Very grateful for community medical services. Maintenance gave me the opportunity to develop a lifestyle that was conducive to sobriety and the tools to create a life I never thought was imaginable. 5 years later I have my own business, a family, and a support system that allows me to deal with the road bumps that are a part of life’s journey. It’s never easy but it’s beyond worth it. I would recommend looking into the options that CMS offers to anyone that is struggling with addiction to narcotics or knows somebody who is!

Ok... Let's start with the obvious and the easiest way to my heart .. the kitchen and the chefs... Yes I said chefs. The food here was the type that if you saw it on a menu at a restaurant you would think you couldn't afford it... It was literally that good. And the kitchen staff were an absolute joy. Second... My treatment team... Dr. Sloan and therapist Katy.... I honestly cannot say enough about them. The facility is not funded nor designed for long term care... They not only understood my need for further care, they also advocated for a longer stay with my insurance as well as led me to pathlights program for further care in a php program in San Antonio. They went out of their way to facilitate and insure my transfer, acceptance and travel to the facility. I am now five weeks into my php and, although hard at times, I am finding the proper tools to deal with my PTSD and grief that logan health helped begin. I will never be able to thank my team enough. As well as nurses like Stefan and others I can't remember their names. I would be remiss not to mention Kelsi... The logan health superhero. What she did for me on her own time and of her own free will and obvious compassion, went so far above and beyond her job description that it's difficult to convey with mere words. For a man with no reason to live when I entered the facility.... I am beginning to see some light at the end of a very dark tunnel and I have logan health and my team and wonderful staff to thank for every bit of it. I hope they will read this and understand the true scope of impact they had on my road to recovery. God bless you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!!

Excellent care and understanding of my situation and circumstances!

In a point in my life where I was planning to end my life, my primary provider calmly but firmly said I needed to check into an inpatient facility. I was taken to Logan Behavioral Health. From the moment I walked in every staff member was truly kind and caring. Very quickly the Dr that was assigned to me diagnosed me with PTSD. Most of my previous prescriptions were not made for PTSD. By the time I was discharged, I was stable and had tools to help me cope with the long process that I'm facing. From the Dr to the nurses to the pharmacist to MHS to HUC to the cooks and housekeeping, I can't express enough how much support and kindness they provided. It's truly an amazing facility focused on each patient. The food was excellent and the facility was always clean. Thank you all for what you do.

I struggled my entire life into my early 30s. Dr Holman was the first one to properly diagnose me. He has taken very good care of me and I trust him so much I took family members there. His front office and Tae have been beyond helpful. I'm sincerely sad that I moved states and have to find a provider here where I'm living now. Dr Holman was the only Dr I have seen that made feel understood and showed true compassion. I wish all Drs were like him. He took care of me when everyone else failed. I don't understand these reviews that say he is anything other than amazing. Thank you Dr Holman for renewing my faith in Drs, helping my family, and for helping me with the shit show that was my life. I'm indebted to you.

Dr. Holman is great. Some crazy reviews lately! No idea what people are talking about. Dr. Holman is very considerate, always makes sure you feel heard, and works with your schedule and wants. He is the best!

I was there for a while, amazing staff. Easy to work with. Wonderful support in any program that you need.

I brought my son to NA meetings here, and while he met some people who were pursuing their recovery sincerely, he also met dealers who sold him drugs. He is 15 years old. I have seen what NA can do, and opening the rooms to everyone is important, but the 4th D meetings need to clean house. At this time, the club is a place where addicts trying to recover are likely to be offered substances.

This is Absolutely ridiculous. HE IS NONE OF THOSE THING THE NEWEST "Vindictive" People say these things about a Great Dr. And Wonderful Down to earth Dr. But after only 2 years, he took special Interest in my deaths in my family, so much so, that his wife called and expressed her condolences. This is not a snobby bureaucracy doctor. After knowing him just over a year. He seen my business online as we talked about. And his wife called me to do some raymond ling in their home. Does that sound like someone who treats a person from a mental health facility as the True Professional I am and, Im a minority, so no racism either. Also, the couple's thing doctor Holman quickly took my desperately needing attention. Sister and didn't even know she was my sister and found out soon enough. What she was going through as well and has been an inspiration to her as well... She is going to write her own review. But we are five plus stars and I would give ten if I could. I know this man personally and nothing said here is true of this man. What's the hang out people don't understand is that he is totally blind. And have no right to say anything about his condition affecting his work when I know all of these vindictive comments are not about to care but about. Them not getting what they wanted. I would be the first to complain be as a business owner, but his customer service is on par with mine, And i'm a perfectionist. If you are not happy with doctor Holman, why don't you get I different doctor or switch clinics and believe me, I've been to a lot of them. And I will not let these lies have an effect on such a good man's career. That being said, the review is true. And I couldn't be more happy with him as a doctor and I couldn't imagine going back to even the closest to him as they were in competent as well. Hence 25 years of Therapy. I would be careful giving these people your information. They have no regard for consumer identification protection. It could have been anyone talking to their personal debt collector calling as many times as they would like and have no way of knowing they are talking to their actual client. Dr. Holman will cancel your last meeting with little to no warning not giving any professional recommendations on how I should go about stopping this medication that says I should not stop taking it. They will then promise to send out a perscription one last time and then never do. Becareful trusting people like this with your mental health.

Tried doing medication management with a client at this clinic. The prescriber consistently didn't listen to what my client was telling them and their concerns. I will never refer another client to this clinic again. I reccomend that everyone else steer clear from this clinic. It was a very frustrating experience.

These guys are awesome, everyone cares, and the staff is great. I learned a lot there and formed some amazing friendships. Most importantly, I'm still sober after one year and a half!!

Native project is my go to for all my health and wellness needs for my kids as well as my self. The service is good. Can usually get a quick appointment compared to other places. And the price for care is reasonable. Also they have dental and pharmacy as well as mental health. They also have a variety of children's mental health services which are amazing. I'd recommend to anyone. And I think each and every provider is amazing in their own way. If you don't visit here you should. Everyone is. Welcome

Lots of staff gossip. Management is very inexperienced with navigating these situations and generally side with the girls causing the drama. UPDATE: we took Matt up on his offer made under this post and sent him an email regarding the situation and we got zero response.

Please don't send your family here! They neglected my father so bad to the point he eventually passed away due to there neglect! The employees would steal from him often not to mention the druggie side full of druggies who steal from you as well! They also helped his friend die there as well very sad situation. It's been reported to the state with pictures and full details! Just keep your family safe and away from here!!

This is not the worst place for your child, but it's pretty close. In our opinion all shodair did was make things worse.

Great environment. Most of the staff are amazing, with the occasional subpar staff member. Food is good and homemade. Therapists are good, professional, and focused on treatment. All around a good place if you need help.

It was extremely difficult to make an apt to be seen. I called many times and each time I was told that someone would call me back. It took weeks for this to happen. But I was seen here today and found the nurse and doctor to be very pleasant. So I'm changing this from a poor review (where I complained about phone service) to this favorable review. I really appreciated everyone I encountered in this office. The nurse and doctor were warm, caring and excellent listeners. I really appreciated the service that I received. The nurse was a warm as any I've ever seen. It's obvious that she cares a great deal for her patient! But making that appointment was EXTREMELY difficult. I called many times and many times I was promised that someone would call me back, but it took weeks for this to actually happen.

This experience has truly been life altering for the better and best!! I cannot fathom the words to express my gratitude and Love for all that helped me start and guide me through the beginning and middle to even my journey now with Recovery and my sobriety!! Thank the RTA's Jenn, Amy, McKenna, Chris, Miraslov, Alex, and my counselors Ryan and Hailey, and Sarah, and my case worker Karmin!! And everyone else that work there to help me and everyone else with their efforts I cant thank all of you enough for believing in me when I struggled to believe in myself and setting up a personalized care plan that dealt with not just my addiction but also my mental health!! My only critique is that The Coffee!! Yall ready knew i was gonna say something about that but The Coffee!!! We need more of it!! LoL but yea other then that I'd give it 100 🌟's if I could!! Turning Winds has been a life changing experience for our entire family! I was so worried about sending our daughter so far away, and for such a long time. It is a giant and frightening decision to send your child to a long term therapeutic boarding school. Turning Winds is also a highly reputable therapeutic boarding school with a fantastic credit recovery program to help struggling teens get things academically back on track. Turning Winds works with the entire family unit to help untangle dysfunctional patterns, behaviors and relationships, teach effective communication skills, and provide the time and space for real healing to occur for the whole family. It is so hard to let go, accept our own powerlessness over our children’s behaviors or diagnosis, and accept the help we need as a family. Everyone at the clinic is so caring... Love that I can get medical and dental care, plus the great pharmacy staff are all very conscientious.

I came here 2018. I was 15 (now I'm 20)it was great when I was there. Staff & therapists,( Jason was my counselor) , They were nice , accepting & caring. There was also many activities : Horse back riding, Rock climbing, Boxing, Gym, Dance classes, Yoga, laser tag, pool party, looking at puppies Etc. The Food was Great & always gave us snacks. They gave us Bath and Both works & Makeup palletes every weekend. It was a great rehab & it helped me out a lot is what I can say. I seen some review of people who I went to the facility with and I can say That what she said isn't even close to True & She was In the just To start Problems (She was a Karen) . If you don't want to be in a rehab or need to be in one in general don't be in there just to Start Problems because there's people who do want the help & this place will help you so I definitely recommend it. If you say this place is bad , clearly you've never been to Foster Care cause this place Was Great. Idk How it is Now But my Experience there was Amazing.

I enjoyed staying at daybreak. It was a life changed moment for me. All the staff are really supportive they can be stubborn but they care and just want the best. I recommend this place for any female who needs rehab. Daybreak helped me out alot and helped me find who I am. Thank you!

Dr. Carpiet and staff are the best! We are blessed to have them close to home. We live in rural Montana and are thankful to have such experienced and caring folks without having to drive over an hour for care.

Dr. Carpiet is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She listens, takes action and the VA calls me to schedule my appointments for many health problems. She truly cares about veterans. She also holds me accountable to make sure I go to all of my appointments. Just love this young lady.
