Very grateful for community medical services. Maintenance gave me the opportunity to develop a lifestyle that was conducive to sobriety and the tools to create a life I never thought was imaginable. 5 years later I have my own business, a family, and a support system that allows me to deal with the road bumps that are a part of life’s journey. It’s never easy but it’s beyond worth it. I would recommend looking into the options that CMS offers to anyone that is struggling with addiction to narcotics or knows somebody who is!

Logan Health Medical Center, located in Kalispell, Montana, is an acute care regional referral center offering a full spectrum of healthcare. Their psychiatric addiction treatment center, known as Pathways, specializes in the treatment of alcoholism, dual diagnosis, mental health and substance abuse, and opioid addiction. Formerly known as Pathwa
In a point in my life where I was planning to end my life, my primary provider calmly but firmly said I needed to check into an inpatient facility. I was taken to Logan Behavioral Health. From the moment I walked in every staff member was truly kind and caring. Very quickly the Dr that was assigned to me diagnosed me with PTSD. Most of my previous prescriptions were not made for PTSD. By the time I was discharged, t was stable and had tools to help me cope with the long process that I'm facing. From the Dr to the nurses to the pharmacist to MHS to HUC to the cooks and housekeeping, I can't express enough how much support and kindness they provided. It's truly an amazing facility focused on each patient. The food was excellent and the facility was always clean. Thank you all for what you do.

I was a patient at Pathways in 1997. I was 16yrs old. I had a bad drug and alcohol problem. I moved to Kallispell with my mother and her boyfriend from Milwaukee Wisconsin that year. My mother had me admitted into pathways because my drinking and drugs were too out of her control to handle anymore. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks but was discharged for being disruptive in the groups and was putting my fellow patients at risk for relapse. At the time I had no intention of staying clean. I was a mess. My mother had mental health issues of her own which was hard enough because we were homeless the whole time we lived in Kallispell. I'm now 43yrs old and not a day goes by where I don't wish I could do it over at Pathways. It was an excellent facility to go to for help with addiction. I now have 15yrs clean off drugs and alcohol. I had to want to stay clean for myself and not my parents. If I lived in Kallispell 15yrs ago when I first got clean I definitely would have chosen Pathways Rehabilitation Center. I apologize for all the trouble I gave the staff at Pathways when I was a patient there. They were good people with good intentions but when I was 16 I couldn't see that if I wanted to. The point of this review is to let the addicts out there know that in order to work a recovery program you have to do it for yourself and not someone else because you will keep falling off the wagon again and again until you truly want to stay clean and live a fulfilling lifestyle. I think if I had worked a program while I was a patient at Pathways they could have helped me.

The fact that over half the staff have something that people can relate to, whether it be that they are in recovery themselves, or survivors of domestic abuse that alone makes a world a difference! Rcm its a amazing place to go for your recovery. Good lessons to learn and take out for real life situations if you work it, it works ... The licensed addiction counselors here are very helpful and feels like they actually listen. That is nice because feeling like no one has listened or understood. Even just the employees make it feel like home they have so much respect for all the people who come in. Im very appreciative of how they approach situations. AND THE FOOD!! Definitely feel like they cook with love.

Everyone there including the security, front receptionist, nurse, case workers, social workers, and doctors are amazing. I've been to many states and their VA's and 4 different VA's in MT so far and this one is the best! Thank you to nurse Brandy for providing professional care. She taught me something I once knew and forgot about myself, that is natural to us all. Really helped me Thanks to Nurse Jodi for being always helpful and understanding and caring, both online and in person. Also thanks to Dr Missourian because it's rare that a doctor ACTUALLY cares and wants the veteran to get better physically and be happy in life. One of the best doctors from all MT VA (been in bozeman, butte, and many other states too). The social worker MEGHAN was amazing. I had a panic attack way beyond normal measure and thanks to her I LITERALLY STOP AND SMELL THE FLOWERS NOW. I was so out of control with my mind and head, and her basic exercises and knowledge, which we need to always work on and enforce, really brought me back to enjoy this life once again for the first time in years. I walked for miles before that and never stopped and looked/smelled/and was in the moment before. Thanks to her my walks daily with my dogs in national forests are really magical. The exercises may be basic mindfulness or breathing techniques but that's the building block everyone lacks to be calm and aware. God bless you all thank you for helping Veterans all in Christ name. PS: Im still messed up physically mentally but at least I started to go out once every few weeks and enjoy life. Here's me and the pups living our best life thanks to the medication and professional care of the VA Staff (including psychiatrists on telehealth) God Bless God in Heaven Bless us all

For a small community, this organization is first rate. My dad was in their care for several years for multiple reasons but the care was always the best that I have seen. I worked in health care for over 25 years north of Seattle and no group of home care providers that I knew was any better. The nurses and therapists go out of their way to care for patients and help to improve lives. We are very grateful for their care.

Royal is by far the best center I have been to. It’s very nice and clean inside. They have a cook that makes all the meals and the food is fantastic. It’s not a can or can’t do this environment, sure there are rules but not like other places. The best part is the staff. Not once did I see someone who wasn’t happy to be doing their job. They greet you by your name and ask how you are. All genuine really good people and the groups are engaging and keep your attention. They just don’t read and talk the entire time. They look for your feedback. I felt like I met a new family there. Like I could express myself and so did everyone else. I would highly recommend Royal over any of those other facilities. Thank you all so much.

A little over a year ago I was referred to Pain Management at Ft. Harrison for arthritis and pinched nerves in my neck. For years I've been sent many different directions with little or no help. The team at PM told me they could do a Radio Frequency Ablation. The description of the procedure is a bit terrifying but I was miserable. The 3 part procedure brought a little relief at first, but after a month or so the pain and stiffness started to fade. Now I'm probably 95% better. "Thank You Pain Management "! The whole team was very caring and professional and changed my life!

First of all the bad review was bullcrap, if your not serious about getting straight, and you can't take the advice and change your life, you dont get on Google review and try to trash the people that were helping you. Next Damian and Ryan are beast at their jobs it takes alot to deal with grown men, who are learning how to be grown men, all the time. Even big josh is patient and on point when it comes to his job. Terri and Bob, man I can't say enough I was a mess and still a mess half the time. But they and their program saved my life. I learned new ways to cope with tragedies and to change my behavior based on principles and not emotions. Not everyone can create doors in people's lives where all they have had before were walls. Bob and Terri can. So yeah they were key in my recovery. I love em. What they have designed , here in montana to me is what I call family. Thank you

I miss Andrea (my PRC), Jason, Mike, Zack, Rurik, Bill, Lori, Don, Bev, Jennifer, Didi, Martina, Melody, Gina, Jack, Tim, Grace, Chris, Betty, Mark, Wayne, Trish, Casey, Stacey, Marc, Kyle and Claire. All but two of the TT’s were amazing, and seemed very invested in patient recoveries, My counselor was both empathetic and challenging. And created a safe space for me to be honest with myself and her. I have been to this treatment center three times now. Every time I have gotten a lot out of it, but this last time changed my life. Sometimes I think people confuse treatment with a vacation and a spa. But if you are willing to try and do the work necessary, they Will go so far for you. But of course, they are not gonna work harder than you’re willing to work. I can’t say enough about the Case Manager currently she went above and Beyond for me. She had a massive impact on my heart, My life and my recovery. My counselor Case Manager, and the Director all made me feel like a priority. And sometimes I struggle with myself a priority. It meant the world to me.

This place teaches alot of useful skills like anger management, meditation, and focuses alot on mental health not just about staying sober. Teaches alot of relationship skills ect, Staff are all really kind and the rooms and showers are big and nice. It's alot better then I thought, but I wasn't forced into going, left early and didn't make it to graduate but been sober ever since the ninth and My relationships have improved let alone My physical health. I Absolutely Do recommend this place to anyone who wants to get sober and stay sober!! Thank you mcdc they saved my life! Hope I never need to go again but if I did I would go happily!

When I went to MCDC, I was younger and it was in the other building. I hated it when I went through and I was court ordered both times I did. Now that I have overcome my addictions through Gods grace, I can see where the staff was coming from and also understand that they are human beings that grow as they help us to. I would say that for anyone that is serious about getting sober, this is a good place and willingness to do what is best for yourself rather than what you want to do is a big part of recovery. Trust the process, and know as long as your looking towards the light, which I have come to know is the Son of God, Jesus Christ, than all the hard things will be used to strengthen you and make you more resilient.
