Rolling Hills evening IOP Program is wonderful. Groups from Elena and Dorene were so engaging. I was very fortunate to find this addiction treatment center in Morris County. I was on Eagle lodge for a year and a half and As every adolescent I hated it until I realized it helped me a lot. They have multiple programs including YAB (Youth Advisory Board) which I was apart of almost my entire stay, it teaches you so much about advocation, healthy communication, while also giving the youth a sense of being heard. They have spirit week where it teaches you healthy competition. And yes the youth may not talk to the therapist or supervisor as much as they want but I can definitely say that the supervisors and therapist definitely put in way more than their job description. I would recommend from a Alumni perspective. Therapy is great and so is the staff, It’s mostly on if you want to receive the help.

I have been receiving medical treatment at Lyons and East Orange for over 12 years.. and have interacted with many medical professionals and staff.. in any large hospital setting, you will encounter dedicated people and sometimes, some that are just not smart enough to gargle.
I recently had shoulder surgery and I rate it 5 stars 110%. Drs, nurses, staff were outstanding and the scheduling was perfect.
God Bless all those who take care of us veterans at both hospitals.

I called up there about my dad and I was transferred to a Nursing supervisor by the name of Gwen Martin. Ms. Martin was so professional and she answered all my questions. She took it upon herself to go checkup on my dad. She reassured me that my dad would be taken care of and she even called me back to make sure that all my concerns were addressed.

Relevance Treatment Center was a necessary step in my recovery to secure sobriety and live a life worth living. Their PHP, IOP programs helped me to regain tools and skills to support my mental & physical health. I have been struggling very much and when I arrived, I was met with the upmost respect, care, support and kindness. It is a comfortable & safe environment for those struggling with mental health issues, substance addictions, etc. and it is all owed to the loving staff. In their own respective manners, the amazingly sweet receptionist LeaAnn made the environment feel warm and friendly from the very beginning, she always said good morning and how is your day, truly caring about how you felt and being honest, it was hard for her not to make your day better. The technician and maintenance team involving the hilarious and comforting Joe & Rob would always find a solution to any of our needs and make us priority #1, yet would always have some time to talk and joke around with us during our groups in between groups. They are tremendous and I thank them for making rough days better. Words cannot describe the level of care and effort put by the clinical team, but Chelsea, Gracie, Henry, Monika, Josh, Julie & Victoria (Both case managers who helped individual clients with housing, financial, income, etc.) were monumental in my recovery and ability to cope with my issues in life. I am grateful for the work they do and their passion behind every intent. I felt validated everyday and I cannot thank them enough. The medical team including Dr. Paul Gazzara, nurse practitioner Latifah Oparison & Nurse Patty were incredibly helpful and understanding in the medications that were necessary for me in my beginning stages of recovery. Everyone in the admissions team including John, Gina, Dan & Tabitha made the initial steps very easy to grasp and helped throughout the way. They helped majorly ease any financial burden. Clinical directors Jess & Melanie deal with a lot of work and not often did I see them, yet they always made time for anyone to come and talk about any issues or just to have a conversation with them. They are incredibly kind and amazing at their field of work, they care and I am very grateful. Would definitely recommend for those who have or are currently with mental health/substance abuse. In my experience of rehab centers, detox, sober living, this has been one of the greatest.

From day one, everyone in this facility made me feel welcomed, important, and not to mention , safe enough to open up, share my heartaches, without being judge or embarrassed.
I have learned so much about myself, and for the first time, in a very long time, not only am I “Worthy,” but I am “Important,” and I don’t need a supplement of any kind to achieve this.
When people say, “First impressions mean the most,” what I experienced on my first day. It made all the difference to my world.

I'm writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for Chris Vallecillo, a clinician who truly made a difference in my treatment at Relevance. I worked with Chris for a significant period, and his approach to therapy was incredibly effective for me.
Chris has a unique ability to connect with you on a personal level while maintaining a professional and insightful demeanor. He created a comfortable and trusting environment where I felt safe to openly discuss my challenges. His guidance was always practical and actionable, helping me develop coping mechanisms and strategies that genuinely improved my well-being. I particularly valued his ability to listen intently and offer perspectives that I hadn't considered, which was crucial for my progress.
I was genuinely disappointed to learn that Chris is no longer working at Relevance. His departure is a significant loss for the facility, as his expertise and compassionate approach are truly exceptional. Soba saved my life. Through the detox into residential, staff was attentive and showed they cared about us clients and even at the higher level Mike C. made sure we were all taken care of and even went out of his way to set up snack/movie nights and ordered take out once a week which was always good. Anyone looking for a rehabilitation center should check out Soba in New Brunswick. Ill be back to flaunt my sobriety for alumni nights!

Counselor Danielle is extremely competent and is the personification of integrity. Banyan's counselors are progressive, humane, and highly skilled. The psychiatric nurse ("Judy in the sky"), is exceptional. Kudos all the way around and "hats off" to BANYAN management for such superb personnel selections!
No one comes close to knowing all there is to know in the realms of the human heart, mind, and/or collective soul. However, it is easy for this (once) PHRP Certified Researcher to realize that our counselors' attempts to help us are being made with compassion and care. It’s also worth noting how much we appreciated all staff knocking and introducing themselves, the delicious food, the friendly staff who delivered the meals, the affordable guest trays, the pantry options, the individualized menu sheet for her therapeutic diet, the educational videos at discharge, the efficiency of the discharge lounge, and the friendliness of the transporter who took her to the car.
We have been to many hospitals and healthcare facilities dealing with both acute and chronic health issues and this was truly #1. Thanks so much!

The nurses at the labor and delivery department are incredible! We came across the most compassionate nurse, Debbie, who spent almost the entire night following my daughter’s birth looking after both myself and my baby. She spent hours helping the baby latch on to feed and checked on me every hour. The entire experience from the reception to labor and delivery and the days following my baby’s birth are marked with incredible memories of extremely professional people who seemed to really care and enjoy what they do! We are very grateful! Thank you~
The one negative thing about the room was that there was no space for my husband to lie down at night and get some rest.

Ive been to multiple rehabs and have never completed, always left AMA, pyramid was the first rehab i have ever been able to complete. I love it there. The staff is amazing. It is a facilty that allows you to smoke. Alaina is the Life Skills specialist - she always has the girls' back. Listens to you and tries (and pretty much always succeeds) to get things done for you. She took us to the park multiple times, movie night (she got us all popcorn and soda and even used her own hot spot and her bf's Amazon Prime account so we could watch the movie lol), took us to outside meetings, etc. Miss Louise has been there for years, she is like the house Mom... Paris and Dave are also awesome ...Christina and Sam (supervisors) are awesome...there are so many staff members who genuiniely care about you, I could go on and on. Hands down , best rehab I have ever been to. I hope I never need to go back but if I did I would not go anywhere else. It is worth the wait if you have to wait for a bed. The animals and scenery are beautiful.

Pyramid is a life saver..literally! They have always been there for me whenever I needed the help. I’m not too proud to say it, but it’s been more than once…4xs…and each time they welcomed me back with open arms. All the staff have been so supportive, respectful, and always lend an ear to listen whenever I was struggling, or just needed to vent. This place feels more like a home to me than my home has lately. Rehab can be depressing and hard, but they do all they can to try and make you feel comfortable, loved, and safe. I wanna shout out Alaina, the life skills specialist; John, the counselor (was my counselor 3 out of the 4xs); Ms. Louise, the BHT, Ashley H, BHT; Tina, front desk receptionist; Nadine, the clinical director; Mrs. Kelly, the director; Dylan, case manager; Toby, case manager; and Carl, the kitchen manager.

I’m at the Pyramid in Langhorne and being in one house with 14 woman in recovery isn’t the easiest at times but Alaina, the recovery specialist, has made our time so much better. Taking us to Tyler state park for a “hike” when we needed it most, made sure we got the fishing poles from the boys and time to fish the following week, she genuinely cared to listen when expressed our self and then put action behind it. By far the best place around. If your serious about your recovery, this is the place. It’s not just all about the medication, it’s about the staff as well. My counselor, Sharece T saved my life. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and treats people as an individual, not a group, because we’re all different. She really took the time to get to know me and get to the root of the problem and checks up regularly to see if everything’s going well. I’ve been to many places, doctors, meetings and rehabs. No one has ever understood me better, witch is very important in recovery so you can be treated accordingly. I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am excited to share that I graduated from their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in June 2025. After years of suffering from corporate burnout, I reached my tipping point and realized I needed help. I am beyond grateful that I found this facility and put in the work to get better. With the help of their staff, I learned how much pain I was allowing myself to endure in regard to my mental well-being. I now recognize how important it is to take care of your mental health. In most cases the state of your mind can manifest physically – resulting in difficulty sleeping, panic attacks, digestive issues, etc. We all experience stressors in life, but how we choose to deal with them may vary. Unless people are aware and accepting of the benefits of therapy, most individuals typically choose to address their burdens with unhealthy coping mechanisms such as emotional eating, self-harm, or substance abuse just to name a few.
I’d like to recognize and praise the clinicians on staff who helped create a safe and informative space for their patients. Their multifaceted approach to treatment helped educate and address our individual needs. During group therapy, I learned/practiced healthier coping skills with other patients to better prepare myself for stressful situations. In individual therapy, my dedicated clinician (Wilfred Montemayor, LSW) helped me uncover and address the traumas in my life that were contributing to my old and harmful ways of managing stress. Lastly, their onsite psychiatrist (Dr. Jeffrey Hall MD) was both knowledgeable and patient when it came to prescribing medications when and if necessary.
I never felt pressured to participate in activities or undergo medication, but I always felt informed and empowered to challenge myself to get better. If you are ever in doubt about seeking mental health treatment, please know that your feelings are valid, and you are not alone. No matter how monstrous your life problems can be, we can all relate to the feelings they instill in us. The professionals of this facility, and even the patients, are here to help you and you owe it to yourself to live your best life!

SHOUT OUT to the staff here..I have been to many many rehabs, and there is something different about these people, and this place..they are in my opinion, Earth Angels. No judgement, they really just want to help and are good humans! Also, the way they go about treatment, I felt really cared about , from the 1st day. I need a higher level of treatment but I will be going to Outpatient there after..
I can't recommend this place enough. They have no hard chairs that your ass goes numb from sitting in for hours, they have leather, lazy boy chairs, in the entire place, they have a quite room where you can rest if you are detoxing or dont feel good, they feed you great food, they have snacks and sodas and I was literally told "think of this place as your home away from home" and from the clinical staff, the nursing staff, the Dr., they're all special people. xoxoxoxo

I can honestly and sincerely say that the intensive outpatient program at High Focus legitimately changed my life.
The science-backed, evidence-based multi-faceted program has provided me with the tools & strategies I need in my day to day life to handle intense emotions as well as process trauma in healthy and adaptive ways through anger management, emotional regulation, DBT, CBT, grounding & mindfulness techniques.
Almost every day I find myself utilizing at least one of the techniques that I was taught at High Focus, whether that is Opposite Action, distress tolerance, STOP, boxed breathing, TIPP, HALT, cope ahead statements, etc. etc.
I have truly grown, changed, improved and bettered myself as a person. The anger, outbursts, explosions, toxicity and inability to properly regulate my emotions have been replaced by properly applying the core principles if what I learned in IOP.
Its not about never making mistakes. Its not about there never being steps backwards. Its about learning from the mistakes, not making the same ones and always talking the steps forward.
I am able to do that now thanks to everything I learned at High Focus and I want to sincerely thank all of the staff there for helping me to do that.

High Focus saved my life. When I first walked in, I was struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, guilt, shame, relationship issues, unhealthy coping strategies, trauma, battling with thoughts of giving up and abandonment – honestly, the list goes on. I felt completely lost and was stuck living in survival mode. There isn’t one negative thing I can say about this facility!! I was sure that I would get there and it would be dirty and sketchy and I’d hate it. But as soon as I walked in I could feel how much every single staff member ( aside from one) even down to housekeeping cared and came to work every day not just for a paycheck but to change lives! My detox was comfortable and if I had any issues they were looked into and handled immediately with respect and kindness. Shout out to Tom, Kevin, Liz, Heba, Alicia and so many others whose names are escaping me at the moment. If you’re thinking about getting help this is the place to be. On my last day I actually was emotional because it had felt like I was leaving family. Who says that about detox?!?! I never write reviews but this place deserved it without a doubt. You’ll leave feeling a huge weight lifted and feeling like you have community to fall back on if you ever need it. My life is so much better and I owe it to this facility.
