinic though. *I had to update the 3 star to a 4, even though cost went up the service here has got better the past few months.
