For the purpose of my visit, they ultimately handled it extremely well. I appreciate all of you for your service. Please keep doing what you're doing.. Note*.... There's a new intake "counselor" (MSW certified) that did a fantastic job. Keep it up girl. Everyone else has made the experience pleasant. We appreciate it. Also my secondary visit was great.

My son has had a real battle with addiction and mental illness for the last 4 years. He finally agreed to go into another inpatient program and went to Reprieve this time. Previous rehab stints did not have much of an effect on him, and as soon as he was out, he went right back to his old habits. Reprieve was different. While he was at Reprieve, he would call me each week and tell me how he was learning about himself and different coping skills. This was not the case with other rehabs. As with any group setting, there will always be some angst when dealing with other individuals, but he managed to stay out of trouble, which was a first for him. He has been doing well since he got out, and I am learning to trust him again. For the first time in a very long time, he has a positive outlook and hope for the future. Reprieve's program works! I am very grateful he had the opportunity to go there.

My fiancé currently does not have insurance and is unemployed at this time. I called Pathways on Monday and asked if they saw patients without insurance and the girl, her name was Ashley I believe, was very helpful and let me know that they do see patients without insurance and walked me through how to get him in. We went to the Department of Labor on Monday and got his income verification, then went to Pathways Tuesday morning early as a walk-in because that’s what you have to do to be seen for free. We got lucky and he was seen within 30 minutes of getting there! Every person that works there was pleasant and friendly. The staff at the front were friendly to every patient that came in, and they actually seemed to enjoy their jobs, and truly care about making sure patients got the help they need. I heard them communicate with people over the phone as well, and they were friendly and helpful. I have a lot of experience with doctor’s offices, and worked in many myself, and it is refreshing to be greeted by friendly, helpful, non- judgmental staff. Thank you SO much for your help today, you have no idea how much it means to me personally, but to my fiancé as well. 🙏🏻

Absolutely LOVE my doctor an therapist. If you need a good therapist an doctor therapist I HIGHLY recommend Deanna an doctor Knight-Nelson. Both of them work with you an don’t judge you at all. This was my first time using the VA for medical and it was a pleasant experience. I requested an appointment online and was called a couple of days later to confirm the date and time. It is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. The front secretary wasn’t exactly warm, but otherwise everyone was very friendly. Dr. Bigoms and the staff at the eye clinic took their time with me and made me feel like I mattered. That doesn’t happen often in healthcare anymore, unfortunately.

Our family cannot say enough good things about The Insight Program in Tyrone, GA. Before discovering this incredible resource, we felt completely lost. Despite numerous attempts to control our child's behavior and "fix" the problem, nothing seemed to work. We sought help from various professionals, including medications and psychological counseling, but these approaches did not bring the results we desperately hoped for.
What made the difference was the counselors and peers in The Insight Program. The connection our child found with others in the group, who truly understood the challenges he faced, was life-changing. The supportive, nonjudgmental environment created by the counselors and the encouragement from his peers gave him a sense of belonging and hope that he hadn't found elsewhere.
For us as parents, the program for families was equally transformative. It gave us the tools and guidance to step back from trying to control or "fix" our child and instead support him on his journey to recovery. Learning how to approach his sobriety in a healthier way not only helped him but brought our family closer together.
The enthusiastic sobriety approach, combined with the structured Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and 12-step work, has been pivotal in our child’s progress. These elements have helped him embrace sobriety and grow into a healthier, happier, and more fulfilled individual.
We are deeply grateful for the compassionate and effective care provided by The Insight Program. It has been a beacon of hope for our family, and we highly recommend it to any parent navigating the challenges of addiction recovery with their teen.

The Bradley center really did treat me good I was going threw a lot of stuff and when I would talk to some doctor there they diagnosed me pretty fast but the meds they prescribed me with it helped me a lot I feel so much better with my self. And I met really cool people. And we played the Wii there so I loved it I had so much fun. The food was good the games was fun and the workers were really sweet but the bad thing I would say is the bed I js didn’t feel comfortable it felt like a big grocery bag that was the size of a twin bed blow up bed and when my cousin went she found blood under her mattress after they make us take off the sheets and put it on the floor the day we’re about to leave

I had always heard bad things about Pinewoods. Staying there helped save my life. In the WellStar hospitals, people have to wait three days to be sent out -- Pinewoods makes that easier, you don't have to go anywhere but Pinewoods. They are open 24/7 days a week. You also can bypass being treated like a barnyard animal, wearing scrubs and using a paper blanket to cover up with. If the nerves are bad with a Patient, the last thing they want to be is in an isolation cell, hear others screaming in the cell next door, and feel judged by the sitters and doctors. As long as you don't go out there and act foolish, (due to fear or anger) You are treated with kindness and respect. Thanks to Pinewoods Staff.

My recovery started here. Wonderful place. I came in with nothing but a hat and a dead cellphone, wearing only hospital paper clothes. The techs made sure I had clothes and shoes when they took me home and they helped me with a 30 day supply of medicine. I learned a lot in group therapy and they made it fun.
