What an amazing program with amazing staff running it . After 33 days total being there I am now home and living a sober lifestyle. I could not be more thankful . And proud of myself . Thank you ELIH for your heartfelt help and dedication to my treatment . I will never forget.

Amazing Acute Reahab Center. They helped with my hip recovery and I always felt that they really cared about me. Hopefully I'll never need them again but would recommend them to anyone. Also the food is great!!!

Excellent rehab Hospital. I came here to rehab after my back surgery. Very professional! The PT and OT sessions really got me back on my feet. I had 3 hours a day while under the care of doctors and nurses. Everyone is very nice and cared about my welfare. I saw many hospital administrators who wanted to make sure I was happy with my rehab. Social worker was awesome. I even saw the VP of rehab medicine who I felt, was genuinely concerned for my comfort. I cannot say enough good things about this Rehab facility. The whole Catholic Health group is fabulous. The employees are to be happy working here. Even the food is great. I would definitely recommend this facility.

From 2018-2022, two of my sons were clients at Causeway. While as a parent I was not technically a client, I feel I also benefited so much from the experience. In our time at Causeway, my sons saw five different staff members for counseling, mentorship and goal setting, Each person added to the collective experience and I am so grateful to have had such supportive and caring men in our lives. Thank you.

Our family has had a relationship with Causeway Collaborative for a number of years. They are able to guide young men including those who are neurodivergent and their families through the issues that many young men face today. They were able to identify our son's challenges and connect with him immediately. Additionally, they have included our entire family in the process and it has benefited each of us. We would highly recommend Causeway Collaborative for those young men and their families who are struggling.

Love them. Love the staff. The psychiatrist is incredibly hard to get in touch with a lot of the time though.

For the most part the staff are friendly. The curriculum is great. The phones can be a real pain in the butt to get in touch with somebody if you are calling for the first time. Make sure when you go in to fill out your paperwork and do your intake that you ask for somebody's card, that way you can reach them directly if something comes up where you can't attend iop. A van comes in the morning and picks up between 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. house to house to house. Everybody gets picked up and then everybody gets brought home so it's really cool. It's Monday Wednesday Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and we also get two different 15 minute breaks which is nice. We get coffee during the first break and snacks. We do anger management on Wednesdays I believe it is or maybe it's mondays. But a lot of the stuff is educational and we meditate for the first portion and talk about our feelings and things that have been going on for us.

What a great staff and facility. I have heard so many success stories that come from RSCT. It is no wonder it comes so recommended. The hardest thing is to make that call. I encourage you to call this recovery center, when you do. They can help.

Choosing a recovery facility was a life transforming decision that was made very quickly by myself and Family. From the intake with Kevin to Jessica, the Director, the front desk, staff, medical team and all the talented and empathetic counselors and facilitators I say Bravo. Nicole was my counselor and throughout my 13 weeks in the program, showed a path forward and prepared me for life after the program. I am so thankful to have chosen this facility and these people. This place helped me through the worst time in my life and gave me somewhere safe to feel. I have been clean almost two years with their help and the help of my counselor Donna. You have to want it, and if you do, they will help you get there.

I've received great support from north well after suffering slight pyschiatric symptoms. Some of the staff I'd like to thank. They have assisted me in some capacity. Both the inpatient and outpatient provided outstanding care and help with my overall health, supporting my privacy and dignity throughout the whole process. Francesca iocono, Dr. Matthew's, Dr. Lee, Dr. McKeon, Heather, Jenna, Angela, Shannon from rec therapy, Dr. Delgado, smoking cessation aides, nurse Michelle, Carly, Janae, Melissa Morgan. Dr. Oduma and Amanda and John the pyschiatrist. I also give thanks for nurse Idina, nurse Steve, nurse dainelle, and nurse destiny. Ben, and all the laundry assistants Britney in house keeping. All these caring people have made me feel cared for in my rehabilitation. They do their jobs everyday with kindness and make all us patients feel cared for and supported!!

I really like this program and find it super helpful for my depression. The groups usually go by fast and have great prompts and different ways of thinking and very nice and knowledgeable people running it. They don’t make you share or participate if you don’t want to, my only critique would be they should probably call on people to participate and share ( and of course allow them the option to say no I don’t want to share) because most of us are willing to participate and just need to be prompted but will never volunteer on our own

I left this program yesterday 6/22 and it was nothing but an amazing journey. The therapists/social workers and doctors are so in sync with each other and it’s amazing. You can tell they communicate to each other to make sure you have the best care possible. Thank you too all for helping me find myself again. Thank you….

I have completed 11 years of sobriety thanksvto the Pines..Edsel was.my counselor and he wasngreat..but mostly I needed to be away from everything and the 90 day stay provided a solid detox..Ivwssxa self pay and $1800 a month was a deal...the place is old and buildingv1 for new arrivals smells like asd because of the chemicals coming out ofbus but no doubt the Pines savrd my life

I love this place because my Counselor there Ms.Mary Jones cares about helping clients..She gives all she have into helping the clients learn to love themselves. ..I am so very blessed to have graduated from there..Now I am living a life that God intended me to have..Thank You Ms.Jones...Special K....

Hey, I had a run-in with the police, and I have a problem with authority. So obviously this went bad and the police escalated it to the point where they arrested me. Instead of going to jail care and help me decrease my aggression. Working with the therapist at BHcare I’ve been able to become a happier person and happier and doing the things that I do. I look forward to working with the therapist to improve myself so that I can become more Productive.

The Dr and my counselor help me to deal with multiple issues and especially after my wife passed away suddenly and unexpextedly.

Nashire/Naz here I’ve been here 2 times and it was a great learning experience they do care and help at least most of the workers I knew did there is a few things that could be tweaked but you guys are doing amazing

I had a great experience here today, it was fast and thorough and they gave me everything I needed and then some, answered all my questions well and gave me a big package of resources on my way out.

It's a shame to see low star reviews. My experience was fine. The young man giving the COVID vaccine was extremely professional courteous & kind! It's just a large space not pretty but they were very nice...

Very hard work but 1000% worth it. I've been in therapies on and off for approximately 40 years. This is the only program that helped me. I now lead a more stable, productive life and repaired all my relationships. I completed 2 four month programs 7 years ago and life has been wonderful. I chose the 2nd 4 months to solidify what I learned. I have recommended the DBT program to many. You have to do the work, which can be difficult at times but you get out of the program what you put into it. If your belief and heart aren't into it, forget it. Don't waste your time and take the space of a more deserving patient. You can't say it didn't work because it absolutely does! Thank god for Yale Intensive Outpatient DBT program.

Jennifer was my therapist and never in my life have a I been treated like a true human being before I met her. She changed the game. Craig is a wonderful, compassionate crisis counselor. He is an asset to Bridges and to anyone that needs mental health services.

My first therapist appointment was with Jennifer Chase. Talking and working with her was like being with my friend. When Jennifer was unavailable temporarily Bridges had Craig Gillespie fill in. Craig came to my home for my therapy appointments. He made me feel comfortable and has been easy to talk to since the first time meeting with him. Bridge's Licensed Therapists have proved to be a pleasure to work with so far. It has been two for two that I've been happy with.

The 5-star rating is for Nurse Aide Mai Mason: she is our superhero today. She pitched in to provide care to my wife when she needed it badly and when the regular assigned aide was not available. She did what needed to be done and did so with enthusiasm. And then she went off to her assigned station. About an hour our later, my wife needed care again. At that time, I realized my wife’s wing was shorthanded coz her assigned aide had an emergency and had to leave. As my wife and I stood by the nurses’ station to seek help, guess who suddenly appeared from nowhere? It was Mai Mason! She asked if everything was OK; I told her we have the same problem as before. Mai looked around and without hesitation, Mai took charge and did her superhero act one more time! After Mai was done, the look on my wife’s face was priceless! She was clean and comfortable again. She is now sleeping soundly! Thank you, Mai Mason.

I think it's one of the best places I ever been for treatment and those that say other wise is because they were there for the wrong reason it change my life in so many ways.

I came out of yale psych and straight to iop at griffin . Without the program i would have spiraled down further . It was better than being left on my own . I feel like there is more they can offer but would need more staff . For what they have and do offer it got me through a rough time AFTER i was treated by an inpatient hospital setting . In response to the other reviews i just want to say that yes if i came there to griffin iop without having been to yale or somewhere of the like I would probably feel the same as they do . Its not really for that stuff . If its that bad you gotta go in patient and the abuse gotta go to the proper place . Iop is really a post care thing in my opinion . They are not staffed for one on one very often . It IS a group setting mainly so be prepared . You get out what you put in also . I had a good experience here and i want to thank them all . I was in the mental health group . It helped me along tremendously . So long as I did the work at home . Its not gonna work for every situation . But its great for what it is .
