This place is the real deal. I've been ordering their eggplant parm for years and it's the best. Incredibly fresh mozzarella, lightly breaded thin sliced eggplant and sauce so good that I end up drinking the rest out of the container. Eggplant Parm is Tues and Friday and it sells out early. Today I tried their chicken Parm and it is probably the best chicken Parm sandwich I've had ever in Jersey. The mozzarella is so fresh and the breading on the chicken is light and perfect. The place is cash only and very very reasonably priced for the amazing quality of food they offer here.
This place is a gem. Not many old school Italian salumerias left anymore. Wish this place could stay open forever.

I was in this place as a kid I was 10 and 1/2 to 11 and it was okay they took us to the movies we played basketball watch TV in the morning they gave us three meals a day there was some arguing and fighting going on also and I was also picked out when I first got there but that happens to everybody it's like a hazing thing in the day you go home they mess with you also when you're going home they mess with you I got hit with a dresser drawer in my sleep right in my head I woke up and nobody would admit to it so I ran and everybody's room and started fighting everybody but besides the fighting it's actually pretty good and fun I also forgot to mention this was 27 years ago so he could have changed by now

I had prior years of therapy and various doctors and found that at specialized therapy that my experience with the therapist, doctor and the functional nutritionist was extraordinary. I learned how to sleep well and eat well and eventually got off of medication. I feel my best now. The professionals are excellent here. The hours convenient and accommodated my schedule. I can't say enough great things about this practice because so much more was offered than just traditional therapy. This is the first time I actually feel like I am really well. I am excited about life again. Thank-you for all you have done for me.

Choicepoint has been a really wonderful option for me after waiting to seek treatment for a long time. Since being in the program for 2 1/2 months, I can already see a lot of changes in myself that I didn't anticipate happening so quickly. The team is very knowledgeable and good at explaining medical terminology around addiction into easily understandable language that was easy for me to digest. The group sessions were particularly helpful as they provided an opportunity to share time with others who are going through the same experience, which is not something I have in my "real" life. I had Darien and Sam for group, and both are very kind and good at creating a safe and friendly atmosphere where people that start as strangers feel comfortable sharing private things about themselves. Darien took time out of his day to help advise me once on natural remedies for anxiety, and Sam has a great candor and humor which makes group a pleasant experience - something I never would have expected going into the program. Joanna, the nurse at Choicepoint, is very kind and takes time to explain to you different options for MAT without pushing you in one direction - she explains everything so well that you feel very confident in whichever option you choose. Gina, who I had as a counselor, also helped me process how I make decisions and the behavior behind my actions, which has helped me to understand myself better. It's been a great thing for me and I really recommend it to anyone.

East Coast Recovery is amazing! It’s amazing because the people that work there are incredible and they care very much about seeing clients succeed. I initially planned on being at East Coast on a week to week basis, not knowing how it was going to be before I got there. I still stay in contact with the people and friends I've made there over a year later. Some of which work for ECR now! Me and my fiancée both stayed sober after leaving ecr and got engaged. My experience at New Chapter has been nothing short of great so far. All staff members are bright and eager to help in any way they can. This program’s flexibility and ability to allow me to maintain employment while still attending the program is quite unique in this field. Ann has been a tremendous resource throughout this process and New Chapter really gives individuals the opportunity to focus on sobriety and develop tools to start recovery.
