I have been going here for over a year now and it's a hit and miss situation the first therapist I had here was terrible and I could tell she didn't actually care about me. The first nurse practitioner I had here wasn't that good either. After that I would like to say that the second therapist I got was awesome he really helped me through some stuff, because of my work with him I have become a much less angry individual, I am sad to see him go, but people move all the time. I believe that the next therapist I have here will probably be good too. I would also like to say to people thinking about going here, take a chance, you may end up with someone you really like, and if you don't find someone else it is not much of a problem to switch therapists.

Ive been to alot of different rehabs over the years and most of the staff and counselors are rude and could care less about the addicts. But the Catskill Twin County facility is absolutely amazing! The staff and counselors are very courteous and truly do care about the addicts that are coming there for treatment. They are all very down to earth and are easy to talk to, and actually seem like they care and give a shit! When i was going to group there i use to actually look forward to going. I cant say enough good things about them! If i could i would give them a 6 star rating.

When I was done battling my addiction i checked in to there outpatient program. Brenda is amazing. I’m 5 years sober with the help of there services. They care and are always a phone call away. On July 11th 2025 my body felt like it was on fire, I came out to the kitchen and pulled out everything frozen and put it on my body that was swollen, my feet and legs swollen, my neck and head, my arms and fingers I thought it was the end, I got dressed I couldn't even put my feet into my sneakers that's how swollen they were and my husband took me to the er. Stripped me of my clothes, my body looked like the Pillsbury dough boy, my Bp was 189/59. That's not me. Dr on duty Dr Stanger ordered multiple blood work, cat scans, x rays, and ultrasounds at end of day I found out what I had: Lyme disease. Dr Stanger was kind and professional the nurses extra ordinary in kindness and compassion, overboard with medical help, my body wasnt as swollen anymore. His prescription was 200 MG or 2 100 MG doxcycline twice a day with food. Lyme disease destroys every cell in our bodies including our organs. This was last Friday I'm happy to say my feet and body are no longer swollen my neck is not sore my muscles not tight I'm able to walk whereas before I could not. Exceptional care at the ER.
My regular Dr a month ago told me to put my feet up. After a month of her advice I could have died. I wish Dr Stanger had an office cause I'd have him for my Dr he is the best.

This hospital has done a complete turn around as far as quality of health care that used to be subpar at times in the past. Now under the management of Albany medical center you can be more confident of the care you will receive here. Recently my father had to stay here for a week following a new cardiac diagnosis at the ER and at first we were skeptical of staying here because of past experiences but after our exponential the ER here we felt confident enough to stay here. While in the ER after diagnosis he was admitted pretty much instantly to a room and it was a private room and updated and the care he received was comforting . He doesn’t like staying at hospitals …who does but we were surprised and many things we expected to be typical of our past experiences but he was very satisfied with the attentiveness of the staff and even wise the food was good and hot. He was here a wrk and discharged with follow up appointments . With his new cardiac doctor. it’s nice to see that they have worked out the past kinks and turned this place around and you have a local hospital that you trust will give you decent care when the time arrives and not have to worry about going hours away to receive good healthcare.

This place is amazing. The staff is beyond incredible. They make you feel like family. They truly care for you. I stayed for 95 days. Best thing I ever did. Oh and you eat like a king lol some of the best food ever and the bakery is out of this world. In all seriousness this place is an amazing place to get help. I felt welcomed by all the other guests as well. Everyone is there for the same reason so its very easy to get along and you build a family forever . I've been out for over 6 months now and I still talk to at least 15 of the guys. Highly recommend. In fact I have already recommend it to a few people. And i met some people here in bennington vt where I go to AA that went to h.w back in the day. Can't wait to go back for a prime rib dinner soon..

Never Alone brought back the child that was lost in drugs and addiction. We can't say enough about the staff and the facility. They loved and cared for her so well provide her with all the things she needed in her recover and helped her find herself again and provided her with the knowledge she needed to start her recovery. The staff cares about their jobs, care for the kids their wellbeing and their success in recovery and it shows in their dedication and interaction with the kids. I am a proud alumni of Mountainside Recovery Center. I was there in 2023 and again in 2024. I had to return to treatment because “I” didn’t work the program. I failed to do the basic things they had taught me.
While at Mountainside I met so many kind, helpful and supportive staff. My clinicians, Kory and Kendall guided me through some of the most difficult times of my life.

Methadone maintenance is the gold standard for opiate addiction for a reason. This stuff works, in addition I’ll add my counselor Katie is a straight up G. She truly cares about her clients. The rest of the admin staff is lovely as well. Our dosing nurses are fast and friendly. The only negative is the head nurse zaria or whatever, she leaves ALOT to be desired to say the least. How she is a medical professional at all is honestly a mystery.

My second thanks goes to Miss Lori Costa. wish it should’ve been number one to me no offense Vinny, lo 😉 but it’s the truthShe is and always will be number one I say that to say that my life really changed when I went into miss lori costa . office one day. I was upset about something i mean really upset I didn’t wanna continue to be in the program withdrawing drugs coming out of my system.. I didn't wanna be bothered and I just so happened to walk from the female lunchroom to the men’s lunchroom and Miss Lori costa so happened to look out her office and Yell out at me, music playing people eating lotta noise so she said to me loud hey what’s the matter with you? Why are you looking so down get your butt in my office I started to laugh. That’s when my life changed my whole life. what she told me in that office which I’m not going to share on here because it’s personal I mean, no disrespect about it but what she told me in her office ... changed my life. my whole life . Miss Lori and Mr. Vinny at different times throughout the time I was in cornerstone I took what they told me applied it to my life just the way they told me and this day. today I’m alive. I’m sober. I have a job got my own apartment. Pay my bills get to see my kids. I have my family with me and I have a beautiful wife all because of What Miss Lori Costa and vinny a.k.a. Vincent told me in their office all I wanna say is that Miss Lori Costa thank you. You are cornerstone. You are cornerstone Mr. Vincent a.k.a. Vinny. Thank you for believing in me for giving me hope you and Miss Lori Costa are the best thing that ever happened to me. I’ve been sober for 2 1/2 years now I’m working got a good job paying my bills and all because of The seed you, Miss Lori Costa and you Vinny planted in my head thank you and thank you cornerstone superiors for hpeople-caring people like Miss Lori, Costa and Vincent a.k.a. Vinny working for your company they are the best people I can stay here and keep going, but to be honest cornerstone is the best program I’ve ever been to the staff. They really care for you. Amazing place and miracles truly happen!!!I truly didn’t want to live anymore when I first got there but the staff there helped me change my thinking around and I am truly forever grateful!!!!!!Lori was nothing short of amazing and relentless on helping me get into the rehab and I ended up with an amazing counselor named John that really helped me open my eyes !!

The staff at cornerstone are excellent! Laurie from admissions is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond for the Clients at cornerstone! I would 100% recommend this program and facility to anyone looking to go to inpatient.

My sister went here in the late 1980s and we are greatful for their services...unfortunately she had HIV we found out after bridgecenter assisted in clearing her system and passed from that...i wanted to look up and see if this wonderful place still was in operation and glad it is...bridgecenter will always have a piece of my heart.
