Just wanted to take a min or 2 outta my Sunday afternoon to let ppl know wat a life saving program hptc Plymouth is,in Aug 21,I had just entered prgm for 7 th time in last 2.5 months,every time I left AMA,they wud allow me back wen I called looking for a bed,never judging me and allowing me my process,I was sick as a dawg and totally defeated, there was a beautiful pregnant nurse there that touched my heart,even tho I was physically unable to go stand up in med line,cuz I physically cud not get out of my bed,time after time she wud come to my room to dose me,it was my 4 th day there and w/d’s were peaking,I hadn’t ate in 4 days and that nurse and the staff ,thru their compassion gave me a slight glimmer of hope, after a positive covid test I was quarantined to a room for 10 days and at that point I knew if I left again I wuda been screwed so I stayed til the miracle happened,not only did I make it thru w/ds ,I got thru the covid virus and made it the 10 days,not long after clinician got me placed into halfway house in east bos and I haven’t looked back since that day,for sum reason I will always remember that pregant nurse caring enuff with her compassion and understanding and at that point I set forth a path of recovery and once again becoming a productive member of society,and most importantly a father to my loving son ty hptc and all of there workers who assist in making miracle everyday

So I recently went through treatment here for the 2nd time. I left a review but I’m not the brightest and deleted the first one trying to write another one. Just have to say to anyone thinking about getting sober this is where it’s at. Staff the facility and other people is 💯. I don’t plan to ever need to but I’ll never go anywhere else for treatment than here.

Once again, we had to return to the emergency room because my husband is still sick. But from the bottom of my heart, I want to thank the nurses, doctors, and staff who are always professional, kind, compassionate, and willing to answer every question we have with care and respect. Thank you for relieving my husband’s pain yesterday. At this hospital, I always feel safe knowing that patients are cared for with love, dedication, and genuine concern. Thank you for everything. I am writing as a mom whose son was struggling with addiction. I had spent many days, years in court getting a section 35. After many, many stints in detoxes, rehabs and facilities we found Evoke, now Harborview through a friend. From the initial phone call that was made to admissions office, to intake, to the program and the check ins after completion has been nothing but life saving. This program not only saved my sanity, it also saved my son. We all know they say one day at a time & we are doing it. My son now has many days of being drug free & I cant thank Evoke now Harborview for saving my son. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much

This place changed my life. the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming from the RS's to the nurse's and case managers. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is great, there is always snacks and drinks out for the clients, the groups are great and they change it up so its not the same thing every week. The staff bend over backwards to help you with whatever needs you have and the protocol keeps you comfortable so you are not crawling out of your skin the whole time. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is thinking about going into treatment.

I’ve been here for 15 plus years and my counselor Paul goes above and beyond for his patients. Most of the staff has been here for years and they’re great. If you follow the rules and keep your head down, mind your buisness you’ll have no issues with this place… some people have complaints but those are usually the people who do whatever they want and tend to forget how lucky we are to have this place. The photos aren’t from this clinic. I don’t know what clinic those are from. It’s a clean place though and constantly updated.

Staff was great except 1 wont give people that dont miss a group and do what they have to do there out dates after being there almost 30 days but will give the guys that dont do anything i mean nothing there out date after 14 days and lets them leave in 21 to 25 days he should treat everyone the same. Other than that all the staff was great for my 35 days there some go above and beyond when they dont have to the food absolutely sucks for the amount of money our insurance pays for us to be there the food should be way better. The nurses on unit 2 are more than great courtney Amanda shawna meghan to name a few amd the rest of them treated me with the up most respect give them a raise. The groups could be a little better seemed like we were learning the same stuff over and over each day. But other than that if i was to ever have a relapse again i would definitely go back there....i give 4.5 stars out of 5..

The last clinic treated me like I wasn’t worth it and couldn’t care less if I walked out and died.Not here! The front desk, the nurses, especially the director who I think is a real a superwoman and is extremely fair to all of us! Her door is always opened if you need her. The office is so clean and well decorated for all the holidays. If not for them idk where I would be. They all have a special place in my heart. They saved my life and I am forever grateful! I do suggest having a your own therapist separate from the clinic. I’ve been other places and they do not care for you as an individual. AT SPECTRUM THEY REALLY DO CARE no matter the stage in recovery you are in. I’ve always been treated with respect!. This is my safe place❤️ and I appreciate the hard work it takes on their behalf on keeping this a safe place for everyone who walks through their doors.
