Staff is professional does their job formally and accordingly. Case management and Re-entry is on top of their game as well going beyond the stars to help you get a job and established. The only downside, is the portion amount of the food. It's very delicious, but I can assure you that my daughters wouldn't get full of the serving size. Keep up the good work Geo!!! You Rock!!!

My experience for this recovery was truly helpful. I had no issue with the staff and answered every question that I asked without a problem. The staff made sure that I got the proper treatment and need of assistance. No problem with communication and always willing to attend to any help.

The Nurses there are absolute ANGELS!! Lois (A nurse there) she is such am amazing lady with a warm and caring heart!!! She is just AMAZING and I love her!! Dina , the nurse who distributes the medication as well as my take home meds, she is so very sweet and Kind!! And of course My Case worker, Moses, is just the sweetest!! I have been going to this particular clinic regularly for about a year now, after we moved back here from Arizona to be close to our family, and Yes, It is the most the most expensive clinic I have been to, But I wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else , strictly because of the wonderful Nurses and caring Case manager! Thank you ladies for always being kind to me, and for always having a smile on your face , and for NEVER judging me!!! I love my PSAC FAMILY!!!!

A wonderful place to change your life for the better. The employees there have become like family to me, especially Lois. They actually listen to you and WANT to help you get better. ive been going this clinic for a couple years and it feels like home to me every day i go. If you are debating on whether or not you should go here or somewhere else, I would definitely pick PSAC!!

Doctors and Social Workers are still good, but the administration are always stressed and not very friendly, at all. Some of the nurses are great and competent, others, not so much. Sometimes they return calls, other times they do not. Wait times have gotten a little ridiculous. Their computers are extremely slow. I also presume the clinic is seeing more people than it can handle.

This place is awful. I called 3 times in an emergency situation and was put on hold 3 times for a very long time crying my eyes out! Found out my Dr wasn't there anymore but wasn't warned. Then I try to explain how I need to get in ASAP. I THOUGHT THEY HAD SOME KIND OF PROTOCOL FOR EMERGENCIES. SO THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GET IN FOR WEEKS! They didn't show no concern at all. No compassion what so ever. People, especially working in this situation should be trained for compassion, etc. I will never go there again ! Mental illness is REAL PEOPLE !

DAPA was by far the best choice for getting help for substance abuse! Run by Dr. Barron since July 2023 and has made lots of improvements to the facility and staff. The only staff member I'd stay clear of is the Whispering Oaks maintenance guy Mason, he's very rude and has a bad attitude with patients who need maintenance done to the apartment units they stay in. Other than that, the therapist are very insightful and will go above reproach to help you! Would recommend, just make sure you have plenty of funds for food and water to buy, get food stamps before admission, the food is subpar and the tap water will make you sick if consumed.

Dr.Barron is NOW running DAPD!! This means it's not like it was when they were so strict and non caring. It's now 3 classes for 5 days a week instead of 5 classes 7 days a week .The new staff are awesome!The IOP classes are awesome too
