I honestly love this place but the Beaumont office are quite unfair about attendance and one group I didn't know that my camera was off and instead of warning me she kicked me off wouldn't answer her phone and I couldn't message her and if you miss one day you get a whole week added on. Its also not a nice way to handle people that are needing help from you.

Jalene Williams was my councilor, she was by far the most amazing and helpful person in my road to recovery, I was in the out patient rehab program in which I completed, I went on to also receive my recovery coach certification out of the beaumont location Rita and Will were ny counselors there and they were amazing as well!

They got my son on the right medication after having a horrible experience at another facility!! My son is actually doing a lot better after coming home from here. They stayed in touch with us, called us daily and gave updates. Was very impressed with them. Yes they have rules the kids need to follow, and that’s good because everything has rules. Yes they spent time in the group room watching a movie but that gave him time to think about what he did to get to where he was. I would highly recommend them!!

18 years going never had any problem. Free popcorn, Free Hotdogs, nice hardworking government employees. Folks should inform themselves before discing the VA; the VA doesn't destroy your credit if you don't pay some bill or overcharge your insurance for whatever they can get. I began seeing NP Amanda Seal at Spindletop in may I believe. My first appointment was the intake appointment. The process was quick and then a month later I actually got to see NP Amanda. Amanda Seal has been amazing to me, as well as all other staff. At my actual appointments I never wait more than 20 minutes. Amanda ALWAYS is so patient, kind, and listens so well. I cannot commend her enough on her listening skills. She searches for the right approach and caters to your situation. She makes me feel safe and cared for. After trying to withdrawl from Effexor (SNRI) on my own for 2 years, I was finally able to get off of it thanks to her help and how she made me feel. I knew i could call on spindletop if the withdrawl was bad, but because of the way she helped me the withdrawal was so much better this time. Now we are getting me situated into some new SSRI’s and shes helping me navigate that and so far I feel a lot better! Please give Amanda Seal a raise. Honestly the whole staff is great. •If i had to make any complaints its this: After my intake appointment i did have to wait 3-4 weeks to actually be seen, but i completely understood that they are busy. They are worth the wait. I always say if the business is booked and busy get in line—its a good sign! •Once established, the scheduler kind of just hands you a paper and tells you when your next appointment is instead of asking what works for you, but if you mention that the date or time does not work they will adjust!

Great services are provided here free of charge if you qualify....Everyone qualifies if you fill out the paperwork and are truly broke. It takes about a month once seen before you even get your medications, but once your in it works like clockwork.

I've been using Spindletop my entire adult life. I can't express how grateful I am for the team and the services offered/available to me in my darkest moments. I can't understand some of these reviews as they just seem petty and not really about the service overall, but something they themselves didn't do and expected Spindletop to do it or anticipate it. That's not how it works. Anyway keep your head up team you're doing the best you can with the minimal resources offered by the state.

I just left the Melton center yesterday. I have been struggling with substance abuse for twenty six years. I have never in my life met counselors who are more qualified for saving lives than the ones at the Melton center. They genuinely care about each client (and they have many). They are hyper focused on the needs of each client; I was made to face issues that I didn't even know I had. Even the counselor who wasn't assigned to me took one on one time with me to help me reach my potential. These ladies are a force in recovery. The office managers are fair, firm and consistent in helping the house to run smoothly, and to keep the ladies safe.. I am so thankful for the time I was gifted at that place.

Into Action has the best rehab experience I’ve had yet. They scared the shit out of me and I think maybe that’s exactly what I needed. Ok hear me out …..I didn’t have any issues . If you are worried about wait time just show up at 7 you are still going to have to wait a few hours but not like a crazy wait time . If you come after 7 expect to be there a while ….i walked in did paperwork got evaluated(I already have a diagnosis) and dr appointment scheduled next day for meds in less then 3 hours very fast easy process (IF) you come at 7 . I’m sure it’s easy after 7 as a well just maybe not so fast …. Hope it helped.

This is the best place for IOP. And I've been to quite a few. Not proud but it's the truth. Every counselor there is AMAZING. If one feels alone and isolated, they won't here. It is also ran by an amazing and caring individual Agatha. I don't like being in group settings but there is something special about this place. They CARE!

Margaret was my tech for my TMS treatments. She made my experience so pleasant. I felt so warm and safe as the TMS machine can be intimidating with the loud tapping noise. Margaret was also very knowledgeable of these treatments and so all my questions were answered. And the best part is that I started feeling better and this really helped with my depression. I would highly recommend the TMS treatments at Anew Era, especially if Margaret is your tech!

I landed here by sheer fate, and I can honestly say it has been the most beneficial experience i could have ever hop3d or even asked for. PaRC wasn't just something I needed for my recovery, but it became something I wanted. My 117 days here has been nothing but a blessing.
