Promise of hope helped me until I was ready to help myself. They welcomed me back after having been there twice. They have the knowledge of disease and the compassion that is needed to reach addicts and alcoholics. Denise and all the staff there have a true givers heart and dedication to fighting this disease. This is an older facility however the staff is incredible, the Doctor's are very knowledgeable I'm willing to give you conversations that can calm your symptoms sometimes and making you feel much better knowing that they do Care, staff is always good and respectful, I appreciate your help and support.

When I arrived at POH Men’s in Cochran I was a lost and broken soul. The way the counselor s work with you individually and in a group setting is amazing . I truly believe that’s POH is directly in GODS hands . I have a little over 4 years clean thanks to this God and this program. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt like they saw me as a person. Does clinic really help me with all of my needs for several years! And gave me so much support. I never once questioned if I had went and made the right decision by using this office. Everyone helped me feel like I could talk about anything my therapist tiffany, my nurse tammy, and Jen at the front desk are amazing! I can't say how easy the transition was and how much of a phenomenal of a job they did making me feel important. Thankfully I have completed my time at the clinic sadly I have to leave people that I have grown clothes too but I will never forget how they helped me get on the road of recovery. My lady friend went her & they have treated her incredibly well.
This place isn't really well know but it deserves to be.
The staff was immaculate to her.
The only thing was the not smoking rule which is justified because it is a recover center.
Besides that I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I cannot believe there would be one single bad post about these compassionate people but that's how it is your always gonna have that one or two that didn't want to make it and wanted to not get better and wanting to blame someone else for them not trying to do better.....

This place literally saved my life. The staff is AMAZING. This is the first time I've ever opened up to a counselor. It doesn't feel like a doctor's office everyone there makes you feel like family. I travel 90 miles round trip to go there, and wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I HIGHLY recommend New Pointe Treatment Center! The best part, there not judgemental which is awesome as a addict!!

My husband came home in April from his stay at Bridges. As a spouse I can’t say enough good things about this rehab. This was his fourth rehab at other places and hopefully the last. The program is fair, AA balanced and the guys have to work to stay. It is extremely well run and organized and the guys know what to expect. The camaraderie between staff and residents is genuine and the program works if one wants it to. I am very thankful to Chad and his guys for aiding my husband in his sobriety. One day at a time.

The staff really cares. From the intake ,nurses, doctors, and even the custodians, there's a certain warmth and knowledge that helped me tremendously. My favorite part that helped me the most is group therapy with Yailene, she's just wonderful.

The absolute best place to be when in need of medical assistance. I encountered many people and my care was beyond exceptional and greatly appreciated. The doctors, nurses, techs, lab reps, transport, dietary and facility maintenance were all great. I honestly wish I could name and thank each and every one of them. I met the superb doctors with each providing their name for information only because I’d heard of the wonderful tasks they perform in healthcare and I felt honored to receive such great care from the staff that felt that their care surpassed all else. I received care from Dr. Naomi Kirkman-Bey and despite how I arrived I felt necessary beyond myself. Upon my release I realized at 4am that I didn’t want to inform anyone that I’d returned because for once I felt determined to tackle this journey full force. Thanks to the entire staff at Atrium Health I am moving forward aggressively with a determination to allow this to be my testimony as I heal. ❤️💪🏾💯

I was a child patient here in the mid 1980s. I lived on the children's wing for over a year , while in foster care. I have tons of memories about this place. The staff back then were great and honestly cared about me . They even stored some of my things, including my bicycle in their basement for me after I was adopted.

This is definitely the place you want to go to for help to get sober. Everyone is always friendly. Yes I have changed counslers a couple of times but they have all been very friendly, caring and respectful. They are never crowded and you are usually in and out in a timely manner for pick up's.
