I came to White Sands a shell of a person and was losing hope that life would ever get better. From the moment I was greeted in the parking lot- I was welcomed and treated like a person and not a number. I not only got a chance to get some clean time before going out into the world, but the therapy and the groups they offer really dig deep into the actual issues of why we started using in the first place. I highly recommend the core skills program- its life changing. Many of the people working there are in recovery and it was absolutely mind blowing to me how well I was treated the entire stay. Many of my peers including myself have been to other treatment facilities and never got the kind of care you will recieve here. Even the food is made from scratch and prepared with love. The housing is very comfortable and clean and the whole campus is well cared for. The activities they have for us when we have down time are a lot of fun- pickle ball and can jam were my favorites. They even offer massage and chiro visits. This was an excellent experience overall. Thank you for helping me get back up and ready to tackle what comes next on my journey.

I went to the walk in clinic to get medications sorted out because I just moved from out of state. They wrote down all of my medications and then scheduled me an appointment for today. How is that a walk-in clinic? My appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge, I have no voicemails or missed calls and now I'm being told to go into the walk-in clinic again. Is anyone going to actually help if I go again?

Unorganized, inconsistent, tried to change my medications resulting in physical and emotional issues. Directed me to visitors who came to see me and they were not my relatives but rather another patients. Staff seemed confused and overworked. Enviroment was drab and not condusive to uplifting a patients mood. No group sessions while I was there. No Sunday services. Chaplain seemed nervous around patients. Little to no interaction between staff and patients. Enviroment needs to be more cheerful. Staff needs more training on protocols and how to positively interact with patients in their care. Food barely edible. Best I can say is that at least the physician,psychiatrist and case worker were kind and caring.

Very awesome staff. Nurses are wonderful, counselors are amazing, the techs are spectacular, and they give out free lollipops. Not only do they help you with the medical treatment, they support you in every other aspect of your life. They’ve changed my life for the better. Without New Seasons, my addiction would have destroyed my life, and I likely wouldn’t be here today. But just when I got to the point where I felt absolutely hopeless and about to give up, I found out about New Seasons. At first, I didn’t show up for a few of the intake appointments because i felt iffy about whether or not I was ready. Then finally, I felt so fed up from the same destructive routine everyday, I finally decided to go in and give it a shot. It has been about a year since then, and I am now able to save money, fix my relationships with family and friends, and pretty much rebuild my life because of the support and treatment from New Seasons. The reality is, it is never too early or too late to seek help and end an addiction. The sooner you choose to do it, the sooner you can get your life back on track. Thank you New Seasons, this wouldn’t have been possible without you <3

Nina and Alexis were my therapists and they were outstanding! I felt that they were sincerely committed to helping me view my struggles from an outsiders perspective, giving me new ways to look at my lifestyle. I was pushed to dive deep and see things from a different angle; some tears were shed and many giggles shook my body. Alberto the Doctor, fined-tuned my meds and gave explanations for everything. All of the staff including the nursing staff (Chris, Michelle, Linda, Lisa, Marland, Kristin etc.) paid attention to me and those around me when we were hurting in some form or fashion. The techs who visited with us on the "regular" where committed to following rules yet catering to our needs. Thank you everyone for your dedication and love.

Celadon legitimately changed my life for the better. I flew from Seattle to Fort Myers just for this experience. I came in on August 27th with severe depression and anxiety, to the point that I was ready to do something drastic. I left on October 1st and truly felt like a changed person. I am happy, my meds are working, and I have a renewed zest for life. The staff was incredibly helpful to my healing, particularly the techs (shoutout to Steve) who spent the most time with us outside of a clinical capacity. The nurses were equally incredible and always willing to advocate to the practitioners when we needed med changes or anything else. The practitioners themselves were very accessible and always willing to edit treatment if needed. Groups were generally very helpful, especially after the switch up of group formatting! The therapists were also very accessible and ready to listen, even if they weren't your primary therapist. Michelle the clinical director was super proactive in making sure clients were happy. The food was great, too (thanks, Grant!). All of this said, my peers at Celadon were what made my healing possible. Everyone seemed to be there for the right reasons and everyone was so so loving. You get what you put into it, and the people there put everything into their health.

If you ever need help, go to Park Royal over David Lawrence Center. DLC gave me brain scarring and PTSD. Park Royal staff at least cares and wants to help. My experience at DLC to Park Royal went from 0 to 100. Stay away from David Lawrence Center if possible. I wrote my book on that place because of how traumatic the events were. Park Royal actually helped me and genuinely cared to.

This is a wonderful place. Great staff i was scared at first being bakeracted never. New. What that was by the police and new to the area from suffer from depression and lots of stress and nerves and aslo a crime i did not commit these people will help you. And go above and beyond to help to guide. You to help you if you olny listen to them. Best inpatient I have ever been to! You get to choose what groups you would like to attend throughout the day which is wonderful because you don’t feel like ur stuck learning something that isn’t relevant to you/ you can pick which group leaders resonate with you. I also love the layout of the campus. So much nature and well kept. It’s like a little village of houses. A few other notes, food is good and there a salad bar which is awesome. Gym to workout and you can get massages and go to chiropractor. Ample phone time after groups. Pizza and ice cream on the weekends. A little kiosk to order cigarettes/vapes and snacks. I felt very comfortable here and the staff are spectacular people. Don’t wait to get the help you need! This is a great safe place to heal.
