I struggled with drug addiction for 20 years. Could never break the cycle where I lived in Alabama 37 yrs of my life. I was out of options. My insurance found Paramount Recovery Centers in Massachusetts. I got ahold of them and they started the process to get me up here. They was a true blessing. Helped pay for my plane tickets and got me up here. I went thru 6 months of PHP program and then outpatient. Everyone from intake coordinators to councilors and all way up to program directors ALL helped me any way they possibly could. And thru this program I found hope again. I couldn t have done it without their help and am forever grateful for Paramount Recovery Centers. I stayed in their men s sober houses for 2 yrs now and am a manager at another one now. My cousin has struggled with addiction for most of his adult life. He s been to countless rehabs, tried meditation and even hypnosis to get over his issues with substances. It wasn t until he joined Paramount Recovery Centers PHP that he actually began to embrace sobriety as his new norm. You see, what my cousin never had was a sense of community, and that is exactly what Paramount provided. It was clear from the moment I dropped him off with the clinical staff that he was going to be in good hands. Without Paramount my cousin may be in jail or even worse, deceased. I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I d be lucky to make it back to this place meaning that I d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how horrible and defiant I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying one of you is going down a dark road really? These are the people to trust? These are the people getting me better. Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious.So my initial review was one star and I left out words because I wrote a nasty review and had to erase them.I wanted to come back and edit my one star review to a five star. Cause here I am, over 5 years later, still going strong as ever in my recovery, and I have a place that is mine, I have a good steady job, and I m free of the chains of addiction. Whether I like it or not, my experience here is what lead me to where I am today. There was some amazing staff that was overworked and under paid so if by some grace of god they are still there, god bless. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say they were trying reverse psychology on me, the staff talking crap about me to other peers, the staff saying I d be dead. But they were not that smart, they genuinely were telling me I was hopeless. I won t name you but I know that you know who you are.Now I sit here over 5 years later thinking that maybe if you did not spend so much time talking down and being hateful and judgmental to me, maybe all my brothers in program with me that are dead now, would still be alive if you paid them that energy. But it is what it is right? I don t equate my success to NEATC, hell no. I put my success on my shoulders. I easily could have taken yall saying I d be dead soon and actually gone and died. But I didn t. I spit in all your faces and I proved all of you wrong. I did it for me. I did it for my brothers who died due to the lack of care they received wether insurance was poor or you just focused more on me being defiant than their complacent obedience to your AA. What works for some does not work for all. It s your hate that drove the fight in me to succeed. I see my brothers in the program with me that never will get to share their smiles with the world, I can share the smile they taught me. I can share their message and I will not let them down.That s why I have 5 stars. This place did exactly what it needed to. Just like life, drove me insane, judged me, hate on me, gave me a place to live full of rats and mice, financial issues to battle, had to face death, had to hear pain like no other, and was not the smoothest ride. But through the pain and darkness of life there is always light, you can be that light. You can change. Amidst all the bad, there was a handful of AMAZING staff and people that gave me a real life experience I will never ever ever forget. Just like life this place is not perfect, we need to take the challenges and push on. I loved this place. And always will. This place did heal me. Not how I wanted but how I needed. Just like real life. I noticed my growth as I wanted to change my one star review. Even after all the trouble, I pushed through and fought and still see the light. I am still a light that will not be dimmed. And this place is a HUGE part of the reason I am who I am today. An amazing light in a dark dark world. This place put a challenge in front of me, life is not easy, you need to put in the work, and when life punches, you need to punch back harder.Thank you NEATC and the amazing staff I can t imagine would still be working here but if you are I love you. I was lucky enough to have found out about this facility in February of 2025. Words can not even describe how amazing the staff! My first night there was extremely hard for me and Petra was absolutely amazing ! I wanted to leave , I didn't feel good and she was able to calm me down and keep me there. My case worker Nicole was the best! I felt like she truly cared and wanted to help me get thru my time at the facility and she helped me set up outpatient care so that when I left Mayflower I was all set with good resources. This place was the beginning of redemption story and gave me a phenomenal foundation to start my recovery journey!

My first impression of Mayflower was an amazing. I felt so comfortable with the staff immediately, they made me feel so welcomed and supportive. The staff was unbelievably knowledgeable in addition. I felt safe and well taken care of. My room was first class with my own TV. The food was cooked by a chef and was unbelievable. I was most impressed with the Director of the program. He did a morning group everyday to address any concerns we may have and to impress how he was there to help the clients. Very professional and comfortable at the same time. 10 out of 10. The best in Massachusetts if not the North East.

I actually found Clearhaven by accident. I had called another center and when faced with insurance issues, they recommended me to Clearhaven. When faced with addiction, there was no better place for me to find than Clearhaven. I was in a lot of denial, and at risk of losing everything. The individuals at Clearhaven were able to work with me and my specific issues to target and treat my condition in a judgment-free environment. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

I finally registered for VA Healthcare and with some doubt, made an appointment for a physical. I was completely surprised and impressed with the whole experience. The staff was knowledable, friendly and showed concern. They were all articulate and spent considerable time with me. The facility was clean and modern. Spectrum in weymouth MA is amazing. The clinical team there is second to none l. My quality of life has improved greatly after getting connected with this clinic. I couldn't imagine my life if I didn't have Alex, Derek, Gabby, and Kristin in my corner. The way that I have been built up to the person I want to be today not only makes me happy but also makes my family and the people around me happy. I wanted to take a few moments out of my day to acknowledge the staff at the Bradston street clinic. Especially Keiwon Crump.I don't usually write reviews... However, there is NO WAY that I could let this staff (and again, especially Keiwon) go without writing just how amazing, patient, understanding, and caring this establishment treats ALL of the people who walk through the door. (All due to the staff).The environment that Keiwon has brilliantly created there begins with staff at the door - whom without fail, always greets nearly each individual with a smile. If you have any concerns or questions, they are always ready and willing to make sure that before you walk out the door that whatever it is you may need is handled.At the front desk is where Keiwon typically mans the clinic. As you can imagine, there is a large variety of things that get sent through that station and in my experience I have never seen Keiwon look overwhelmed or be anything but cool, calm, and collected, and of course, professional! He is definitely the "go to guy" for any information of what you may need. He is very knowledgeable and always steers clients in the proper direction. I can't think of a single day he hasn't been there working, even all weekend (and what seems like) every weekend as well, on top of the regular work week. And I want to make sure I don't send the wrong information, Keiwon is working and over seeing FAR more than the front desk. That just seems to be where he works his magic from!The Bradston street clinic is lucky to have Keiwon to say the least. In my opinion, I get the feeling of why he is so compassionate about his job is 2-fold: (1) because he clearly is someone with integrity when it comes to his level of professionalism (2) he goes above and beyond for everyone because he really truly cares for the well being of the people walking through the door.Keiwon makes me want to go back into recruiting because he is definitely a stellar employee and just an all around amazing professional!!! He could work anywhere and with anyone. That's not a quality you can learn and is hard to find.I'm not sure if I should be writing this, but should anyone be looking for a once and a lifetime employee, check this guy out. In my experience when you work somewhere for a while and you are known to be a 100% trustworthy and responsible employee (to the point the top level staff sleeps better and night knowing they have less worries when Keiwon Crump is there) the more and more responsibilities you pick up but more often than not it doesn't benefit your paycheck. I only say that because I'm sure many professionals know this and have experienced it. This is my first time ever going to a clinic but for the most part everyone there seems pretty cool and there s never really a line. My only thing that I find really difficult is that I ve been stuck on 25 MG since I got out of detox at the end of October and apparently have to wait until the 19th of November for my clinical intake to up my dosage which I need badly every day it s hard to just wanna get up and go there because I m in so much pain. It almost feels like it s not even worth it to go sometimes because I have to walk 40 minutes there in 40 minutes back from my house every day.
