I stayed here for four months: 6 weeks in residential, 5 weeks in PHP, and 6 weeks in IOP. I do not regret a single moment of it.All of the staff here are incredibly supportive and kind, even in the worst of moments. I certainly lost my cool more than a few times, but the staff was always there to pick me back up. They never once abandoned me or made me feel anything less than their number one priority.Danielle was one of the most supportive staff here, picking me up during my many panic attacks. She was always there for me and put me first even when she was overworked, exhausted, or extra busy. Alongside her was a wonderful team of equally-capable staff including Ava, Lisa, Kyleigh, Jimmy, Bob, Victoria, Emily, and Corinne. The tender care and support of all these people are a primary reason why I can call myself both sober and mentally stable once again. I couldn t have graduated without such an amazing team. Chelsea, Jen, and Jenn were also wonderful supports, being in no small part responsible for building me up into the incredibly confident person that I graduated as.It is no exaggeration to say that this place saved my life. Even with the few blemishes and areas it could improve, this place should be the standard for mental health treatment nationwide. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I was referred to NFA for their IOP program after completing a PHP with Banyan Philadelphia. I highly recommend for anyone who needs help with their mental health. Living in the sober house in Concord and attending daily groups helped me get back to being human. I enjoyed the staff and group programs. My therapist was excellent and I felt heard and well cared for. The Psych provider might the best provider I ve seen thus far in all my treatment. After 54 days with NFA I am more confident, stable, and for the first time in a long time- hopeful.

I can t say enough good things about RBH!! I showed up in October 2016 spiritual bankrupt Not happy to be there. Slowly but surely the staff and camaraderie between the residence help show me a a whole new way of life. Helped show me a new way of thinking an a whole new way of looking at the world. Gave me a solid foundation in the sober community in the lakes region which is where I still live today. I still feel very much part of the RBH community. I still have a lot solid friendships thanks to RBH and I love seeing the guys around town and at meetings. Lotta good memories!! Riverbank house definitely helped push my life in a positive direction and I ll ever be grateful.

The experience I had at the Riverbank House changed my life forever in so many ways. I arrived at RBH in February 2016 and begrudgingly agreed to stay for 28 days, I ended up living there for almost 4 years because I just didn t want to leave. The bonds and friendships I formed there still continue to this day. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity at a new life, and how to truly enjoy that life, that was provided to me by the Riverbank. My time at RBH was filled with compassion and laughter and memories I will always cherish. I ve made a lot of mistakes in my life, but going to the Riverbank was certainly not one of them. I am grateful for every single me ever of the Riverbank brotherhood that I got to know during my time there, even that guy with the red beard.

I cannot say enough good about Aware Recovery Care going back to February 2023. My first involvement was with their In-Home Detox team consisting of RN Jenn Aguire and nurses Tabitha and Krystal who came to my home for at least seven straight days to get me detoxed. This was critical to me as at the time I was unwilling to enter in residence detox having had a negative experience in the past. I credit them with saving my life. Their kind and compassionate care showed me that there was indeed some hope for me going forward. Following detox Aware counselors Sam Hayes and Amber Gelinas continued home visits working very closely with me in keeping me on the road to sobriety. I also received monthly assessments by an RN and a session with a Psychiatrist. After six months my insurance lapsed but thankfully I was eligible to enter their Alumni Program consisting of multiple Zoom meetings during the week with Aware professionals. In addition they also host various events in different locations with other Alumni of the program. You always feel that Aware is right there with you every step of the way. I could carry on much longer but let me finish by saying that I consider the Aware professionals I have dealt with to be more than just counselors but as friends as well. I am welcome back in the lives of my children and most importantly my Grandchildren. On November 24 I will be collecting my Nine Month sobriety chip at my AA Home Group. I credit a great deal of my success on Aware Recovery.

I just left here and I cannot say Enough positive things about all the staff members there! I was only there for detox however, there is a lot of loving and understanding staff there that really care about the clients I cannot say enough About Divine especially as she did my intake and was top tier vibes, And every Single tech there in addition to her. I was there which I think is a fantastic idea. I would list more names however I don t remember everybody s name. The nurses are fantastic as well. They really stay on top of the detox clients and the residential as well. The clients that come in are fantastic. I had a really good group at the house. I was grateful that they allowed vapes And the amount of breaks that you get. The groups are fun and informative. They helped me detox as comfortably as possible from something I didn t realize was in what I was taking. I m so glad I went to this place. They saved my life.
