Long story short if you have to miss an appointment you get discharged from there.. I was re evaluated and got to go back but I showed up one day thinking I had a appointment at one and it was at noon.. One other time I got the dates mixed up.. I have had a lot on my plate health wise we are all human we make mistakes.. Needless to say I was discharged again.. I guess it’s a two strike and your out rule.. They only let 3 people leave a week. And that's only if 3 new people come in. If you come in withdrawing, it's the luck of the draw if you get put on suboxone. Even if it will help you succeed and stay sober. You have a 50 percent chance of getting the Doctor who believes in suboxone helping people, and then you got 50 percent chance of getting rhe doctor who hates suboxone and doesn't care if you go shoot up fentanyl and die when you leave this place, she refuses to give it to you. I've seen multiple people who need it, because they are opiate addicts, and the Doctor just tells them no she won't make you into a zombie. And I know one person who if that Doctor just would have listened instead of shutting them down, would still be alive today. It's not a game, it's someone's life. This place is just about their Medicaid funding so don't go there unless your p.o. is forcing you to. They don't care what happens to you when you leave.

They have helped my adult son in many ways and he certainly has benefited from their services. They have addressed my son's needs and continue to do so without hesitation. I'm thankful to have their services ❤️

I took my son there when he was about 17 or so (he's 23 yrs old now) and they changed his life! He has autism and bipolar manic disorder. He wasn't diagnosed correctly at McKenzie Medical and the Dr here got him on the correct medication. We no longer live in Tennessee but I hope they see this and know he's still doing great (except for the seizures) Thanks for helping my son when no one else had a clue!
I'd like to add that the medicaid in Tennessee is horrible! No dental or vision coverage??? What's up with that?? and finding a good Dr, especially a psychiatrist is a huge task. Glad to be back in Ohio where my son and I both are well taken care of physically and mentally. And we both have dental and vision coverage.

I've have had very positive experiences here. They assess and evaluate what your needs are. I've had phone appointments during COVID and video chats that went very well. Michelle, a staff member is a Godsend and very compassionate. She gave information of the whole process of where to begin in the programs. evaluation
