From the moment Dr. Thomas arrived she has handled my issues expeditiously and correctly the first time. Her nurse returns calls the same day and is results oriented. I was here before CBOC came to town. Trust me, don’t knock a local VA facility that so many dedicated officials worked so hard to bring to us for our benefit. No, like the military, they’re not perfect but from my perspective they are dedicated professionals grinding through each and every day in the most bureaucratic agency of the US government. The program basically focuses on Addictive and criminal thinking patterns and the ones who give it a chance will get something out of it. Mr. Ray was my counselor and from day one was fair to all and a good , down to earth counselor. The concerns process was a blast and I can talk all day here but words can't explain the experience you just have to go if given a chance.
