I have been going to Conifer Park since March of this year and all of the counselors, peer advocates, receptionist and nurse have been very supportive and very pleasant. I had a really positive experience at Four Winds. I felt heard, seen, and genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The amenities and facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff made me feel supported. The therapists are amazing. A big shout out to my therapist Jacqueline. She challenged me in a good way, supported me and helped me come up with solutions to the problems that brought me in. I especially appreciated how collaborative the medication management was. Burandette is great. I felt like my concerns were listened to and that I was involved in decisions about my treatment. I also learned a lot of coping skills that I can continue using after leaving. Overall, I’m grateful I chose to get treatment here and for everything I learned during my time at Four Winds.

I was admitted here 15 years ago at the advice of my social worker. The whole facility was top notch. Folks, it’s a hospital. Don’t expect the Hilton. All therapists were fabulous and the food was damn near diner quality. They are great at dealing with addiction and childhood trauma. I spent a week there and was a better person for it.

I’ve always had a good experience here. I’ve been going to see Dr.Gurdek , she’s very straightforward and knowledgeable which I like. She’s been able to make me stay on track. I also have had good experiences with Lisa. The only downside I will say is that a few years ago the therapists were leaving, and constantly changing. Doesn’t seem to be much of a problem though lately. I recommend.

Not sure why people are hating. I’ve always found the front desk staff very kind and helpful as well as the Pros program and other clinical staff. They’re quick with medication refills and setting up or changing appointments as needed. Best of all, they actually answer the phone when I’ve called.

Was patient there in 2016/17. Counselors were great. People tend to forget they are only there to give you the tools and knowledge to succeed . You as an adult has to want to change your life around. Surrender plays a big part in that. Mike and Garry were great. The staff may have changed over the years from when it was a Father Young place but the concept is the same. Good luck to you all

Camino Nuevo, has been my cornerstone for my continued and successful recovery. I did not believe I would have had such great results or have had met and worked with the professional staff and friendly and helpful resources, that have made available, for the clients. Methadone maintenance is the gold standard for opiate addiction for a reason. This stuff works, in addition I’ll add my counselor Katie is a straight up G. She truly cares about her clients. The rest of the admin staff is lovely as well. Our dosing nurses are fast and friendly. The only negative is the head nurse zaria or whatever, she leaves ALOT to be desired to say the least. How she is a medical professional at all is honestly a mystery.

I can’t say enough positive things about Kathleen and the entire staff. Kathleen is compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely takes the time to listen and understand what I need. I always feel heard, respected, and supported, without judgment. The entire staff is welcoming, caring, and professional, and they consistently make you feel like a person rather than just another patient. My sister went here in the late 1980s and we are greatful for their services...unfortunately she had HIV we found out after bridgecenter assisted in clearing her system and passed from that...i wanted to look up and see if this wonderful place still was in operation and glad it is...bridgecenter will always have a piece of my heart.

I was there back in 98-99 and really started working a program when my county decided that hey had Tx for me there and within 6 weeks I went back out, came back in again and again until mid 2002. I still remember my counselor at Purcell, Andrew saying that everything I lost due to alcohol and/or drugs will come back to me in a bigger, better form and he was so right! I am so happy to see Purcell House is still there-just not so happy why it needs to be! Thanks

This place honestly saved my life. Unfortunately I've been to multiple places and if it weren't for this facility and it's employees I wouldn't have my sobriety or be able to be there for my child the way I need to be. These people are friendly and accommodating. I was very comfortable during my appointment. Upon returning they remembered me and treated me as a friend almost. I did not go in for a sleep study, I was able to do mine from home.

Everyone here is absolutely lovely!!! Everyone knows what they're doing, and the technicians all seem genuinely concerned about patient comfort. Couldn't recommend a better sleep center! If you're going in for a polysomnography or MSLT, I found the beds to be quite comfortable, but you may want to bring your own blankets and pillows if you're accustomed to them. If it's too warm, the windows can be opened.
