Pine Lake Behavioral Health is a breath of *fresh* air. I came here at my lowest… after being passed around/neglected elsewhere… and from the day I came in, I knew they had my back. Thorough, caring, considerate, educated and organized. Everyone here is wonderful, from the front staff to the nurses and providers. Big shout-out to Armitha, Annie, Carla and Atlanta, who’ve always keep it real and keep things moving! Thank y’all always 💕 P.S.. it’s okay to cry! ☺️🥲

Pine Lake Behavioral Health is the best clinic I have ever been to. I've been to other clinics in the past and consulted with various psychiatrists, but none compare to the experience here. Jessica is the most outstanding psychiatrist I've ever had; she truly listens to your concerns and cares deeply about your wellbeing, offering the best care and treatment options available. I entirely recommend her!! The nurses at this facility are incredible as well! They create a comfortable atmosphere and treat you like family! Carla and Anne have been nothing short of amazing, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in to ensure their patients feel at ease every single time they come in for treatments. Thank you!

If I could give -5 stars I would. PLEASE go someplace other than here. I was lied to from day 1. I was told I was being seen by a DOCTOR, found out she was only a prescribing nurse (Not putting down her education, just saying she needs a WHOLE LOT MORE before attempting to treat folks). The person who "saw" me did very little more than that; look & made me feel like absolute GARBAGE. I came in feeling depressed. I quit seeing her feeling a whole lot like I wanted to die. I felt threatened, and incredibly stressed out during the entire time I saw the "Doctor"-who-wasn't at this clinic. PLEASE, for the sake of your mental health, find another place for help, there is McDermott in Council Bluffs, and Inroads to Recovery here in Omaha as well as many others.

Nicknamed the “Beef State”, Omaha, Nebraska is the state’s largest beef producer and most populous city. It’s also home to BAART Programs Omaha. Established in San Francisco in 1977, they’re one of the 40 locations nationwide. You can take part in specialized opioid use disorder treatment in a welcoming, non-judgemental outpatient setting
I have been here for about 10 years now and have seen the staff come and go. I will say that yes there are some things that need to be worked on here. But with that being said my family and I are in the process of moving, and chose to stay in the state near this area because of this clinic and the select few employees here who make this clinic what it is. First Susan the nurse has been a blessing, she is always so nice, compassionate, and helpfull by far one of the best nurses I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I feel that she is under appreciated and should be praised for her hard work and care to her patients. Second Leta, a newer counselor who has listened to my constant jabbering and never makes me feel judged and helps in any way she can to make me feel heard and assists in helping me stay on track. Next Daniel a very pleasent person and usually the first person you see for your treatment needs, he always tries to make you feel welcome and helps with whatever you need. And last the new pharmacist he had big shoes to fill when the last pharmacist left, and has been doing an amazing job since. I would say if your looking for an affordable treatment center with these people who I have mentioned caring for you. You should have a successfull transition into a sober life.

Dennis Robinson was the most unprofessional and disturbing instructor. My friend and I had to take the level one alcohol assessment class for an alcohol related charge, Dennis chose us to pick on the whole 8 hour class. Mind you, we are 20 year old college students, and he was asking us why we drank and started going on a rampage about how we’re progressing towards alcoholism due to drinking on the weekends. He then tried to turn the class into a therapy session when he asked about my friend’s dad who he knew he has no involvement in her life. Pushing her to talk about him when she was obviously uncomfortable. He then went on to basically tell me my parents were disappointed in me after repeatedly telling him and the WHOLE CLASS my parents weren’t disappointed in me as they play no role in my decisions. Surprised he even gave us our certificate as in the beginning of class he threatened to not give out certificates to people who weren’t an “explorer” or “tourist,” whatever the hell that means. We had multiple people from the class come us to us personally and ask us if we were okay due to Dennis incessantly ripping us to shreds. It’s scary to think this man is someone people go to when they’re in a low point in their lives. If you see the name Dennis Robinson and you need help or are struggling, run. He will not help you.

I am currently going through domestic violence and I needed a safe place to go. Lydia House has been nothing but amazing. All of their staff are so kind, loving, understanding, supportive and they treat you well. My intake process with Ni’Cole is a moment I will never forget, because she welcomed me with open arms, she was gentle with me, she understood my pain that I was going through, she reassured me that I was safe now and even asked if I had ate. They were handing out Easter bags and she went and got me one so I didn’t feel excluded. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank Lydia House for hiring such a wonderful caring person like Ni’Cole who handle everything with grace even when she is busy. She reminds of a case manager I worked with when I was in Foster Care. Ni’Cole I pray that God will lead you to the path that you deserve which is to become a Case Manager. You treat everyone the same and I love when you say, “Welcome to the Lydia House.” Thank you for everything that you have done for me so far and for never showing any signs of stress even when you are busy. You are appreciated and loved. :) Lindsey the lady that did my housing was so professional, caring, thorough and she helped me with the process. Kody the other staff is so fun, a people person and she handle business. Thank you Kody for the laughs. :) Miss Jessie, you are so funny and positive. I look forward to you coming to work because you’re such a wonderful person to be around. Thank you for always smiling and making everyone laugh. I appreciate you so much. :) Miss Jackie, thank you for always being you and for treating all of us like your own family. I appreciate you so much and don’t ever stop being you.:) Miss Chantel thank you for just being you, professional, loving, caring and just getting the job done. I appreciate you so much and I look forward to you coming to work.:) Miss Rochelle you are the fashionista of the Lydia House. You’re so professional, caring and vibrant and I just love how sweet you are. Thank you so much for always trying to put a smile on our faces by completing us. I appreciate you so much. :) Miss Shelly thank you for hiring such amazing staffs that get the job done when you are not there. I appreciate you for being thorough and treating everyone the same.:) And if I please forgot anyone, please forgive me as I am just getting to know everyone. Thank you again Lydia House for a safe place to go, a place I can call home for now and for helping me somewhat deal with the trauma that I have endured from domestics violence. I am still struggling daily with my anxiety/depression but you guys always make me feel great and you listen when I need someone to talk to. May God continue to bless the Lydia House for all that they do. Thank you to the volunteers that come through on a daily as well.
