Just came home after four weeks at Serenity Treatment Center and it was a wonderful experience. I came home more with a better understanding of my condition and given great coping skills to deal with my anxiety and depression. I want to thank with all my heart two people in particular My clinitions Jack who gave me great one one one therapy with a kind and gentle heart and Rob...both true gemsne. Rob ran many of the group sessions always giving a lot of information and encouraged us to recognize our needs and work on coping skills that for me we're so important. Rob had a way of running groups and not making the groups boring with different approaches such as occasional an chuckle combined with many serious conversations. Anyone lucky enough to enter into the Serenity program is truly lucky. I would be wrong not to acknowledge the techs, nursing, cooking and cleaning staff all wonderful people.

I had an extremely great experience. My mental health, and my substance abuse were addressed and worked on every single day. With medication and daily therapy sessions, and a greatly structured environment I felt very confident in moving into a sober living phase--which is a part of the recovery process. RCA is a great program! The catch is you have to want it for yourself! It works if you work it! You have to put in the effort and advocate for yourself you are with 29 other women who all have needs as well So I recommend finding out who your clinical team is day one and get in their chairs and make yourself known and make it known how bad you want the help! Things take time and in any program there is a high turnover especially when all patient s are there voluntarily but keep in mind miracles don t happen over night and things do take time so I would recommend doing there thirty day program followed by there PHP/IOP program so you are still acquainted with your clinical team and can build lasting relationships in recovery.

I was destined to enter the doors at The Granite House and when I arrived my spirit was at its lowest due to my habitual drug and Alcohol relapses. I can wholeheartedly say with conviction that the spirit Of God works through the Amazing human beings who work in this organization. In the beginning I called them staff but before I knew it they were my family. When brother Justin shared his testimony on more than one occasion I felt and heard the Holy spirit speak through him, he has truly inspired me and many others to " Never give up because there is a way". Green Mountain Treatment Center saved my life. I was sick and scared when I arrived, but the transformation that occurred for me during the 80 days I spent on the mountain was nothing short of a miracle.I quickly recognized that hard work on my part needed to be done, or I'd be miserable and missing out on the gifts of the program. I see so much hate being projected on the reviews here. This place honestly saved my life, This place and people are the Reason why I am off of dope. There are a few things that could change though,One of the crappiest Things Are, When you Finally Make it to the clinic,Sometimes on Saturday there is a Enormous line out the door all the way around the building. Other than that it's an amazing safe place.Well I forgot one thing. This is my 3rd counselor which I hope they don't keep leaving.

If you are ready to accept help & want to make a positive change in your life you should definitely call them. I go to the Peabody clinic & it has been a great experience. Honestly I had no expectations I think except maybe I was just another number walking through the door & that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone, I mean Everyone has been amazing. They care, I honestly believe that. They want to see you succeed in your recovery. When you walk in they remember you name, they are all very pleasant, which helps me so much going to a place that have a great staff. The security staff always smile & remember peoples names (incredible), the front desk are great, they are welcoming & funny, the nurses are always very pleasant & interact with you. I have the best counselor. She is amazing & so easy to talk to. She has been a rock for me in my recovery, I can t say enough about her. I have interacted a bit with the head counselor too & she has gone out of her way to help me when she was slammed with work & it s when I was new to the clinic. I really appreciated that. I just want to mention the director. She has been wonderful wherever I have interacted when her. She has been pleasant, calls me by my name which is impressive to me anyway because I don t see her much, but she remembers my name just the same. That says a lot to me about the type of person that leads the clinic. As you can tell I am a big fan of the place. They have helped me tremendously in getting over this mountain that I have been struggling with for a decade or so. When I see some of these negative reviews I don t think it s how 99.99% of the people going there feel. Most people only write reviews to complain. This clinic has i believe over 600 patients. Honestly if you are having a bad situation where you are not happy it s most likely because you messed up and are paying the consequences for your own actions. We are in this clinic to begin with because of bad decisions, bad roads we chose to take. The rules won t change from the day you decide to join to your last day after you complete the program. If you take care of your end of the deal they will live up to their end. Even if you relapse they will be there to pick you back up, encourage you and stick by you as long as it takes. I give a ton of credit & really appreciate the work that these people do. If you want help, call .. they will help you like they have everyone else.

I was in recently and I wanted to say Frank the ER doctor along with the nursing staff I saw were THE most caring, nice, generally concerned staff I ve ever met with at an ER. I could not believe how nice they were and the overall attitude they all had. I ve been in a few times for my kids as well and always receive better treatment than the hospital actually closer to us so have started going here instead. I ve left feeling more confident than other locations knowing they spent the time to make sure my kids and I are good to go home and not brush us off.

Went to ER, these nurses were all at the end of their 12+ hr shifts. I received the best care from everyone involved. I did get admitted and was treated excellent on the floor too.In this crazy world we're ALL living in we need to learn to have patience and respect those that are in the health field. PLEASE SAVE THIS HOSPITAL FROM BEING CLOSED. This is the only hospital where you can be seen and released within a reasonable time frame. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ok. So far starting with this place it s been a little bit of a nightmare due to all the appointment dates and that their answering service is messed up. Never correct.I ve met with my Case Worker Sabrina. Really connected with her and know she is good peoples and knows what she s doing.Very happy about that. Then today I met with my med doctor David. Very intelligent man. Was funny and told him about all the bad advertisement they have. I told him if he makes me see someone else we r done. He s like that won t happen unless you change it. So I had a good experience when I went today. Sorry for everyone else so far. I saw all the reviews. Looks like the system isn t established correctly yet.

Danvers CAB saved my life. Sure it might not be the most comfortable sleeping arrangements, and food might suck. But it was exactly what I needed to experience to get and stay clean. I went there about 5 years ago so not sure if much has changed but when I went for like the 6th or 7th time I appreciated the place cuz I was sick n tired of being sick n tired! Tired of chasing heroin and tired of being sick. I can't say anything about the methadone clinic cuz I didn't go for that. There is no quick or painless way to get clean so it's going to be a miserable time but so worth it. I loved the staff, liked the food. There was a woman cook/chef idk but she was dynamite! Especially with what they have to work with. Speaking of, the staff has us to work with. Miserable,suicidal,mental cases! Not the most pleasant people at times. My experiences at Seacoast mental health from the start has been excellent, my transition process was very easy going and all my needs were met. I have been going here for a few months and I highly recommend this place, for people who are asking to receive these services and of course pass their intake and have the right insurances I believe they can help in one s constant recovery process. I am giving Seacoast Mental Health five stars because I trust them. with my Mental Health issues, concerns and needs. Been going here for sometime and I have been well cared for within my personal treatment plan. Just had to say the program director actually spoke to me for almost an hour. I was a complete mess from crying over worry for my daughter who is not even at Pegasus House. Currently she is incarcerated and we are looking for a program. I googled residential and due to the holiday, I really didn t think I would reach anyone. Staff who answered transferred me to the Director who was actually there. Before I could say hello back, she told me to take a breath. She didn t know who I was. My daughter will be calling in the morning to complete a phone interview. Never will I forget the patience and kindness that was shown to a frantic mom

Several years ago. I made an appointment with seacoast mental health. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Betty. I was in a very bad way in a very bad spot in my life. I have had many problems with doctors that just didn't care and was ready to give up I pushed his poor ladies buttons as hard as I could. And I was good at it. And from that point on I will say this lady has saved my life. It has been several years and I owe my life to this one lady at seacoast mental health. I will say in a few short years my whole life has changed. As he perfected the proper medication for me I have become such a better person in life more people like me I deal with everyday problems so much better. And my life has changed 100%. She also got me a case manager. His name is Patrick. And I will say Patrick has the neck to help me deal with the other problems that appear in my everyday home life. He teaches me how to deal with problems with DHS social security problems that arise at work. And keep a proper running household. I will say without these two people I would not be able to make it in normal everyday life I thank them every day I talked to them and I appreciate everything they do for me. I m under the care of Ellen McFarland, and after seeing an array of people since 2003, I can say that she is the best therapist I ve ever seen. She is so realistic, talks to me instead of down, and uses my language, instead of quotes from a book. I can change the office environment at anytime. I ve sat on the floor for an entire session and she ll sit low as to not break eye contact. She s absolutely wonderful, with a great sense of humor

I see so much hate being projected on the reviews here. This place honestly saved my life, This place and people are the Reason why I am off of dope.
