Real talk — I didn’t expect much when I first walked into LOH Detox. I was broken, pissed off, and convinced no one gave a damn. But the second I stepped in, I felt something shift. The staff didn’t treat me like a screw-up. They saw me. 👀 They kept it real, didn’t sugarcoat anything, but still showed me hella love.Group was 🔥 — no BS, just people speaking their truth. LOH Detox made a tough process feel a little less scary. The team there was solid — super knowledgeable, always kind, and never made me feel judged. The place was clean, quiet, and felt like a real break from the chaos I’d been living in.They walked me through every step, made sure I was comfortable, and checked in constantly. You really have to be your own advocate here. Not just here but everywhere. I've learned to be open and honest about my mental health and what's really going on is best. There's great councilors you just have to find the one you click with. Make sure you tell them what you're looking to get from going to see them. Just be clear on your intentions or nothings going to get accomplished.

The Counciling Center has helped me out tremendously throughout the years. They have excellent counciling for whoever needs it. They have a wonderful Aftercare group for anyone who is in recovery. They are very positive and uplifting in what they have to offer.I have become a better person to my family and the community. The staff is the best in the country. I'm from ELO, but I retired from the Army after 24 years to another state. While visiting family here, I woke up one morning in a lot of pain from a previous injury. I learned of this clinic and came in to be seen. The staff was extremely welcoming and took care of me quickly. When I went back to see the provider, she was extremely helpful and gave me an excellent treatment plan while visiting. I graduated the year program and it has been nothing short of a miracle. This program absolutely works if you apply yourself and work hard. I learned a vast amount about myself and about my own addiction. Furthermore the program furthered my relationship with Jesus christ, and now im proud too say im a believer in Jesus. This program is wonderfull because they not only have the spiritual side, they also have the clinical side in hope counseling. Lastly the staff here is caring and wonderfull.

Wonderful ladies that answer the phone! They are so friendly and so is the counselor she is worth 5 stars alone and so are the girls upfront…. Now, the reason for the 4 stars is because of the nurse practitioner here. She deserves nothing. No stars at all. She rushes you and on the very first visit has no idea who you are but will shove meds at you and demand you take them and not stop them no matter what they’re doing to you. I’ve never had someone sit down and not let me get a single word out. She’s the worst… but everyone else here is very pleasant!

Okay first off I’ve been going here for nearly over a year now so over experience with all the doctors and receptionist here is my honest and thoughtful review!
Let’s start with the receptionist they are very considerate and family oriented they love to see regular faces and remember their patients well! I go in 1 time every 2 weeks and they work around my schedule pretty well!
The psychiatrist this is my maybe 7th psychiatrist since I was very young battling anger issues , aspergers, and a number of other things! None of the other 6 were compassionate and only told me things I was doing wrong. Instead this one is telling what I’m doing right but what I could possibly do to enhance my life!
They don’t care about the money so I really don’t know where that lady with the one star is talking about. They love families and even offer I believe family counseling and relationship counseling.
The prescription doctor here actually diagnosed me after nearly 13 years of not knowing why my anger was so bad she diagnosed me with bipolar when no one else seemed to believe me honestly I haven’t felt more good about myself in ages!
I recommend it here for families, adults seeking help, and children in need.

Brooke is an awesome psychiatrist. She really listens to what you have to say with your history and what has worked for you in the past and has great suggestions on things that may help benefit you in the long run. Best psych I've ever had.

I think that if you truly want rehab, Neil Kennedy is the place for you. In my opinion, they were the best thing that could've happened to me. The counselors I had were wonderful and now that I am sober and I can look back a few years and be proud of what I have achieved, I want to help people too and give back a little of what Neil Kennedy gave to me years ago when I was hopeless.

Hello back in 2012 this facility was amazing they cared and they helped with everything the rooms where nice food was great and staff was great some had attitude but it was like what I’ve been reading in these reviews I am so hurt that this facility has turned into this is a disappointment to me this place saved my life I read a lot of the reviews and man everyone is saying the same things I’m going to pray for this place and the people who need this help it’s not fair at all wow I am shocked and sad man

I was referred here by my doctor for mental health.. I was terrified to go due to extreme anxiety.. But to my surprise the lady the registered me was super nice.. the lady they had me talking to was super nice even though I thought I was too broken she's was willing to help me.. they only thing I was a little disappointed with was I went in to get my meds straightened out and find a new one and it has taken me a month to be seen again bc they see so many people.. which isn't they're fault they're trying to help so many people.. it just sucks to have to wait and fight alone until the next appointment.
