My experience at Baystate was really good they really break down what the disease of alcoholism and addiction is and how people can over come and have sobriety by breaking down the steps and character defects we have.. the staff is a good group of people who also over came the disease so they understand we’re we are coming from judgment free zone and the clients are good people too seeking help like I did I recommend this place to anyone struggling with alcoholism or addiction they also have a sober house for men which I did also

Figured I would leave a review, since I have contrasting experiences than a few of the others.
Myself, and 2 of my kids have been coming here since I got custody. Where some had said my kids might need meds, this place opted to try and help. While we have all had to change clinicians, I have to say we have all had nothing but excellent experiences with everyone involved. When there was an issue, they handled it immediately and really worked with us to ensure that we were OK.
Yes some of the clinicians are right out of college, but sometimes that is a good thing. For my daughter, that was perfect because she could identify. She was with an older, long term clinician and she didnt really click with her, and she didnt like going, we talked with the therapist and the front desk and everyone understood and helped her switch.
I am very thankful for this place. Not sure what our family would look like without it.

sadly, I had to go here last Tuesday night because I had caught stomach virus and I couldn't stop throwing up and I went to Anna Jack's ER and it was a wait to get in to see the doctor but once I got in the staff, my nurse who was watching over me her name was Tara. She was a friggin angel. She brought me ice to wet my mouth because it was so dry from heaving all night long so this place is very busy because the only hospital in the area but the staff once you get in are absolute awesome. I loved my ER doctor too. He was a sweet guy very good guy and I will definitely go back if I ever need help again. Thank you to my nurse and to the doctor that treated me that night

I visited Anna Jaques Hospital's MRI/Radiology department early this morning. I came in contact with at least 9 people throughout my visit, from entering and getting information at the front desk (I was personally escorted to where I needed to be), to registering in MRI/Radiology, and then on to my X-ray and MRI, I met with the most helpful, friendly, professional and competent staff that I have encountered in a very long time. I was apprehensive about what I was having done, but I was well-informed and well-taken care of, and I was made to feel very comfortable. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!
