My experiences at Seacoast mental health from the start has been excellent, my transition process was very easy going and all my needs were met. I have been going here for a few months and I highly recommend this place, for people who are asking to receive these services and of course pass their intake and have the right insurances I believe they can help in one s constant recovery process. I am giving Seacoast Mental Health five stars because I trust them. with my Mental Health issues, concerns and needs. Been going here for sometime and I have been well cared for within my personal treatment plan. I highly recommend both Seacoast mental health locations go to their website and find out how they can help you. Update, consistently they are very helpful reliable people I am very grateful and impressed with their services they have made my transition from N.Y. a very happy and smooth one.

Several years ago. I made an appointment with seacoast mental health. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Betty. I was in a very bad way in a very bad spot in my life. I have had many problems with doctors that just didn't care and was ready to give up I pushed his poor ladies buttons as hard as I could. And I was good at it. And from that point on I will say this lady has saved my life. It has been several years and I owe my life to this one lady at seacoast mental health. I will say in a few short years my whole life has changed. As he perfected the proper medication for me I have become such a better person in life more people like me I deal with everyday problems so much better. And my life has changed 100%. She also got me a case manager. His name is Patrick. And I will say Patrick has the neck to help me deal with the other problems that appear in my everyday home life. He teaches me how to deal with problems with DHS social security problems that arise at work. And keep a proper running household. I will say without these two people I would not be able to make it in normal everyday life I thank them every day I talked to them and I appreciate everything they do for me. My advice to everybody is give seacito's mental health they really do care about their patients and try very hard to make themand try

I m under the care of Ellen McFarland, and after seeing an array of people since 2003, I can say that she is the best therapist I ve ever seen. She is so realistic, talks to me instead of down, and uses my language, instead of quotes from a book. I can change the office environment at anytime. I ve sat on the floor for an entire session and she ll sit low as to not break eye contact. She s absolutely wonderful, with a great sense of humor

Groups is AWESOME, I've been coming here for about 2 years I think. They are MORE than just a place to get your medicine and run, they are understanding and you can ALWAYS ALWAYS be honest with them. They will help you and be there for you to the best of their ability as long as you show up and participate. If you really want this, if you show that you care about your recovery, they show they care maybe more than you do!. The Group setting is a little nerve racking at first, but everyone is open and wants to listen and help, you just have to let people into your heart, its the only way

Groups in Rochester office is an amazing place to go for your recovery . I've been through 4 other programs that never worked for me or my husband. We both go to groups for over 6 mouths now and we have been clean everyday of it. The people that work there are amazing, loving, careing people. The doctor there listen to you and help you with what ever is good for your recovery not what they think or want. They don't push you you have to want it. There group ever week that we have is asome and better then any IOP or meeting I have ever went to. If you want to have a grate fun recovery you should 1000% come to groups. We love it here and the people that work hereYou feel welcome from the start. Thank Rochester groups for everything, you have done for me and my husband helping us with our new life in recovery. If it wasn't for groups God knows where we would be today . Thanks again,Sincerely,Mary-Jo & Tim Hefferon

Tough review. Ill keep it short. Providers here aren't bad at all but practice seemed to cut back over time on each session in the 4.5 years I was a patient working most of time as a truck driver to this date still. I actually did get well for a most of time but at end lost it on everyone quitting practice and burning bridges with them. It's goes both ways as far my how I was and my thoughts with experience there. 4 to 5 stars first 3 years and 3 at end of tenure as a patient. I blame myself for some of it and should have kept a journal on my progression.
