My experience here was great, I had been struggling with alcohol abuse for years, I was lost, torn, and I had a defensive attitude, but they took me in anyway. They were terrific, they were patient, they provided me with the best help, and thanks to them I'm learning how to maintain sobriety every day. You guys are THE BEST!!!

The best place I've ever been to for help. Have been In a few short and long term. Inpatient and out in my teen days and the staff has been by far the best around ! I also made a small hiccup on the end of my stay so stupid but they let it go with a warning seeing the progess I made as well as my fellow friend I made, her progress as well. I would 1000000000% recommend especially for women struggling with abuse. They specialize in really helping you find your inner strength . Also.. out of all the stays. This is the only one above a 3. So that tells ya something.. and its closer to 4 than 3 so great place !!

I was recommended here by FLACRA in Clifton Springs and I couldn't be more happier with my decision, was there from the end of May to the end of July, very caring and empathetic counselors and nurses along with the food service staff which is an army of one but she rocks it, they truly want to see you succeed and live a happy joyous life, they provide you with great information about addiction and also provide you with a wide selection of literature and even host NA and AA meetings with guest speakers, most staff are in recovery themselves so they can relate to your struggles with addiction, im 22 and currently 3 months sober, the age range is well diverse, I would recommend this ATC to anyone who wants to change their life around, I will never forget the staff who helped me overcome my alcoholism 🙏

Love going here when I need assistance they do not make me feel less then or anything like that. They treat me with the utmost respect and that's how it should be. The people here are always so friendly.

I just pretty much described my experience. I like the VA and it's doctors and nurses and have only good things to say about them.

Staff is amazing. The doc's and other doc's are simply amazing. You can tell that everyone there cares for veterans. They wouldn't deal with us if they didn't truly care and you can tell that they do. Once these masks come off I can't wait to see all their beautiful smiles.

The staff that work at Yap truly care about children well being and truly advocate for them to be the beat they can be.

St. Joseph Hospital is NOT I repeat NOT A (insert slang word or words hear) joke. Not everyone knows everything and my experiences with the Arnot Rehabilitation Services was just as expected. They treated me with dignity, were patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I look very much forward to continue my Rehabilitation needs in the future. Do not take anybodies opinion about the care they provide including this one. If you are displeased just say so in a respectful manor.

The doctors and nurses were extra helpful

Nicelee Hollanbeck is a wonderful clinician and really seems to "get" things. I joined a a close friend for counseling and really enjoyed the helpful group therapy offered. The only issue I really noticed is the alarmingly high number of scummy, trashy people that end up there on some court order and bring down the rest of the people that genuinely want to get help.

Addiction help

I think the people who work here really try to help you. Quick to get on Suboxone, or offers sublocade injection and methadone. The counselors are great. I feel comfortable going here.

They really care about their people.

They provided me with wonderful mental health services, and I loved that they cared about listening to me, they worked with me and taught me many coping skills that I still use to this day. My experience with you lead me to heal, thank you!!!

After my Mom passed in Philadelphia where I’ve lived most of my life, I moved to Ithaca. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Amanda Walts,LCSW at Family & Children Services of Ithaca. From my very first session, I knew I had made the best connection & she was compassionate, professional & welcoming allowing me to feel very comfortable in processing my issues and feelings. She is, hands down, the BEST therapist I’ve ever worked with. I always feel comfortable to share honestly what I’m going through. Amanda is extremely supportive and dedicated to her job. One of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced was finding my Mom passed and without Amanda’s help & guidance, I’d be hospitalized due to the trauma of it all. I can’t thank Family & Children’s Service of Ithaca enough for matching me with such a wonderful therapist. Additionally, the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful calling to remind me of my appointments. My RN and Psychiatrist are also thorough and professional with their approaches. Thank you to every one of you for helping me change into a healthy person! I feel very lucky and grateful!

Saved my life

After many poor experiences with healthcare practitioners in the area, Eastside is a breath of fresh air, between the Primary Care office and Walk-In clinic, I have had good experiences. I don't feel judged and they actually listen. I would give 5 stars if not for the fact that you do sometimes need to call multiple times to actually get someone on the phone.

All I know is I wouldn't want to trade Dr Baxter for anything. An excellent doctor

It’s detox. That’s all.

They do an amazing job especially considering how high of a workload these counselors have. Ive had two amazing counselors over the years I've been there. To those who have had a bad time you need to remember not everyone's counseling style matches with the client and if it doesn't you need to advocate for yourself and find one that is for you. Only issue I've ever had was with my Dr there. He isn't horrible but he got a little impatient with me after me not being happy with the meds he thinks I should be on so I requested another

Good Help

So far I've had a wonderful experience there. The staff have all been polite to me and respectful. I really like my counselor. And the group that I was in was good.Right now I have nothing bad to say about this place and I've been dealing with him for a few months already.
