This place is great and all the Doctors and Nurses are wonderful . One Tuesday I saw Dr Nicole Poor and she’s wonderful and take her time and go over everything with you and explain everything with you. I Received Botox on my Forehead and Trust my forehead looks Like a map I think it looks good and will look fantastic when I go back in two weeks And it wasn’t bad at all. I will be going back in two weeks for check up and maybe get something else 😊.

Great experience! From the moment I walked in and the receptionist was friendly, explained everything to me. The PA I saw was friendly, very knowledgeable, and wanted to know everything I had questions about, or concerns that I needed addressed. What a change from okay take these pills, or do this and see you back in a year. It was very refreshing to have some listen, and explain, and care about her patient! A+, the office was spotless and you can really tell the pride they take in their work. Thank You for doing an excellent job!

When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

If you need some flexibility and choice when it comes to your recovery, outpatient rehab programs are a great option because they do not require intensive inpatient treatment. Clients remain in their own homes and may continue to work or attend school while in active treatment. Outpatient treatment typically includes addiction counseling and continuing recovery education, including courses in self-care and relapse prevention. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is available in many treatment centers for clients in opioid and/or alcohol recovery.
