I highly recommend Mountain Side for recovery coaching. My family worked with Travis to help support one of my children with addiction by coaching, educating and being a sounding board for the entire family. He is exceptional at what he does and has been tremendously helpful through this difficult period of time.

I hired Travis Alfonso to work with my son as a recovery coach. Travis was down to earth, easy to talk to and caring. Both my son and I found him easy to relate to--thanks Travis.

Serenity at Summit provided my son with exceptional care from the moment we made the first call. I was relieved that my insurance was accepted, but even more relieved when my son was assigned to his counselor, Sean. From the very beginning, I felt confident that my son was in the right place and working with the right person. Sean kept me informed of every major development, whether positive or challenging. He communicated clearly, consistently, and with genuine concern for my son’s well being. When my son wanted to give up, which happened more than once, it was Sean’s dedication, patience, and steady guidance that kept him grounded. He supported my son through some very difficult moments and helped him stay committed to the program when he felt like walking away. What impressed me most was that Sean never pushed my son to make decisions for anyone else not for me, not for him, not for the program. Instead, he helped my son understand that recovery only works when you choose it for yourself. That shift in mindset was transformative, and it happened because Sean knew how to reach him, speak to him, and guide him without judgment. It is rare to find someone with this level of compassion and dedication for people they do not know personally. Sean’s own experience and journey make him a powerful example of what is possible. You cannot teach that kind of empathy. It comes from lived experience, resilience, and a genuine desire to help others out of the same darkness he fought his way through. In my opinion, Sean is nothing short of a blessing for individuals and families facing the challenges of addiction. My son stayed, listened, and moved forward because of the support he received, and for that I am deeply grateful. Serenity at Summit is fortunate to have him, and so were we.

Amazing! I’ve suffered with depression for years and unfortunately nothing helped me until I came here! Dr. A is wonderful and truly knows what he is doing. He also really cares. The staff is amazing too. I haven’t felt this good in years and I am just so thankful. I give all the glory to GOD first and if it weren’t for him and everybody at this program, I know I’d still be suffering. Thank you so much for giving me my life back. They already made arrangements for Dad's transport to and from dialysis tomorrow, then they took his dinner order and brought him his dinner early. I'm so impressed!

The staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer assistance if you are unfamiliar with the check in procedure.

~~ATTENTION~~ While yes the facility has tablets with Netflix, Spotify, and SOME with Soundcloud I want to make this very known... -BLUETOOTH HEAD PHONES DO NOT WORK ON THE TABLETS-- --NO BS-- It will show up in the pairing Bluetooth device list but when you try to ACTUALLY pair the device it will "attempt" to, only for it to say "cannot pair device" or "unable to pair device" but if your headphones came with an AUX cord to plug into and audio jack, I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TAKE THAT B/ WITH YOU, also to those of you who have Air pods of any type I know you love 'em and you want to use them and etc, but I'm telling you now, just go get a cheap-o pair of wired earbuds get 2 if you have too because chances are they might out if you ask for a pair. If they tell you over the phone that Bluetooth headphones work, I'm here to tell you NO THEY DON'T! AND Before I forget FIX YOUR SOUNDCLOUD !!! It should not sit on the logo for forever and a day and NOT DO ANYTHING, IT DOESN'T EVEN LOAD!! My husband Bernard had a procedure done here. The nurses were very helpful and pleasant. The nurses and associates treated us very nicely.

I have been going to Holy name hospital for my Neurologist and Dr Kriebech is the very best always treats me very nice and so very kind ! The staff are very nice here just thankyou all so very much!They are all good at this Hospital I had a stroke 6 years ago and due to the love and treatments that I received here I am not fully recovered but recovered enough to walk and talk again thankyou to the Staff you have here thankyou so very much !!

This hospital's greatest strength is its comforting, chapel-like atmosphere. Beyond the medical team, the genuine consideration shown by the staff truly stands out. This high level of service made me feel more like a guest at a luxury hotel than a patient. The most memorable moment of kindness came from an employee taking out the trash, who greeted me with an incredibly warm and gentle smile. However, I was disappointed to see people smoking in the outdoor areas, such as while waiting for valet or walking to the parking lot, with no one intervening.

My son droped me here after years of strugglin... Now look at me. One year clean. God bless them folks at the recovery cnt. They care like family.

SHOUT OUT to the staff here..I have been to many many rehabs, and there is something different about these people, and this place..they are in my opinion, Earth Angels. No judgement, they really just want to help and are good humans! Also, the way they go about treatment, I felt really cared about , from the 1st day. I need a higher level of treatment but I will be going to Outpatient there after.. I can't recommend this place enough. They have no hard chairs that your ass goes numb from sitting in for hours, they have leather, lazy boy chairs, in the entire place, they have a quite room where you can rest if you are detoxing or dont feel good, they feed you great food, they have snacks and sodas and I was literally told "think of this place as your home away from home" and from the clinical staff, the nursing staff, the Dr., they're all special people. xoxoxoxo

RecoveryCNT is a place of hope. The staff is incredibly compassionate and professional, and they truly understand what people struggling with addiction need. I’ve seen so many lives change for the better here.
