Jamie was an amazing representative for YSS. Very helpful and a godsend. I was dumped off on the side of the road 700 miles from anything familiar to me and she picked me up from Marshalltown Police department and took me to the Bridge house in Ames where I was able to get a Greyhound bus ticket back to Dallas.

Edit: The calls go to a call center now. Cannot reach phc directly. This needs to change because the call center has caused problems for me being able to contact phc about important things that can't wait for someone to see a message and get back to me. Need a way to directly contact them. I like the providers and medical staff and most of the front desk ladies, but this call center stuff needs to change. We need a way to directly contact them.

YSS saved my life, then gave me purpose in life. I was a very troubled kid, a burden on society, and my parents were at their wit's end. They were desperate when they turned to YSS. I attended cfr in person in 2022. I feel that they listened well. i really appreciated all the resources they helped with. It was a great start to where I am at in my sobriety and recovery. The different groups kept it interesting and when there was an unsafe moment they handled it extremly well. Only thing that was challanging was the frequent change of staff. but it was one great person in exchange for the next.

Since I've moved here from Colorado, I had difficulty getting on medically assisted treatment (MAT) CFR was the only agency that really made an effort in scheduling me a s a p, they seem me & assessed me right away. Got me set up with groups & individual counselling that have been beneficial to me. My great grandma has been cared for here the last couple days!! She was in the ER then moved upstairs. Shout out to Rayna/Kylie (ER) and Bella/Rainy (upstairs). They all were amazing and my great grandma absolutely adored them!! There were two other nurses she loved but I didn’t get their names unfortunately. Keep up the amazing work ladies!!

I received the best care from jen/Jenny in triage. she took great care of me. you can tell she's very experienced and very professional and has been taking care of people for a long time. it was very busy in there today, but she proceeded with a smile and the best optimistic attitude a person can have. 10 out 10. thank you Jenny ❤️
