I love it they changed my life for the better and all the staffs & nurses are Respectful wonderful people I love my counselor Ms.Tiffany She Listen and Let’s Me Know wen I’m inda wrong plus she gives great advice I’ve been clean almost a yr In June I Would recommend this program for anyone tryna get cleaned up I wouldn’t ask for another counselor

I recently started going to "Group" at Port - Kinston. The facilitators are awesome and provide guidance for all the discussions. They are not at all judgmental and help their clients come to know themselves and to realize what their personal journey will entail. Participating in their program is changing my life! The program that I'm in is a 90 day program and this is my second week. I definitely intend to complete this program and graduate.

hello i was a rehab patient there my name is johnny angus reese march 9th 1986 i wish yall a merry christmas from my heart to yalls to god. christs yall gave me good care i recieved good care at yall very succeful rehab treatment program the people whom admitted me thuogh seem to have hands that play god foolishily they are semie good poeple but yalls thank you come from a good heart thank you all at bryan mar this is a sorts private message so please feel free to take it in to yalls private knowledge of knowing with in the bible belt of sun belt im more sober than ever in many ways and yalls breakfast is wonderful just like my frye hospitals at rehab there and also bruoghtons to yall are some very kind people that will not put up with the bulshit of haveing no thank yous for christmas so heres a nother thank you i love you as i sit here and cry on hands that are not gods its not yalls fualt at all but to experience good care is priceless as far as health i suffer from a dam fool whom rolled over in the grave on top of me to cause me to look a hell of a lot different thank you doctors

Their food was kind of gross, but the doctor was nice really really nice. I like her.

Y'all worked with me perfectly Y'all have some wonderful and amazing staff I didn't run into not one mean or bad staff I did want to shout out Ms.Marcie she was a wonderful and lovely person to work with she did help me when I needed help processing or even just taking the time out of her day to sit there and talk with me it was just a lovely and friendly place I also wanted to shout out Ms.Maggie Ms.Aly as well as Mr. Mark he was a very friendly down to earth guy he was someone male wise that I took well to even tho I have a hard time with males also wanted to shout Mr. Thomas out they were amazing staff I also loved working with ms.Chealsea she helped me just as much as Ms.marcie I really trusted them there's some other nurses I liked working with they were amazing and very understanding of my conditions and didn't say or do anything that would set me off like for an example calling me an attention seeker would have set me off the deep end bc I know I'm not but at other facilities they have been known to do so anyways the only reason I gave it a four star is because of having to constantly hit the shower button that ticked me off every night made me dread taking a shower I felt like I was in prison for a minute also that stupid beacon man I hated that every fifteen min check I know there has to be a reason for it but damn that got annoying but if I had to recommend this facility to anyone I would bc y'all were amazing and I can't thank y'all enough I know it's hard being stuck behind four walls with the type of trauma I have but by the grace of God I made it and I'm not gonna question how I made it but it was worth every minute of it now 6 hrs away from home was hard on me but it also got me away so I could decompress and that I'm thankful for too also wanted to recommend maybe getting two or three phones for 3 East bc that right there wasn't working with just one phone when you had about four or five patients asking to use one phone but other than that thank y'all so much for all y'all did for me an amazing down to earth straight to the point Dr Kayla also loved the rec therapists they were amazing and lovely people to be around

My mom was in and out of this hospital for the most part of 2024 with cancer and blood transfusions. As most employees were great, there were two nurses that cared for mama that were outstanding. A white nurse, Annette and a black nurse, Sophia. They went beyond to take care of mama's needs. They both deserve a raise. I hope if I am ever admitted to UNC Health in Smithfield I have one or both of these great ladies. Keep up the good work, Annette and Sophia!

Came in severely dehydrated and disoriented was seen within the 30 mins and discharged in 5 hours with a diagnosis feeling much better than going in and recovery has been swift no issues great staff and nurses

My dad recently had a couple weeks long ICU stays. His ER nurse Gabbie and all the ICU nurses were amazing. Care, bedside manner, friendliness and overall performance were just simply awesome!!

UNC Wayne took great care of me during my Surgery and post op. The staff knew what they were doing and everyone was very compassionate and caring.

This office has such a welcoming environment. The woman that works the front desk is amazing with everyone I’ve seen her interact with. The doctors all seem nice but my care taker is the absolute best. I was very hesitant seeking help and struggled for a very long time and finally feel like I can breathe again. I was there as a patient. I was there Over 18 years ago . It was a good experience for me I’m glad I was there and it helped me to get clean . I learned how to deal with my emotions and to deal with loneliness. Thank you for your service

Did the 90 days in fall of 2019. The program basically focuses on Addictive and criminal thinking patterns and the ones who give it a chance will get something out of it. Mr. Ray was my counselor and from day one was fair to all and a good , down to earth counselor. The concerns process was a blast and I can talk all day here but words can't explain the experience you just have to go if given a chance. It's not suppose to be fun ( which it isnt) but given the chance it can have a positive effect. PULL UP!!!
