I was super nervous goin in but honestly this place helped more then I thought it would. the people who work here are mostly chill and really seem like they care, they don’t talk down to you or anything. i didn’t feel judged which matters a lot. only thing is the outside crowd can be sus so i’d say just head in and out, don’t stick around. it doesn’t feel all strict like a hospital or jail so that helped me stick with it. not perfect but it’s real and its helping me stay clean. would def recommend if you need a place to start

Good environment. The line is usually non existing. In and out. Helps me to stay away from street medicine.

I drive from Polk to dose & when i first went there the intake lady was rude ash, i let them know & i haven t seen her since after that everyone has been so wonderful! Awesome people that work there they care about us & its not just about the pay for them. They care for my children also like why i not go? I would never go anywhere else. I send my love to them. Great job everyone!! Psa one bad apple doesn t make the whole batch bad

Very informative, Helpful, Patient and trustworthy

Group sessions are very helpful and I have learned several new techniques. The one-on-one sessions have not been as useful as I don't have things I really need to work on outside of group. Overall, I have had a very positive experience and really like the flexibility.

Quite possibly the most relevant help I could imagine. I look forward to what I learn and experience each session. Really appreciate Minor Hawk.

They take you on time with a quick check in process. The Doctor explains everything and will answer any questions.

When I started working with Pamela Hand I had no idea how much my life could change for the better. Pamela is extremely knowledgeable and talented at what she does. This is by far the absolute best clinic I've ever been to and the staff here are on point and always very pleasant and friendly and just make sure you are taken care of and I leave the clinic with a smile on my face every single morning. I'll definitely be missing these people since I moved out of the area.

I have moved to this location for my medical services. Very clean, pleasant staff and my appointment times are on point.

This would be the second time my best friend gets admitted to this facility in the last year for the residential program. There are ups and downs, but in general, the staff seems to really want to help out. Business office was a breeze to work with and so was admissions. My friend tells me the food is great, and the nursing staff acts very cordial with her. I know these places can get very chaotic and stressful, but it has been nice to know that my friend feels like a respected human being as she navigates this tough moment in her life.

I was admitted to the residential mental health recovery program in true crisis and left feeling better equipped to handle my anxiety and depression.Staff were friendly and helpful as long as you were respectful. The therapists on staff were always ready to listen and provide safety in times of distress.As with anywhere, there were ups and downs; be sure to bring an eye mask and ear plugs for sleep checks.

I thank God for this place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you re having drug or mental problems,I highly recommend this place. La Amistad and Jesus helped me learn how to adapt and overcome my problems with addictions. Thanks La Amistad!

The treatment of the Doctor, very professional, the economic area continues to make the mistake of sending an invoice for copayments and does not present it to Medicaid, as appropriate.

My therapist, Allison Stuart, has been very helpful easing my chronic depression with her cognitive therapy. This has been much more helpful than the strictly medication management treatment I had been receiving for over 20 yearsMy medication management therapist, Patricia Brown-Gordon, has helped me enjoy 8-10 hours of restful sleep, with enjoyable dreams every night, to which I look forward. As for the depression medication, I don't think it has been of much help.

I had a marvelous telemedicine appointment with Dr.BALAGUER. He was patient, kind, and truly took the time to listen without rushing me. I felt heard and connected throughout our conversation. He was thorough in his explanations and never pushy, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. Highly recommend!
