My honest opinion is that the staff is friendly and actually receptive to clients opinions and wants/ needs. I have had a somewhat rough experience at another clinic. The EA comprehensive treatment center has not given me any issues.

Just wanted to take a min or 2 outta my Sunday afternoon to let ppl know wat a life saving program hptc Plymouth is,in Aug 21,I had just entered prgm for 7 th time in last 2.5 months,every time I left AMA,they wud allow me back wen I called looking for a bed,never judging me and allowing me my process,I was sick as a dawg and totally defeated, there was a beautiful pregnant nurse there that touched my heart,even tho I was physically unable to go stand up in med line,cuz I physically cud not get out of my bed,time after time she wud come to my room to dose me,it was my 4 th day there and w/d’s were peaking,I hadn’t ate in 4 days and that nurse and the staff ,thru their compassion gave me a slight glimmer of hope, after a positive covid test I was quarantined to a room for 10 days and at that point I knew if I left again I wuda been screwed so I stayed til the miracle happened,not only did I make it thru w/ds ,I got thru the covid virus and made it the 10 days,not long after clinician got me placed into halfway house in east bos and I haven’t looked back since that day,for sum reason I will always remember that pregant nurse caring enuff with her compassion and understanding and at that point I set forth a path of recovery and once again becoming a productive member of society,and most importantly a father to my loving son ty hptc and all of there workers who assist in making miracle everyday

So I recently went through treatment here for the 2nd time. I left a review but I’m not the brightest and deleted the first one trying to write another one. Just have to say to anyone thinking about getting sober this is where it’s at. Staff the facility and other people is 💯. I don’t plan to ever need to but I’ll never go anywhere else for treatment than here.

Saved my life. Not your typical recovery house. Martha, the program director with her hand-picked staff identify with the residents because they know what we're going through. Most, if not more are graduates of the house themselves. They help you face addiction head on, accept it, cope with it so you can heal. There's something magical about the place and Gosnold would be wise to remember that. It's not uncommon for former graduates to request a visit to remember how Miller House helped them recover and stabilize their lives to become contributing members of society. This house works if you are serious about taking back your life. God bless Martha and her unrelenting staff. They never gave up on me. - Jonathan, a grateful recovering alcoholic.

I really love it here and don't know why it has any negative reviews. I mean like other people say, detox kind of sucks in general. It isn't supposed to be a relaxing spa retreat. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are the best. I have been a few times unfortunately, but haven't had a bad experience. I always feel safe. Its a comfortable and relaxing vibe all around. The morning groups can be a little preachy and pushy on views for my liking, but the afternoon groups are good. I find it really helpful to be around, and hear from, others going through the same thing as you. The food is amazing!! You will definitely not go hungry. There is also a lot of freedom for a detox. You can always spend time outside which is really nice. I always leave feeling beter and having a positive outlook. Special shout out Yoyo and counselor Matt! 🙂

This place saved my life almost 10 years ago. Through my many ups and downs in life i could always rely on staff to help me get back on track. Compared to any other clinic i've been to this one is clean, the staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make it a positive place. I'm grateful for this place everyday i wake up another day sober. Wonderful people! I've been to 3 clinics total & thos is one by FAR the best!👌 Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt.. NO the staff will NOT put up with your BS & not attending groups, using etc. WILL eventually get you discharged! Why would they want people around that aren't trying at all?? So of they were in it for the money then don't you think they'd keep EVERYONE no matter what! 🤔 I think us addicts forget that WE GOT OURSELVES THERE! It's not supposed to be all peaches & cream, otherwise we'd NEVER want to get off Methadone! It's NOT ment for "lifetime" use! Take from me get to where you're comfortable & slowly, SLOWLY come down! The longer you are on this medication the Worse it'll be to get off later! WE DO RECOVER! 2/21/19 clean date

Been here twice first time I really needed it. My first breakdown too many things were going on and I failed with the wrong people when I used to be strong. Second one a kick butt believes and dreams. I only did they cure me alcohol but also dealing with people and how to handle the situation like I used to and lost track.

I loved my job was there for almost 10 years as a clinician. I worked with some amazing people snd developed awesome friendships. I always had the best caseload of clientele and I miss working with them and seeing their growth. Times have changed over the years most places do wish I was still there it's a great feeling when you know you've made a difference and was able to contribute ideas and see changes be implemented.

I was there for short term rehab after breaking both ankles. Day and evening nursing staff were great. With the exception of a couple of CNAs the night shift need customer service training. Rehab department was outstanding. Housekeeping was great. Food was ok. Big shoutout to Amanda the unit manager. She does a great job. Thanks to Maura, Laurie, Soddy, T,Meagan and Kristen for the care they provided to me. Thanks to Mark, Lynn, Josh, Emma, Brittany and Jessica from rehab for getting me back on my feet again! I work in long term care and I would recommend to friends or family.

Have always loved the royal company. But this building is by far my favorite with the loving staff and super helpful open door policy. I walked in lost but the administrator and nursing director office are right next to the door so I had help right as I walked in. Definitely recommend this place to people looking for nursing homes.

My father‘s been in the Lifecare Raynham Facilityfor close to a year and a half. The staff is fantastic. They staff is very friendly and have a caring attitude. He’s very content and we know he is well taken care of. The facility inside and outside is immaculate. I would highly recommend Lifecare to anyone whose family member may need long-term caring and assistance. I’d like to also recognize his daily nurse Ann, caring, compassionate and a great communicator to us every time I visit. She’s an asset to Lifecare in Raynham ,a very good positive representative for your company.

I've been. Not willingly, but I'm very thankful I was there. I'm not a drug user but I was depressed and a loved one called when I had a breakdown and thought I felt suicidal. Im writing this review for the families like mine that read all of these. I was petrified going in, this was my first experience with anything like Highpoint or a treatment facility and I had no choice, I was section 12 (which I had no clue even meamt). I learned so much from the staff and even fellow patients. I attended meetings where people spoke so honestly and let me do the same. I met people from all walks of life and connected in a way with each. Don't hesitate to get your loved ones help, it's not easy being honest with your family all the time, but I feel so much more like my old self than ever. I plan on applying to work there, payback what I was given & hopefully help others feel safe and have hope like I do. You know when reading these who has unfortunately not gotten well & don't be discouraged, if I can do it you can too. Good luck
