All but two of the TT’s were amazing, and seemed very invested in patient recoveries, My counselor was both empathetic and challenging. And created a safe space for me to be honest with myself and her. I have been to this treatment center three times now. Every time I have gotten a lot out of it, but this last time changed my life. Sometimes I think people confuse treatment with a vacation and a spa. But if you are willing to try and do the work necessary, they Will go so far for you. But of course, they are not gonna work harder than you’re willing to work. I can’t say enough about the Case Manager currently she went above and Beyond for me. She had a massive impact on my heart, My life and my recovery. My counselor Case Manager, and the Director all made me feel like a priority. And sometimes I struggle with myself a priority. It meant the world to me.

I started group and one ones a couple weeks ago. I really like it there. I see Marvin for addiction/grievance. I am coping way better on my grief of losing my husband of last oct. 13th. And June 29th of this yr. My dog has to be put to sleep. I'm glad to be able to have someone to talk to. Marvin is awesome. I recommend him to anyone going through any of these problems. I'm also gonna start going to anger management. I think it'll do me good.

I've been doing this over 12 years since I was 16 years old and have been through almost every d.o.c. program there is and have relapsed everytime. Instar and the Hannon house is by far the best program I have ever been to.. I am doing the best I have ever done in my entire life and I wouldn't be where I am today without everyone at instar especially Ryan Lehman. Everybody was completely against me getting out and actively advocating against it due to my criminal history but Ryan stood up for and vouched for me and did everything he could to help me get into the Hannon house.. instar literally saved my life by giving me this opportunity and with the help of the treatment they provide through one on ones and groups I have managed to not only maintain sobriety but to pull my life together and actually succeed and realize that I want something better than what I have been allowing myself to have. I just want to thank everyone there for actually caring and going out of their way to show me a better life and to help me obtain it.

In and out of hospitals since I was a kid. Lifeways was - by far - the most hospitable. I recently went to the ER at the Fort Harrison VA with arrhythmia and severe chest pain. The entire ER team was superb! They worked efficiently, professionally, and were comforting and supportive. Dr. Calisson, was Wonderfull!!! I can’t overemphasize how great the entire team performed together. They explained treatment and condition status every step of the way. A little over a year ago I was referred to Pain Management at Ft. Harrison for arthritis and pinched nerves in my neck. For years I've been sent many different directions with little or no help. The team at PM told me they could do a Radio Frequency Ablation. The description of the procedure is a bit terrifying but I was miserable. The 3 part procedure brought a little relief at first, but after a month or so the pain and stiffness started to fade. Now I'm probably 95% better. "Thank You Pain Management "! First of all the bad review was bullcrap, if your not serious about getting straight, and you can't take the advice and change your life, you dont get on Google review and try to trash the people that were helping you.
Next Damian and Ryan are beast at their jobs it takes alot to deal with grown men, who are learning how to be grown men, all the time. Even big josh is patient and on point when it comes to his job.
Terri and Bob, man I can't say enough I was a mess and still a mess half the time. But they and their program saved my life. I learned new ways to cope with tragedies and to change my behavior based on principles and not emotions. Not everyone can create doors in people's lives where all they have had before were walls. Bob and Terri can. So yeah they were key in my recovery. I love em. What they have designed , here in montana to me is what I call family. Thank you

The staff and treatment offered here is excellent and life changing. They offer as much help as you need and truly care about your treatment and check in frequently with you to make sure that you're doing well and offer any support or advice you may need or want. Everyone there including the security, front receptionist, nurse, case workers, social workers, and doctors are amazing.

Also thanks to Dr Missourian because it's rare that a doctor ACTUALLY cares and wants the veteran to get better physically and be happy in life. One of the best doctors from all MT VA (been in bozeman, butte, and many other states too).
The social worker MEGHAN was amazing. I had a panic attack way beyond normal measure and thanks to her I LITERALLY STOP AND SMELL THE FLOWERS NOW. I was so out of control with my mind and head, and her basic exercises and knowledge, which we need to always work on and enforce, really brought me back to enjoy this life once again for the first time in years. I walked for miles before that and never stopped and looked/smelled/and was in the moment before. Thanks to her my walks daily with my dogs in national forests are really magical.
The exercises may be basic mindfulness or breathing techniques but that's the building block everyone lacks to be calm and aware.
God bless you all thank you for helping Veterans all in Christ name.
PS: Im still messed up physically mentally but at least I started to go out once every few weeks and enjoy life. Here's me and the pups living our best life thanks to the medication and professional care of the VA Staff (including psychiatrists on telehealth) God Bless

I can’t thank Ascent Behavioral Health Services enough for the incredible impact they’ve had on not only my recovery journey but my life in general. From day one, I felt welcomed, understood, and supported in a way I never expected.
A huge part of my progress and healing is thanks to the amazing counselors Josh and Melissa. Josh brought such an individualized, welcoming, and honest style of counseling from day one that helped me see things clearly, stay accountable, feel able to be more vulnerable, and truly has become one of my best friends I can always count on and come to for support, while Melissa provided such warmth and insight that every session felt like a breakthrough. Their balance of compassion and structure was exactly what I needed to start rebuilding my life.
I also want to give special recognition to my case manager, Allison. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about my progress. Whether it was helping me stay on track with appointments or just checking in on me she always went above and beyond.
The entire team at Ascent made me feel like more than just a client — they treated me like a human being worth helping. I’m leaving this program not just sober, but stronger, more self-aware, and filled with hope.

Knowledgeable staff, and doctors. Very helpful, and gave me the medications I needed.

The staff at Ascent were great, from the drivers that would take me to and from group each day to the receptionists. The case manager was great helping me find housing and other things I needed to make life better and the counselors really cared about my recovery. Thank you for all your help!

I just recently graduated. I’ve done more of these classes than I care to admit and I can honestly say this place was the best so far. Very nice, very understanding staff. This is the only place I’ve done classes like this that felt like they actually cared about my well being and seeing me succeed. Highly recommend

I really think Tueller Counseling has a great program with really good counselors. Best in Rexburg. Also has offices in Rigby and Idaho Falls. Very accommodating and keep me informed and up to date. Insurance billing works really well there.
