Oxford House Westville used to sit on Cedar Avenue in Westville, New Jersey and for a long time it offered something very different from traditional rehab. Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal. However, the majority of my communications were with Megan, Emily and David. I must give them special recognition for my sincerest appreciation. Thank you Provive Wellness for caring for my son above and beyond my expectations. Tina & Thomas

I’ve been with Provive for about a month or so now. I was having urges to drink myself into a blackout state. Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. Megan had reached out to check on me and she was able to help me through without relapsing…. Thank you, Megan for all your help!!

I signed up for outpatient treatment and the staff was very friendly very helpful and my therapistMr. Derek) a good dude, very understanding never looked down on me because of my alcohol and powdered cocaine addiction. Unfortunately, my addictions got the best of me and I relapsed and didn't return.I was so ashamed of myself I didn't want to show my face and went back to boozing and now thankfully I'm finally getting help that I need. I was admitted to Jefferson Hospital suffering from severe alcohol withdrawal syndrome, borderline experiencing auditory hallucinations. I was also suffering from gait abnormality and balance and coordination issues so they transferred me to Wyndmoor Hills for Physical therapy and once I'm discharged well before I'm discharged, I'll pick a rehab facility for inpatient treatment.Wish me luck.

Angela Baxter is the single greatest asset this facility has on hand. She is the most personable, down to Earth, and overall amazing therapist I've ever had the pleasure of working with, and I've been in and out of therapy like people are in and out of their local Wawa (s). She has a unique ability to put her clients at ease with humor. She utilizes laughter and good vibes to ensure that everyone she works with feels safe and at home. Her talents know no bounds. Have you ever seen her type? Roadrunner, take note 📝 I cannot say enough good about this saintly woman. Before I worked with her, I was lost. After I worked with Angela Baxter, I was found. I went to the emergency room the other day and I must say it was the best experience. Everyone from the security guards at the entrance to the front desk to the nurses and techs and doctors were so incredibly nice. I suffer from anxiety and I never been the the hospital for anything too serious like this past time and when the doctor saw me crying he talked to me about every little thing and talked me down from an almost panic attack. Everyone was so gentle and kind and explained everything thoroughly. It was a great experience when I wasn't feeling all that great.

I had the best experience at Eagleville in regards to the therapist, Miss Bonnie & Miss Elonda. Miss Bonnie was my therapist and she truly goes above & beyond not only for her clients but for any client that needs an ear to listen or advice on a situation. Her door was always open and still is even though I am no longer there. I just celebrated a year clean and Miss Bonnie plays a huge part in that. She helped me to grow in ways I never thought I could but because of how genuine she is I felt comfortable to open up and I respect her in so many ways and because of that I was able to open up and deal with things I didn't think I could. I had to end a really toxic relationship and Miss Bonnie sat with me just because she knew I needed the support. She will always hold a special place in my heart. On another note..... our case manager on the woman's side, Lordess unfortunately did not contribute these same caring characteristics. On many occasions Miss Bonnie would assist with situations that were for Lordess but we went to Miss Bonnie because we knew she would get it done because she cares about the well being of her clients. If I wouldn't have taken the initiative to find a recovery house I would've been discharged to the street. Also I filled out 2 applications. 1 for my social security card and 1 for my Birth Certificate and 3 months later I still do not have them. I believe that Eagleville, Cedar building needs a case manager that is going to care and participate in the clients well being as much as Miss Bonnie and Miss Elonda.

I was a client back in 1999 and have been clean ever since. My experience @ the BeWell center was a positive one. The BeWell center was a place where I felt heard and my feelings were validated. However, I had take that first step and completely surrender. At the BeWell center I lost the ability to continue to lie to myself. After working in this field for the last 22 years at another program, I was fortunate and blessed to come back "home" and work @ the BeWell Center at Girard.

The counselors at TRIAD are essential to my recovery. At TRIAD, I learned the principles of acceptance and gratitude to improve aspects of my life. Examination of some life events allowed me to reconcile and move forward from these unresolved experiences. I include TRIAD counseling, a 12 step program and meditative exercise as three planks of my sober living.

The staff and counselors at TRIAD performed amazingly. Administratively, from phone calls to scheduling to making occasional changes, everyone was friendly, understanding, and supportive. Clinically, the counselor was able to help me and my sons see things in a new and supportive light. He helped us to learn ways to correctly support our loved one in recovery, and to support ourselves in how we feel about the situation and the consequences it has caused. Most importantly to me, he understood the mindset of my teenage sons and was able to get them to open up, in one-on-one sessions, and in group sessions. I was amazed, happy, and relieved. Despite all the pain this disease has caused our family, TRIAD was a soothing comfort and a ray of light.

I liked it about as much as one CAN like a drug/alcohol rehabilitation.. Ken, a councillor there, made it completely bearable; as he is kind, soft-spoken, and understanding. So much so, that in fact, I continue to go there for counseling even AFTER my court-order was completed... I need to make it clear though, that I never attended "rehab" (for drug use/detox) there; I have already been involved in the NA program, and as I stated before, I was only there to resolve and "satisfy" the conditions of my probation... Dr. Garg, is also understanding, and willing to prescribe medication to addicts, so long as they don't "spook" him... Regardless of that situation though; Dr. Nick S Garg is an awesome psychiatrist, who takes the time to really get to know the patient; or at least, that's what it is like for me there. :)

Got chemicals in my eyes accidentally. They got me in quickly enough, two of the people were the nicest you could imagine, and when you're having water pumped behind your eyeballs, it's pretty unpleasant. The woman running the machine stayed with me the whole time and offered me all kinds of blankets and pillows and then essentially held me in place to help me through the pain. Only reason it's not five stars is because the woman handling my case Said that I would need another dose of pain medication. And she was not kidding, I was crying like a baby. Said she would be back soon with my prescriptions and another shot of pain medicine. Sat there for almost another hour and a half waiting for her. Eventually I feel that she may have overheard me, or saw my body language, keep in mind I can't see at this point, And she passed off my prescriptions to someone else to give me. But she also decided that she no longer wanted me to have that painkiller . I'm No drug seeker, but I also know that Tylenol is not put here for chemical burns on your eyeballs 😁 I genuinely think she walked up as I was complaining to my wife about her taking so long while I was literally in excruciating pain, and possibly was offended enough to take away the Demerol injection from my chart. So I just got to leave in extreme pain, with a Tylenol prescription.... I eventually passed out from The pain when I arrived home. Sight was good when I first woke up, but it's deteriorating as I try to type this

I was a patient at RFS over a year. Coreen was a great therapist for my conditions and struggles. I felt that I was in a place where I can be very comfortable in expressing myself without being judged. She helped me realize parts of myself that I realized were connected with my problems and past. For that, I am truly thankful for her help. I will suggest it would be more helpful in sessions to have more pragmatic questions and advice on how patients are going through areas of improvement and what would be the next steps moving forward. This would be a way for patients to stay focused on concrete goals to get better
