The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you. The men’s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that’s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

My experience at Umatilla TRV was mixed, but one person who genuinely stood out to me was Chris Fields, the Financial Manager. Chris was one of the best advocates for clients that I encountered. He was patient, understanding, and willing to actually listen and help when I had concerns. He made an effort to explain things clearly and treated me with respect, which made a real difference during a difficult time. I truly appreciate the way Chris advocates for clients and goes beyond simply doing his job. His compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help definitely deserve recognition. Overall, I’m giving my experience 4.5 stars, with Chris being a major reason for that rating.

I went from new seasons to this clinic, I was at 40 mg from new seasons- I was over sedated at 40 mg so they brought me down to 35 than to 30 and I was still over sedated at 30. So new seasons brought me down to 20mg. I was good at 20mg- I wanted to taper down though. I tapered down at 1mg a day. I was on methadone for a month and a week or two. I was going to dose for the last time- this memorial weekend that past we're my last 3 doses for 3mg,2mg and 1mg. I didn't know that I could get prescribed comfort meds by Jim or I would of done it before the weekend because it was a long weekend. I went into the clinic and cried to Christina than told her I was struggling. She got me prescribed comfort meds that day and so did jim. I got most of the comfort meds filled except one because the pharmacy wanted to speak with Jim first. I went into the office the next day to tell jim and he handled it right away. I went into dosing voluntarily but I was admitted to do IOP. IOP, counseling and the dosing has helped me so much- the dosing is more affordable at aspire as well. The comfort meds have really helped me- if you work the program it'll work. I got good sleep through the night and definitely feel better.

If you can endure the lengthy intake process, everything else is quick and efficient. All the staff, from the front desk to providers were on point, and informative. Yes there are some delays from time to time just from over crowding or should I say a lot of clients all at once. Worth a shot if your trying to change your life and get clean. This place was an absolute God-send and saved my life. From the very start the place with its great employees at every part of the facility were compassionate and caring and made sure that my needs were met. My initial therapist Ashlee was absolutely amazing and helped me through major life crises that were occurring at the moment between my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. During this time I was able to reconnect with my loving parents and become a contributing member to the family as its only child. During the outpatient process, IOP Therapy I met with Dylan Martin And Martin Hawk - Both of these extremely qualified therapists worked out some very complex issues that still remained inside of me and the outpatient setting of being at home with my parents helped solidify our family and teach them about my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. I highly recommend any level of care from ORC Recovery to anyone that is dealing with ANY sort of crisis at the moment - don't sit in the dark with problems, make sure to seek help and help will find you. Thank you very much ORC. May you continue to serve the Orlando Area with Honor and Dignity.

I have been to the Orlando facility multiple times and they always take good care of me. I want to shout out some of the counselors - Darella, Edgardo and Michelle, for helping me see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. The techs are fantastic - all of them - and there are too many to shout out but I want to give a special mention to Leo, the tech lead, and Darella, for helping me retrieve personal hygiene items to care for myself during my stay. The food is ok but the cooks, especially Ms. Lo, are very accommodating and do their best. I would definitely recommend Sunrise to anyone who is struggling with substance abuse and has the desire to get clean.

La Amistad has saved my life. Literally. The staff are well versed in human behavior and always willing to listen. The program has turned non-serving behaviors into components to building a happier, healthy, and more fulfilling life. The facility was welcoming as were the other patients. The food was great and the coffee plentiful. While no place or program is perfect, I would highly recommend La Amistad.

I've been at Center for Discovery in Maitland since I left residential at Monteverde and it has been a wonderful experience overall. I've received so much support from all of the therapists, dietitians, diet techs, etc. They take time out of their day to talk to you if you're struggling and the care is really personalized, they take a lot of time getting to know you even if you aren't their primary client. The staff has gone above and beyond to give me and my peers so much support.

Honestly this place wouldn’t be the best treatment center in Orlando if it wasn’t for the Program Director Stephen Davis. Having met other people who have been at this center longer than me have all mentioned how this place was a bit of a mess until they had the program director changed to Mr Stephen. So I’m lucky to have joined this treatment center at the right time. As it goes for the medical team Dr Khris takes her job very serious. She is very caring and very attentive to any issues or problems I’ve had. I’d truly recommend anyone that needs any of their medical questions answered. Thanks to her guidance and help it’s made my recovery journey a lot easier and smoother. Also wanna mention my counselor Miss Marvlyn that’s been tremendously helpful and wanted to give a shoutout to Miss Veronica for guiding me through how everything works here at New Season. Also the group sessions lead by Miss Belinda have been extremely helpful as well. As it goes for insurance stuff which was very important to me as I didn’t have insurance and was paying out of pocket until I was told to see Mr. Paul who helped me get such good insurance and at such a reasonable price which made my life so much easier, not only covering my treatment but having such low copay to see my PCP and therapist. Also this treatment center has very experienced nursing staff as well that’s always guided me and helped me make the right decision. Overall I’m truly grateful to have found the best Treatment Center in Orlando that truly cares about their patients rather than just getting them in and out.

The exceptional person at this business is Paul the insurance guy he has done more for me on the insurance side then anyone ever that has helped me. He found money that was owed to me. I don't think I would have ever seen it if it wasn't for him. He knows his insurance and I'm grateful for his service and knowledge!!! He is also very kind always with a smile and eager to help!!!

my new-ish councler vanilla has been great shes is very motivating and helpful shes very good for this job , lolita was great councler also. Attending La Amistad saved my life. I’ve been to two other treatment centers before nothing clicked till I came here. They run a beautiful program and the fact that it was dual diagnosis With addiction treatment and also mental health treatment was truly life-saving. Fresh Start Ministries in Orlando have been a true blessing to my loved one and our entire family, offering hope and encouragement to his recovery. The growth I have witnessed in him, spiritually, emotionally, and personally, has been genuine and deeply meaningful as he reconnects with the Lord and embraces the difficult but necessary work that real change requires. While Fresh Start offers essential structure and guidance, lasting transformation happens when the men are willing to show up and do the work, and when both come together, the impact is powerful. I am grateful for Pastor Tim, who leads the Tuesday family support group meetings and creates a safe space where shared understanding brings comfort and strength, as well as for counselor Jesse, whose patience, encouragement, and sincere compassion have played a meaningful role in my loved one’s journey. The staff at Fresh Start genuinely cares, and it is evident in the way they walk alongside the men, challenge them, and hold them accountable. This is a place focused on Christ, where genuine healing and recovery can begin, and I am truly grateful for the hope and renewal this ministry brings to countless lives.
