I’ve always had a good experience here. I’ve been going to see Dr.Gurdek , she’s very straightforward and knowledgeable which I like. She’s been able to make me stay on track. I also have had good experiences with Lisa. The only downside I will say is that a few years ago the therapists were leaving, and constantly changing. Doesn’t seem to be much of a problem though lately. I recommend.

Not sure why people are hating. I’ve always found the front desk staff very kind and helpful as well as the Pros program and other clinical staff. They’re quick with medication refills and setting up or changing appointments as needed. Best of all, they actually answer the phone when I’ve called.

I was admitted here 15 years ago at the advice of my social worker. The whole facility was top notch. Folks, it’s a hospital. Don’t expect the Hilton. All therapists were fabulous and the food was damn near diner quality. They are great at dealing with addiction and childhood trauma. I spent a week there and was a better person for it.

I would highly recommend Four Winds Saratoga for anyone in crisis. The staff, medical, and psych teams here are wonderful. They are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Their program helped me shift the direction of my mental health. The skills I learned there have made a huge impact on my quality of life. Now listen, no place is perfect. You're not going to love every meal or every group session, but if you need help this is a great place to go.

Was patient there in 2016/17. Counselors were great. People tend to forget they are only there to give you the tools and knowledge to succeed . You as an adult has to want to change your life around. Surrender plays a big part in that. Mike and Garry were great. The staff may have changed over the years from when it was a Father Young place but the concept is the same. Good luck to you all

I recently switched providers and Kari is wonderful to talk to..I appreciate her patience and she makes me feel I can open up a little more each session..I was monthly for quite a while and I knew changing providers, it would be every other week..but I chose to do weekly...and im just happy that this place exists for us that struggle..

This program is just perfect for me and I'm sure other people.. The girls here all of them are such warm hearted people that care very much for their patients... I wouldn't want another team taking care of me. These ladies know everything about me and not one of them judge anyone. I love you girls and I love myself because of you all. I have never looked back because they teach you that's not what you should do you should always go forward and never look back. I love you all 💕 💕 💕.. Methadone maintenance is the gold standard for opiate addiction for a reason. This stuff works, in addition I’ll add my counselor Katie is a straight up G. She truly cares about her clients. The rest of the admin staff is lovely as well. Our dosing nurses are fast and friendly. The only negative is the head nurse zaria or whatever, she leaves ALOT to be desired to say the least. How she is a medical professional at all is honestly a mystery.

My sister went here in the late 1980s and we are greatful for their services...unfortunately she had HIV we found out after bridgecenter assisted in clearing her system and passed from that...i wanted to look up and see if this wonderful place still was in operation and glad it is...bridgecenter will always have a piece of my heart.

I was there back in 98-99 and really started working a program when my county decided that hey had Tx for me there and within 6 weeks I went back out, came back in again and again until mid 2002. I still remember my counselor at Purcell, Andrew saying that everything I lost due to alcohol and/or drugs will come back to me in a bigger, better form and he was so right! I am so happy to see Purcell House is still there-just not so happy why it needs to be! Thanks

My girlfriend's been going here for about a year. She's graduated and got multiple awards for reasons are unknown. I open up my filing cabinet and there's literally 30 boxes of Suboxone like try to help the people stop forcing these drugs on them. Treat one addiction with another.
